前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T3325—2017《金屬家具通用技術條件》,與GB/T3325—2017相比,除結構調整

和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:

a)更改了術語和定義,刪除了“人造板封邊”,增加了“可觸及區域”和“1型桌”(見第3章,2017年

版的第3章);

b)更改了桌椅(凳)主要尺寸配合,刪除了桌面與椅凳座面配合高差(見表1,2017年版的表1

序號6);

c)更改了掛衣空間深度的項目類別(見表1序號9,2017年版的表1序號10);

d)更改了單層床床鋪面凈長、床鋪面凈高和雙層床床鋪面凈長、床鋪面凈寬、上床鋪面或高床床

鋪面離地高(見表1序號14、16~19,2017年版的表1序號15、17~20);

e)更改了雙層床層間凈高、安全欄板高度和安全欄板缺口寬度(見表1序號20~22,2017年版

的表1序號21~23);

f)更改了產品外形尺寸偏差(見表1序號24,2017年版的表1序號24);

g)更改了鄰邊垂直度的規定(見表2序號1,2017年版的表2序號1);

h)增加了鑄造件、合金件等其他金屬件外觀要求,增加了死節、孔洞、夾皮、樹脂道、樹膠道等缺

陷的規定,增加了零部件的結合、雕刻的圖案、石材、巖板等外觀要求;更改了玻璃件外觀要

求;刪除了標志和使用說明要求(見表3,2017年版的表3);

i)更改了安全性能要求和試驗方法(見5.4,6.4,2017年版的5.4,6.4);

j)增加了產品中電氣部分安全要求和試驗方法(見表4序號4、6.4.5);

k)更改了耐鹽浴(耐腐蝕)要求和試驗方法(見表5序號3、6.5.2.3,2017年版的表5、6.5.1);

l)增加了金屬轉印薄膜層理化性能要求和試驗方法(見表5序號6和7、6.5.4);

m)更改了木制件表面涂層抗沖擊要求(見表5序號13,2017年版的表5);

n)刪除了木制件表面貼面層的耐劃痕要求及試驗方法,更改了木制件表面裝飾層的耐磨要求

(見表5序號20,2017年版的表5);

o)更改了真皮涂層黏著牢度要求(見表5序號28,2017年版的表5);

p)增加了人造革pH要求(見表5序號27);

q)增加了人造石、巖板耐污染、耐沖擊理化性能要求和試驗方法(見表6、6.5.8.3);

r)更改塑料件理化性能要求和試驗方法(見表6、6.5.8.4,2017年版的5.5.2、6.5.2);

s)刪除了封邊條表面膠合強度的要求及試驗方法(2017年版的表6);

t)更改了桌幾類、柜架類、單層床、雙層床力學性能要求(見5.6,2017年版的5.6);

u)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐冷熱循環的試驗方法(見6.5.6.1,2017年版

的表5);

v)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐干熱的試驗方法(見6.5.6.2,2017年版的表5);

w)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐濕熱的試驗方法(見6.5.6.3,2017年版的表5);

x)更改了木制件表面裝飾層(軟硬質覆面)耐污染性能的試驗方法(見6.5.6.4,2017年版

的表5);

y)更改了玻璃件耐熱沖擊性能的試驗方法(見6.5.8.2.1,2017年版的表6);

z)更改了玻璃件表面耐干熱性能的試驗方法(見6.5.8.2.2,2017年版的表6);

aa)更改了桌類強度和耐久的試驗方法(見6.6.2,2017年版的表7);

ac)更改了柜架類強度和耐久性、穩定性的試驗方法(見6.6.6、6.6.10,2017年版的表7);

ad)更改了單層床強度和耐久性、穩定性的試驗方法(見6.6.4、6.6.11,2017年版的表7);

ae)更改了雙層床強度和耐久性、穩定性的試驗方法(見6.6.5、6.6.12,2017年版的表7)。

1范圍

本文件規定了金屬家具的分類、要求、檢驗規則及標志、使用說明、包裝、貯存和運輸等,描述了相

應的試驗方法。

本文件適用于金屬家具的設計、生產、銷售服務及檢驗檢測等通用質量管控。
