3、 new R & D and new plant construction of network cabling systems;B. Data Center, mainly includes: data center decoration and electrical systems, air-conditioning systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, firefighting system reform, server rack systems.1.4 開工條件：合同生效后，甲方預付款到位和現場具備開工條件。Start c

21、組織有關人員按照合同內容和事先約定的驗收條款進行項目驗收，并出具雙方簽字的驗收報告。如甲方不能按期組織驗收，須提前通知乙方，并與乙方另行商定驗收日期，但甲方必須承認乙方的竣工時間。甲方推遲驗收，其間所發生的管理費和各項損失均由甲方負擔。如果提交驗收申請后一個月仍未能完成驗收，則以竣工之日作為系統的保修開始日期。When the whole project is completed, Party B shall submit to party A complete documentation and submit a written acceptance application. Paid maintenance costs through consultation by the two parties.6. 技術服務和培訓Technical service and training6.1 由乙方按技術培訓大綱負責對甲方的有關操作人員和維修人員進行使用級培訓。通過培訓， 使甲方的受訓人員能掌握系統設備的配置，能進行正確操作和日常維護及一般常見故障排查。接受培訓的人員由甲方確定，日期由甲乙雙方共同商定。Party B

29、網絡綜合布線系統和數據中心的技術咨詢服務。Party B shall provide free network cabling system and data center technical advisory services.7. 違約責任The liability for breach of contract7.1 乙方提供貨物的質量或規格不符合合同約定，行業規格或政府的法令法規的要求的，甲方可以根據貨物的性質以及損失大小，要求乙方承擔修理，更換， 退貨， 減少價款等責任。Party B shall provide the quality or specifications of the
