48、困戶,堅持群眾自愿、規模適度、梯度安置的原那么,穩步推進貧困人口向縣城工業園、縣城次中心、中心圩鎮或中心村有序搬遷轉移。2整合資源。積極整合資源支持搬遷移民集中安置點的根底設施建設,完善搬遷移民集中安置點的道路、通水、通電、學校、幼兒園、衛生所、文化等公共設施。3扶持政策疊加。搬遷移民戶可同時享受搬遷移民扶貧補助和農村危舊房、土坯房改造補助,對特別困難的搬遷戶,進一步提高建房補助標準,發動和引導社會力量“一對一幫扶;搬遷移民戶除享受移民安置各項扶持政策外,遷出地的土地、山林、水面等承包經營權不變;幫助其解決后續開展問題,實現穩得住、奔小康能致富。四落實智力扶貧政策1優先支持貧困村開展教育。加強

49、貧困村學校規劃,優先立項解決貧困村薄弱學校改造,同步實現標準化和現代遠程教育,新招聘的老師優先安排到貧困村小學任教,每年安排優秀小學教師到貧困村小學輪流支教,讓貧困村的小學生能就近享受優質教育資源。優先支持貧困村利用閑置校舍改建公辦幼兒園、村小增設附屬幼兒班、學前教育巡回支教點工程。2加大貧困生資助力度。落實好現有國家濟困助學政策,逐步提高貧困生資助標準。公辦幼兒園、村小附屬幼兒班對建檔立卡貧困戶子女學前教育的保教費減半;對義務教育階段建檔立卡的貧困家庭寄宿生生活補助標準,在上級規定的根底上每人每年增加500元;擇優錄取建檔立卡貧困戶子女到縣屬中學上學,除享受國家規定的貧困家庭寄宿生生活補助和
