27、 of thee Defecctivve PProdductts tto SSKF. *) Thhe ttimee liimittatiionss inn thhis claausee shhalll noot aaffeect thee Suppllierrs prooducct lliabbiliity undder claausee 100 beeloww. 3.9 供供應商在在上述第第3.55條至第第3.88條下的的義務應應當于瑕瑕疵產品品作為其其組成部部分的斯斯凱孚產產品交付付給任何何 斯凱孚集團團外的斯斯凱孚客客戶兩年年后到期期。但義義務存續續期間不不應超過過瑕疵產產品交付付給斯凱
