ormforacceptance.Intheuseoftheunloadingplatform,over-wideillegaloperationsandoverloadingarestrictlyprohibited.Theplatformwillbecheckedonadailybasis.Findinganysecurityrisk,wewillpromptlyrectifyit.鋼絲繩直徑應根據(jù)計算確定，繩卡數(shù)量、間距按照規(guī)范設置。3.Wireropediametershouldbedeterminedaccordingtothecalculation,thenumberofropecard,spacinginaccordancewiththestandards.Awirerope平臺兩側面設置固定的防護欄桿，其立桿與主挑梁焊接固定，外側設置內(nèi)開門式活動防護門Onthebothsidesoftheplatform,thefixedprotectiverailingsareset,thepoleisfixedandweldedwiththemainbeam.Wewillalsosetaprotectivedoorontheouterside.5、防護欄桿內(nèi)側應采用木板封閉，并掛設限載標志牌。限載標志牌內(nèi)容：標明噸位和卸料數(shù)量，嚴禁超載或長期堆放材料；堆放材料高度不得超過平臺護欄高度；工人限數(shù)4人，嚴禁將平臺作為休息平臺。5.Theareawithintheprotectiverailingshallbeenclosedwithwoodenplateswithasignindicatingtonnageandthequantityofload,long-termstackingandoverloadarestrictlyprohibited;stackingmaterialheightshallnotexceedtheheightoftheplatformfence;workerslimitof4people.Usingtheplatformasarestplaceisstrictlyprohibited.木板的鋪設woodenboardlayout6、該層所要安裝的單元板塊等材料吊裝完畢后，應將平臺轉移到上層結構，繼續(xù)使用。若發(fā)現(xiàn)平臺上有破損等其他隱患，應立即向上級主管部門報告，帶隱患排除后方可繼續(xù)使用。6.Afterliftingallunitplatesandmaterialonthecurrentfloor,theplatformshouldbetransferredtotheupperstructure,continuetouse.Ifanyonefindsotherdamageontheplatformandotherrisks,shouldimmediatelyreporttothehigherauthorities,withhiddenexclusionbeforetheycancontinuetouse.7、根部斜支撐的施工7.InclinedSubstrateonthebottom支撐斜桿是平臺的關鍵點。受鋼絲繩斜拉影響，支撐斜桿受力是鋼絲繩的一半，如焊接不牢固會把整個平臺往內(nèi)移動，導致安全隱患。Theinclinedbracerodisthekeypointofunloadingplatform.Influencedbythewireropepulling,theforceoftheinclinedbracerodishalfofthewirerope.Iftheweldingisnotfirm,itwillmovethewholeplatforminside,causingthesafetyhazard.8、施工安裝流程8.InstallationProcedures平臺制作組裝PreformationandAssemblyofthePlatform→安裝檢查Inspection→平臺吊裝Hoistering→驗收Acceptance平臺制作組裝：工人在平臺制作過程中，嚴格按照技術交底和操作規(guī)程進行作業(yè)，工字鋼材質為Q235B，焊縫的長度、高度和強度必須滿足三級焊縫標準且符合JGJ80-91規(guī)范要求。制作完畢后，必須由項目部技術、質量、安全等部門相關人員進行驗收合格后方可投入使用。PreformationandAssembly:Intheplatformproductionprocess,workersshouldbeinstrictaccordancewiththetechnicalandoperatingprocedures.TheI-beam’squalityisQ235B.Thelength,heightandstrengthoftheweldmustmeetLevel-3weldingstandardsandmeettheJGJ80-91specificationrequirements.Thecompletedproductmustbeinspectedandacceptedbytechnician,qualitycontrolandsafetystaffpriortotheuse.B）安裝檢查：平臺在吊裝搭設前，應對操作人員身體、安裝用機械設備等進行檢查。應確定搭設位置已清理。B）InstallationInspection：Priortothehoistering,theoperatorshouldinspecttheplatformandmechanics,confirmingthatthesetuplocationhasbeenclearedC）平臺吊裝：平臺吊裝時，項目部技術、質量、安全等部門相關人員必須到場，對吊裝進行監(jiān)控。信號員、吊車司機和安裝工人緊密配合，嚴格按照操作規(guī)程作業(yè)。C）PlatformHoistering：Duringthehoistering,technical,qualitycontrolandsafetystaffmustbepresentandwitnessthehoistering.Signalofficer,driverandworkersmustcoordinatewitheachotherfollowingoperatingguidanceD)驗收：在吊裝就位、鋼絲繩拉緊后，要對平臺和各種相關防護進行驗收。D)Acceptance：Needtoinspecttheprotectivemeasuresafterhoisteringissetupandwireropeistightened.第五節(jié)、平臺的檢查與驗收Section5:InspectionandAcceptance平臺應嚴格按照施工方案進行安裝，鋼絲繩應提供合格證；鋼絲繩卡具的位置數(shù)量型號等均應符合設計要求，必須使用花籃螺栓對鋼絲繩進行緊固；焊接位置必須滿焊，焊縫均勻密實；工鋼規(guī)格應符合設計要求。Theinstallationoftheplatformshouldbestrictlyinaccordancewiththeconstructionprogram.Weshouldprovideacertificate;wireropefixturenumberofmodelsandothermodelsshouldmeetthedesignrequirements,mustusethebasketboltsonthewireropefastening;weldingpositionmustbefullwelding,welduniformDensesteelspecificationsshouldmeetthedesignrequirements.由安全員組織對平臺進行100%檢查驗收，驗收合格后方可使用。Thesafetyguardneedstochecktheplatformcompletely;Itcanonlybeusedifitisqualified.平臺使用過程中由專人負責定期保養(yǎng)和隨時進行檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時向上級主管人員匯報。Regularinspectionandmaintenanceisnecessaryduringtheuseperiod;reporttosupervisorspromptlyiffindinganyproblem4、任何人、任何部門不得對平臺擅自進行改動、變更，若因實際問題必須進行變更時必須通過本方案審批部門的同意方可進行。4.Nopersonoranydepartmentshallchangetheunloadingplatformwithoutapproval.第六節(jié)、拆除及使用規(guī)定要求；Section6：Thedemolitionanduserequirements鋼絲繩與吊環(huán)的連接可采用御夾，鋼絲繩應有護繩環(huán)墊。鋼絲繩子與梁的連接可采用捆綁式或與予吊環(huán)聯(lián)結。接頭處理應符合吊裝要求，即加兩個騎馬夾，御夾與騎馬夾應與鋼絲繩相適應。Clampcanbeusedtoconnectthewireropeandeyebolt,wireropeshouldhavearoperingpad.
