1總則
1.0.1為了加強汽輪發電機組工程施工技術管理,進一步提高工
程施工質量,修訂DL5190.3—2012《電力建設施工技術規范》第
三部分。
1.0.2本部分適用于火力發電廠汽輪發電機組、燃氣-蒸汽聯合
循環發電機組、單循環燃氣發電機組、輔助設備及附屬機械的施
工。
1.0.3汽輪發電機組的施工應依據經批準的設計和設備制造廠技
術文件,如需修改或變更,應由設計單位、設備制造廠出具相應
的證明文件,辦理相關的審批手續。發電廠土建工程除滿足本規
范《電力建設施工技術規范第1部分:土建工程》的規定外,
特殊要求按本部分相關規定執行。
1.0.4汽輪發電機組的施工應按設備訂貨合同、技術協議及制造
廠有效技術文件的要求執行,如合同協議及制造廠技術文件無明
確要求或要求不全面時,按本部分規定執行。
1.0.5汽輪發電機組的施工,除應符合本部分規定外,還應執行
國家、行業現行有關標準規定。

2術語
2.0.1橢圓度ellipticity
圓柱形軸或者孔在某一橫剖面的不圓度,其數值為該橫剖面
最大直徑與最小直徑之差。
2.0.2不柱度non-cylindricity
圓柱形軸或孔通過軸中心線的軸向剖面上下線與平行線的偏
差。其數值為該軸或孔在軸向剖面上最大與最小直徑之差。要求
為正圓柱體的部件,不柱度表示偏離正圓柱要求的程度。
2.0.3錐度taper
圓錐、圓臺形狀回轉面與基準面的傾斜程度。對于圓錐形狀
其數值為圓錐基準面直徑與圓錐高度的比值,對于圓臺形狀其數
值為上下直徑之差與圓臺高度的比值。
2.0.4傾斜度tilt/(坡度)tilt(gradient)
直線或平面與基準線或基準面相交的傾斜程度。其數值為給
定的基準面或線長度內該面或線與基準面或線的最小距離與給定
長度的比值。
2.0.5平面度flatness
實際表面偏離標準平面的程度。其數值用實際平面距離標準
平面最遠點的距離值表示。
2.0.6不平行度non-parallelism
兩個相互平行的線或面間的不平行的程度。其數值為該二要
素間最大與最小垂直距離之差。
2.0.7不垂直度non-perpendicularity
兩條軸線、軸線與平面或兩平面之間所形成的角度與標準直
角之差。以單位長度內標準垂直線或面與所測線或面的最小距離
△表示,單位△/m。
2.0.8徑向晃度radialrunout

徑向晃度表示測量斷面所在的軸表面到軸中心線距離的偏離
程度。用百分表垂直指向被測斷面的軸中心線,轉子軸頸在支持
面上盤動,被測表面上各點讀數的最大與最小值之差,為軸頸在
該截面的徑向晃度。
2.0.9端面瓢偏endingrunout
端面瓢偏表示該端面與軸中心線不垂直的程度。在被測端面
接近直徑的周邊部位,相對180°位置各安放一個垂直于端面的百
分表,盤動轉子,兩表同時指示的最大差值減去最小差值的1/2
即為端面瓢偏值。
2.0.10大型水泵largepumps
出口公稱直徑大于400mm的高壓離心泵,以及入口公稱直
徑大于700mm的低壓泵。
2.0.11高速水泵high-speedpumps
額定轉速高于1500r/min的水泵。
2.0.12可調式汽封adjustablesteamseal
可調式汽封是一種隨著啟動過程中蒸汽壓力的逐漸增大而分
段閉合的汽封。其主要特點:啟動時,汽封塊張開,使動靜部分
達到最大間隙,避免了啟動過程中由于振動及變形而導致的碰磨。
隨著機組升速加負荷,汽封塊端部閉合,使動靜間隙減小,以減
少汽封的漏汽量從而提高機組的效率。
2.0.13空冷凝汽器air-cooledcondenser(ACC)
空冷凝汽器簡稱為ACC,指以空氣作為冷卻介質,使汽輪機
排汽凝結成水的表面式換熱器。
2.0.14相對振動relativevibration
相對振動是指轉軸和相應結構(例如軸承座或機殼)之間的
徑向位移量的測量值,如無特別說明,本部分中的“軸振動”均
指相對振動。
2.0.15絕對振動absolutevibration
絕對振動是指轉軸相對于某一慣性參考系的位移量的測量值。

2.0.16輔機故障減負荷試驗runbacktest
當發生部分主要輔機故障停運,機組最大出力低于給定負荷
時,測試控制系統將機組負荷快速降低到實際所能達到的出力,
并控制機組在允許參數范圍內繼續運行能力的過程,稱為輔機故
障減負荷試驗。

