開證申請人和開證行應當充分了解UCP600的內容，并認識到其中的諸如第3條、第14條、

第19條、第20條、第21條、第23條、第24條、第28條i款、第30條和第31條

等條款的約定方式，可能產生出乎預料的結果。例如，在多數情況下，信用證要求提交提

單且禁止轉運時必須排除UCP600第20條c款的適用，才能使信用證規定的禁止轉運發

生效力。
