1、高中必修1第2單元第1課時Lesson Plan of Unit 2 English around the worldWarming up and Reading The road to modern English（第1課時）一、教材內容分析中國學生從小學開始接觸英語到現在英語學習時間不短，但是對于英語本身的了解又有多少呢？ 本單元通過對“世界英語”這一話題的探討，以加強學生對英語語言的了解，對當代語言特別是英語發展趨勢的了解。世界在變化、時代在發展、社會在前進，作為人類交流的工具，語言必然隨著時代的發展而變化，英語也隨著社會的發展和不同人群的交流而不斷變化。作為本單元的第一課時，我將war

2、ming up 和reading兩部分有效整合。首先從對同一事物的不同表達來展現英英和美英的差異，讓學生們有一個粗淺的印象。在接下來的閱讀中讓學生帶著好奇去了解這條通向現代英語的道路。二、教學目標Knowledge Objectives:1. To learn about differences between American & British English;2. Ss will be able to know the development of English and feel the role that culture plays in the change of
