Carried out in要安裝一排支架時，先把兩端的安裝好，然后以兩端的支架為基準，用拉線法找出中間支架的標高進行安裝。支吊架的標高必須正確，如圓形風管管徑由大變小，為保證風管中心線水平，支架型鋼上表面標高，應作響應提高，對于有坡度要求的風管，托架的標高也應按風管的坡度要求安裝。支、吊架的預埋件或膨脹螺栓埋入部分不得油漆，并應除去油污。支、吊架不得安裝在風口、閥門、檢查孔等處。吊架不得直接吊在法蘭上。圓形風管與支架接觸的地方墊木哈呋。保溫風管的墊木哈呋厚度應與保溫層的厚度相同。矩形保溫風管的支、吊架宜放在保溫層外部，但不得損壞保溫層。

13、矩形保溫風管不能直接與支、支架接觸，應墊堅固的隔熱材料，其厚度與保溫層相同，防止產生“冷橋”。為保證法蘭接口的嚴密性，法蘭之間應有墊料。一般空調系統及送、排風系統的法蘭墊料采用8501 密封膠帶，軟橡膠板、閉孔海棉橡膠板。空氣潔凈系統嚴禁使用石棉繩等易產生粉塵的材料。法蘭墊料不能擠入或凸入管內。法蘭墊料應盡量減少接頭，接頭應采用梯形或榫形連接，并涂膠粘牢。法蘭連接后嚴禁往法蘭縫隙填塞墊料。法蘭連接時，按設計要求規定墊料，把兩個法蘭先對正，穿上幾個螺栓并載上螺母， 暫時不要上緊，然后用尖沖塞進穿不上螺栓擰緊。所有風管法蘭連接處（含風管內外壁）及連接螺栓、螺母均以樹脂膠泥封堵覆蓋。為了避免螺栓滑扣

14、，緊螺栓時應按十字交叉逐步均勻地擰緊，連接法蘭的螺母應在同一側，連接好的風管，應以兩端法蘭為準，拉線檢查風管連接是否平直。風管安裝視施工現場而定，可以在地面邊成一定的長度，然后采用吊裝的方法就位（整體吊裝）； 也可以把風管一節一節地放在支架上逐節連接（分節吊裝） 一般安裝順序是先干管后支管。豎風管的安裝一般由下至上進行。風管接長安裝：是將在地面上連接好的風管，一般可接長 10-20m左右，用 倒鏈或滑輪將風管升至吊架上的方法。即掛好倒鏈或滑輪，再用麻繩將風管捆綁 結實（一般繩索不直接捆綁在風管上， 而是用長木板插入麻繩受力部位， 或用長 木板托住風管底部）四周用軟性材料墊牢。起吊風管離地 20

15、0-300mm時，應仔 細檢查倒鏈或滑輪受力點和捆綁風管的繩索、 繩扣的否牢靠，風管重心是否正確， 沒問題后，再繼續吊裝。風管放在支、吊架后，將所有托架和吊桿連接好，確認風管穩固后，方 可解開純扣。風管分節安裝：對于不便懸掛滑輪或受場地限制，不能進行吊裝時，可將風 管分節用繩索拉到腳手架上，然后抬到支架上對正法蘭逐節安裝。玻璃鋼管材現場安裝操作規范所用材料：玻璃鋼風管采用 MF曰3乙烯基酯樹脂，增強材料為玻璃纖維短切氈及纖維布。原材料準備準備好原材料。布和短切氈應根據產品的規格尺寸，提前裁剪好。有鎖邊的 布應將鎖邊剪掉，短切氈的邊口用手撕毛。切割打磨找出需對接的管道，并檢查規格、長度、壓力等級

16、與設計要求是否相符。在 需切割處用記號筆劃好切割線，用裝有金剛石鋸片的角向磨光機將需膠接的部位 切開，切口應平整。根據對接寬度將需膠接的地方用裝有軟片的角向磨光機進行打磨，切口處打磨45°坡口，并應磨到內襯層（內襯厚度 1.52.0mm。對接定位將需對接的管道或管件對正找平，使中間的離縫盡可能地小，并檢查管線是 否水平，軸心線是否在同一直線上，方向是否正確，法蘭眼是否對中(如果有法 蘭的話)。用樹脂膩子將接縫處固定，并填平。配膠樹脂配方由生產廠家提供，在配制前，安裝者應根據當時的氣溫條件進行凝 膠試驗，確定樹脂與引發劑、促進劑的配比。凝膠時間以2545分鐘為宜，以整個工序操作完成后3

17、060分鐘固化為好。糊制將接口處刷上樹脂，鋪放兩層短切氈。該短切氈，應鋪滿整個搭接面，應用 毛刷或輾輪，使之浸潤充分、滾壓平整、無氣泡和皺紋。然后將整個對接面刷上 一層膠。根據規定的搭接寬度和鋪層順序纏繞玻璃布，每筑一層，用毛刷蘸上樹脂，使之浸透，趕盡氣泡并抹平，不得留有皺紋、未浸潤等不良情況。糊制時， 對接口兩邊應平整。應強調：糊制時，不能一次鋪放二層以上的鋪層，每層都應滾壓氣泡。凝膠前，最好留有專人看管，以防流膠。流膠處，應及時補膠。膠淤積的地方， 用毛刷將膠抹勻，直至凝膠。2.法蘭連接FRP/PVCt道與泵送設備、閥門、過濾裝置以及不同材質管道之間的連接采用法蘭連接，操作應遵守下述規程：
