前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23417—2009《自行式飛機除冰防冰車功能要求》,與GB/T23417—2009相比,
除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了適用范圍(見第1章,2009年版的第1章);
b)增加了“術語和定義”(見第3章);
c)增加了“分類”(見第4章);
d)更改了“一般要求”及其試驗方法(見5.1、6.2、2009年版的第3章);
e)增加了“安全要求”及其試驗方法(見5.2、6.3);
f)增加了“結構安全系數”要求及其試驗方法(見5.3、6.4);
g)增加了“穩定性”要求及其試驗方法(見5.4、6.5);
h)增加了“機動性能”要求及其試驗方法(見5.5、6.6);
i)增加了“作業性能”要求及其試驗方法(見5.6、6.7);
j)增加了“外部照明及光信號裝置”要求及其試驗方法(見5.7、6.8);
k)增加了“可靠性”要求及其試驗方法(見5.8、6.9);

1范圍
本文件規定了飛機除冰防冰車(以下簡稱“除冰車”)的分類,技術要求,試驗方法,檢驗規則,標牌、
標識、使用說明書,包裝、運輸及貯存。
本文件適用于民用機場區域內使用的配有除冰液、防冰液噴灑系統,具有加熱或吹雪功能的自行
式臂架高空作業飛機除冰防冰車的設計、制造、檢驗。
