前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件等同采用ISO10880:2017《無損檢測紅外熱成像檢測總則》。

請注意本文件的某些內容可能涉及專利。本文件的發布機構不承擔識別專利的責任。

本文件由全國無損檢測標準化技術委員會(SAC/TC56)提出并歸口。

本文件起草單位:國網浙江省電力有限公司電力科學研究院、上海材料研究所有限公司、浙江省電

引言

隨著熱成像技術的顯著發展,紅外熱成像檢測在無損檢測(NDT)中的工業應用日益增長。紅外熱

成像檢測的有效性取決于適當且正確的測試方法。本文件的目的是提供紅外熱成像檢測的總則,以促進

工業無損檢測方法的正確有效應用,如電力設備、建筑物、儀器儀表和工業材料等領域。

1范圍

本文件規定了工業無損檢測(NDT)領域中紅外熱成像檢測的通用原則。

3術語和定義

ISO10878界定的術語和定義適用于本文件。

4紅外熱成像檢測人員

負責實施紅外熱成像檢測(TT)的操作人員應符合以下要求:

a)紅外熱成像檢測人員應滿足ISO9712規定的具備紅外測量和工程傳熱學基本知識的要求;

b)紅外熱成像檢測人員應滿足ISO9712規定的視力和色覺的要求。

5紅外熱成像檢測設備

5.1紅外熱像儀

不同的紅外熱像儀具有不同的性質和功能,如紅外探測器的類型、空間分辨率(瞬時視場、有效像

素)、溫度范圍、溫度分辨率、溫度準確性、單幀采集時間、曝光時間、檢測波長范圍、冷卻方式、掃

描方式、光學照片顯示和記錄功能。應確保使用的紅外熱像儀具有合適的性質和功能,并在合適溫度下

進行標定以滿足測試要求。
