1、集聚【中文摘要】隨著科學技術的進步，當今世界經濟全球化、區域經濟一體化深入發展，地區之間的經濟聯系顯著增強，市場經濟主體的活動范圍和行為方式都發生了深刻的變化。海峽西岸經濟區地處我國東南沿海地區，與臺灣隔海相望，承擔著東部地區率先發展和促進祖國統一的兩大戰略任務，因此,在經濟全球化、區域經濟一體化的視角下研究海峽西岸經濟區產業空間集聚的形成和發展具有重要的意義。？本文在綜合考察和借鑒前人的研究成果的基礎上，發現區際經濟聯系因素會弱化本區域可開發利用的生產要素、本區域可開發利用的消費市場因素等對廠商區位選擇約束，增強區位布局的靈活性，從而影響產業空間集聚的形成和發展。結合海峽西岸經濟產業空間集聚

2、的現狀分析,發現區際經濟聯系因素是海峽西岸經濟區產業空間集聚總體水平不高的重要影響因素，也是海峽西岸經濟區內各地市產業空間集聚水平差異的重要影響因素。為進一步實證檢驗區際經濟聯系因素對海峽西岸經濟區產業空間集聚的影響，筆者設計了區際經濟聯系的衡量指標,然后再把區際經濟聯系因素和其他可能的影響因素納入計量模型,計量檢驗的結果發現區際經濟聯系因素和集聚因素是海峽西岸經濟區產業空間集聚的呈正相關，而政府財政政策因素的作用不顯著，本區域的消費市場因素與本區域的產業空間集聚呈負相關。因此,筆者得出結論認為，區際經濟聯系因素和集聚因素是海峽西岸經濟區產業空間集聚的重要影響因素；產業空間集聚的形成主要是依靠

3、市場的力量,政府的作用不強。據此,為促進海峽西岸經濟區產業空間集聚的進一步發展，筆者提出了“東出西進”的戰略，以加強海峽西岸經濟區與東部的臺灣地區和中西部地區的經濟聯系，具體包括改善海交通運輸狀況和清除制度性、政策性障礙兩方面政策建議。這對整合海峽兩岸經濟資源、促進東部與中西部地區協調發展具有重要的理論和現實意義。？【英文摘要】Withtheprogressofscieneeandtechnologyintoday'sworld,economicglobalizationandregionaleconomicintegrationaredevelopingdepthly.economi
