中英文借款協議?一、協議雙方出借人（Lender）：姓名：[出借人姓名]地址：[出借人地址]聯系方式：[出借人電話/郵箱]借款人（Borrower）：姓名：[借款人姓名]地址：[借款人地址]聯系方式：[借款人電話/郵箱]二、借款金額與用途1.借款金額（LoanAmount）出借人同意向借款人提供借款，借款金額為人民幣[大寫金額]元整（小寫：￥[具體金額]）。InthisAgreement,theLenderagreestoprovidealoantotheBorrowerintheamountof[amountinChinesecapitalletters]Yuan(infigures:￥[specificamount]).2.借款用途（PurposeoftheLoan）借款人承諾將該借款用于[具體用途]，不得挪作他用。TheBorrowerundertakestousetheloanfor[specificpurpose]andshallnotuseitforanyotherpurposes.三、借款期限1.借款期限（LoanTerm）本借款期限自[起始日期]起至[到期日期]止，共計[借款期限時長]。Thetermofthisloanshallmenceon[startdate]andendon[duedate],withatotaldurationof[loantermduration].2.借款展期（LoanExtension）如借款人需要延長借款期限，應在借款到期日前[X]個工作日書面通知出借人。出借人有權根據自身情況決定是否同意展期。如同意展期，雙方應另行簽訂展期協議。IftheBorrowerneedstoextendtheloanterm,itshallnotifytheLenderinwriting[X]workingdayspriortotheduedateoftheloan.TheLenderhastherighttodecidewhethertoagreetotheextensionaccordingtoitsowncircumstances.Iftheextensionisagreed,thetwopartiesshallenterintoaseparateextensionagreement.四、借款利息與還款方式1.借款利息（LoanInterest）本次借款的利息為年利率[X]%。利息從借款發放之日起計算，按[付息周期]支付。Theinterestrateforthisloanis[X]%perannum.Theinterestshallbecalculatedfromthedateofloandisbursementandpaidinaccordancewiththe[interestpaymentperiod].2.還款方式（RepaymentMethod）借款人應按照以下方式還款：TheBorrowershallrepaytheloaninthefollowingmanner:在借款期限屆滿時，一次性償還全部借款本金及利息。Upontheexpirationoftheloanterm,theBorrowershallrepaytheentireprincipalandinterestoftheloanatonetime.具體還款賬戶信息如下：Thespecificrepaymentaccountinformationisasfollows:開戶銀行：[開戶銀行名稱]BankName:[nameofthebankwheretheaccountisopened]賬戶名稱：[賬戶持有人姓名]AccountName:[nameoftheaccountholder]賬號：[銀行賬號]AccountNumber:[bankaccountnumber]五、雙方權利與義務1.出借人權利與義務（RightsandObligationsoftheLender）權利（Rights）有權按照本協議約定收取借款本金、利息及其他相關費用。TheLenderhastherighttocollecttheprincipal,interestandotherrelevantfeesinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.有權對借款人的借款使用情況進行監督和檢查。TheLenderhastherighttosuperviseandinspecttheuseoftheloanbytheBorrower.義務（Obligations）按照本協議約定的時間和方式向借款人提供借款。TheLendershallprovidetheloantotheBorroweratthetimeandinthemannerstipulatedinthisAgreement.對借款人提供的相關信息予以保密，但法律法規另有規定或因履行法定職責需要披露的除外。TheLendershallkeepconfidentialtherelevantinformationprovidedbytheBorrower,exceptasotherwiseprovidedbylawsandregulationsorasrequiredfortheperformanceoflegalduties.2.借款人權利與義務（RightsandObligationsoftheBorrower）權利（Rights）有權按照本協議約定使用借款。TheBorrowerhastherighttousetheloaninaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.義務（Obligations）按照本協議約定的時間、金額和方式償還借款本金及利息。TheBorrowershallrepaytheprincipalandinterestoftheloanatthetime,amountandinthemannerstipulatedinthisAgreement.向出借人提供真實、準確、完整的身份信息、財務狀況信息及其他相關信息。TheBorrowershallprovidetheLenderwithtrue,accurateandpleteidentityinformation,financialstatusinformationandotherrelevantinformation.如借款用途發生變更，應提前書面通知出借人，并取得出借人的書面同意。Ifthereisachangeinthepurposeoftheloan,theBorrowershallnotifytheLenderinwritinginadvanceandobtainthewrittenconsentoftheLender.六、違約責任1.若借款人未按照本協議約定的時間和方式償還借款本金及利息，應按照未償還金額的每日[X]%向出借人支付逾期違約金。逾期超過[X]天的，出借人有權采取以下措施：IftheBorrowerfailstorepaytheprincipalandinterestoftheloanatthetimeandinthemannerstipulatedinthisAgreement,itshallpayoverdueliquidateddamagestotheLenderatarateof[X]%perdayoftheoutstandingamount.Iftheoverdueperiodexceeds[X]days,theLenderhastherighttotakethefollowingmeasures:宣布借款提前到期，要求借款人立即償還全部借款本金及利息。DeclaretheloantobedueinadvanceandrequiretheBorrowertoimmediatelyrepaytheentireprincipalandinterestoftheloan.通過法律途徑追討借款，由此產生的一切費用（包括但不限于訴訟費、律師費、差旅費等）由借款人承擔。Recovertheloanthroughlegalmeans,andallexpensesarisingtherefrom(includingbutnotlimitedtolitigationfees,attorneyfees,travelexpenses,etc.)shallbebornebytheBorrower.2.若出借人未按照本協議約定的時間和方式向借款人提供借款，應按照未提供金額的每日[X]%向借款人支付違約金。IftheLenderfailstoprovidetheloantotheBorroweratthetimeandinthemannerstipulatedinthisAgreement,itshallpayliquidateddamagestotheBorroweratarateof[X]%perdayoftheamountnotprovided.七、爭議解決如雙方在本協議履行過程中發生爭議，應首先通過友好協商解決；協商不成的，任何一方均有權向有管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟。IncaseofanydisputearisingduringtheperformanceofthisAgreementbetweenthetwoparties,theyshallfirstresolveitthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifthenegotiationfails,eitherpartyhastherighttoinitiatelegalproceedingsinthepeople'scourtwithjurisdiction.八、其他條款1.本協議自雙方簽字（或蓋章）之日起生效，一式兩份，雙方各執一份，具有同等法律效力。ThisAgreementshalleintoforceasofthedateofsignature(orseal)ofbothparties.Itismadeintwocopies,witheachpartyholdingonecopy,andbothcopieshavethesamelegaleffect.2.本協議未盡事宜，可由雙方另行簽訂補充協議。補充協議與本協議具有同等法律效力。FormattersnotcoveredinthisAgreement,thetwopartiesmayenterintoasupplementaryag
