43、及公司要求進行各項工作。二、導游人員應保持良好的儀容儀表,穿著樸素大方,帶團嚴禁穿高跟鞋、奇裝異服、濃妝艷抹。三、導游人員應提前半個小時抵達團隊集合的地點,做好各項準備工作:攜帶話筒、社旗、出團預算書、確認書、意見表、團款。團隊出發時致歡迎詞、行程概況、景區概況,注意事項,路途中要盡量調動游客情緒,結束時要致歡送詞,到家后要寫工作日記。四、導游人員應始終堅持微笑服務,認真負責,細心周到,體貼入微,盡量滿足游客合理要求,能與每一位游客交流、溝通。如遇問題立即報公司解決。五、導游人員應配合并監督司機、地陪工作,尊重領隊意見。團隊夜間行車時導游要提醒司機行車安全,不開疲勞車。每開四個小時車,要停車休
44、息20分鐘。六、導游人員處理各種事情要以大局為重,時刻維護公司利益與游客合法權益。七:導游人員應公私分明,嚴禁與地陪聯合鼓動游客購物,擅自增加景點與購物點,嚴禁私拿回扣,發現老鄉店要立即終止。八、導游人員帶團時帳目要清楚,隨時記清每一筆開支,保存好發票,嚴禁虛開、虛報,損公肥私,團隊返回后一天內交清賬目。九、導游員嚴禁與游客共餐(特殊團隊除外),每餐最少要看三次,住宿時要檢查房間,發現問題及時解決。十、導游人員要時刻與游客在一起,嚴禁脫離游客,單獨活動。十一、導游人員要與駕駛員、地陪保持距離,嚴禁與司機、地陪單獨行動或交頭接耳。十二、導游人員要保守公司各項機密,不得泄露。十三、導游人員應加強學
45、習,在上團前要熟知前往地的景點特色、民俗風情,沿途交通狀況,途經省份、城市、景點概況,要準備好調節團隊氣氛的節目。十四、遇到緊急事件應立即通知公司,并采取各種應急措施。十五、導游人員應時刻監督團隊食、宿、游、行的質量,發現問題立即解決,嚴禁把問題團帶回來,確保團隊質量。十六、導游人員在帶團期間,要嚴格按照團隊確認書上行程執行,如因導游擅自更改行程或自身原因造成的損失,由導游個人承擔。旅游安全應急預案(一)一、交通事故處置預案導游人員應該具有交通安全意識和必要的交通常識,提醒司機檢查車輛,發現事故隱患及時提出更換車輛的建議;協助和監督司機做好安全行車工作。交通事故發生后,導游人員應做到:1、立即
46、組織搶救。發生交通事故出現傷亡時,導游人員應立即撥打120急救電話并組織現場人員迅速搶救受傷的游客,特別是搶救重傷員。如不能就地搶救,應立即將傷員送往離出事地點最近的醫院救治。2、保護現場,立即報案。事故發生后,應盡一切努力保護現場,并盡快報案。報公安110或交通事故122報警臺,請求派員趕赴現場調查處理。3、迅速向旅行社報告。將受傷者送往醫院后,導游人員應迅速向旅行社領導報告交通事故發生及旅游者傷亡情況,按領導指令開展下一步工作。旅行社領導應在同一時間報旅游行政管理部門。4、做好旅游團其他人員的安撫工作。交通事故發生后,導游人員應做好團內其他旅游者的安撫工作,繼續組織安排好參觀游覽活動。事故