3基本規定
3.1設備開箱檢驗及保管
3.1.1設備到達現場后,應由建設、制造、監理、總包、施工、
設備保管等相關單位共同開箱查驗并記錄簽證。有缺陷的設備應
按合同約定進行處理。
3.1.2設備開箱檢驗時,裝箱單、說明書、質量證明文件、圖紙
等技術文件應齊全。
3.1.3設備裝卸和搬運應符合下列規定:
1應按箱上標識部位綁扎吊索及加襯墊物,并防止重心偏
移;
2對剛度較差的設備,應采取措施防止變形;
3應核實設備搬運途中經過的路面、橋梁等承載能力;
4碳鋼吊索不得與奧氏體不銹鋼材質的設備接觸。
3.1.4設備開箱檢查應符合下列規定:
1在開箱檢查時,應防止損傷和損壞設備及零部件。對裝有
精密設備的箱件,應注意對精密設備妥善保護;
2設備防腐涂料未清理前,不得轉動和滑動,清理檢查后應
用原防腐涂料進行防腐處理;
3需要添加潤滑劑等特殊要求的轉動設備,開箱檢查時不得
盤動;
4設備開箱檢查后暫不安裝時應重新封閉;露天放置的箱
件,應采取有效的防護措施;
5裝箱設備的配件及專用工具應成套保管。
3.1.5設備保管人員應熟悉設備保管規程,汽輪發電機組設備的
特殊保管要求,并做好保管記錄。
3.1.6設備安裝前保管應符合DL/T855《電力基本建設火電設備

維護保管規程》的規定。
3.1.7設備和器材應分區、分類存放,標識清晰,并應符合下列
規定:
1存放區域應有明顯的區界和消防通道,并具備可靠的消防
設施和有效的照明;
2大件設備的存放位置應根據施工順序和運輸條件,按照施
工組織設計的規定合理布置,以減少二次搬運;
3設備應支墊穩固、可靠,存放場地排水應暢通,并應采取
防撞、防凍、防潮、防塵和防傾倒等措施;
4存放地點和貨架應具備足夠的承載能力;
5海濱鹽霧地區和含有腐蝕性的環境,應采取特殊措施,防
止設備銹蝕;
6儀器、儀表及精密部件應存放在貨架上或按要求放置在保
溫庫內;
7管材、管件和部件應標識明確、分類存放,避免混淆;
8充氮保護的設備,應定期檢查記錄氮氣壓力及設備密封情
況。當壓力低于3.5kPa時,應及時補充氮氣;
9燃氣輪機濾芯保管應有防潮措施。
3.1.8隨設備提供的材料應有質量證明文件,在核查中對材料質
量有質疑時,應進行復檢。
3.1.9外委加工和現場加工配制的成品或半成品,應按本部分的
有關規定進行檢驗,合格后方可使用。
3.1.10安裝就位的設備應加強成品保護,防止設備在安裝期間損
傷、銹蝕、凍裂;經過試運行的主要設備,應根據制造廠對設備
的有關要求,制定維護保養措施,經監理審定后,妥善保管。
3.2土建工程
3.2.1汽輪發電機組安裝前期,由監理組織土建專業、安裝專業

進行圖紙會檢。
3.2.2土建施工期間,安裝專業應做如下工作:
1施工準備時,對預留孔洞、預埋件、汽輪發電機組基座及
主要附屬設備基礎等標高、中心線、地腳螺栓孔位置等重要幾何尺
寸應進行校核;
2澆灌前,安裝單位應參加基座澆灌前的中間核查工作;
3起吊重型設備需要的起吊設施的基礎、錨固點及為超負荷
起吊而對建筑結構進行的加固方案,應在土建施工前與設計單位、
監理單位和土建施工單位確定;
4因吊裝大型設備而預留的鋼結構、基礎或墻體,應在土建
施工前由設計單位、監理單位和土建施工單位等有關單位確認。
3.2.3交付安裝的土建工程應具備下列條件:
1行車軌道安裝完畢,二次灌漿的混凝土已達到設計強度,
并經驗收合格;
2主輔設備基礎、基座混凝土已達到設計強度的70%以上,
模板已拆除;
3廠房封閉,屋面止水;
4廠房內的各基礎縱橫中心線、標高標識和基礎沉降觀測點
清晰、齊全;
5各層平臺、通道、梯子、欄桿、踢腳板裝設完畢且焊接牢
固,主機周邊孔洞有可靠的臨時蓋板或圍欄;
6廠房內的管溝、泵坑、排水溝及集水井等清潔,排水暢通;
7消防設施可靠;
8建筑物和基礎上的基準線與基準點標識清晰、齊全。
3.3設備及系統安裝
3.3.1設備安裝應根據下列技術文件進行:
1制造廠設備質量證明書、說明書、圖紙等;

2專業施工組織設計及作業指導書;
3綠色施工專項措施。
3.3.2施工前,工程技術人員應對施工人員進行技術交底。
3.3.3汽輪發電機組的施工場地應符合下列規定:
1臨時放置設備和材料的場地應滿足相應載荷要求;
2施工地點環境溫度宜保持在5℃以上;
3水、電等力能供應應滿足施工需求,照明充足;
4基建施工和生產運行區域的隔離設施應有明顯標識;
5起重設備應具備使用條件。
3.3.4設備安裝時,建筑物的保護應符合下列規定:
1不得任意變更或損壞建筑物結構;
2禁止在建筑物金屬結構上任意施焊、切割;
3不得隨意在建筑混凝土結構上錘擊、開孔,不得鑿開混凝
土保護層在鋼筋上焊接、切割。
3.3.5設備安裝前,如發現有損壞或質量缺陷,應及時通知有關
單位共同檢查確認,并進行處理。
3.3.6設備中的零部件和緊固件安裝前應按DL/T438《火力發電
廠金屬技術監督規程》和DL/T439《火力發電廠高溫緊固件技術
導則》規定進行光譜、無損探傷、金相、硬度等檢驗,并與制造
廠技術文件要求相符。
3.3.7設備及部件的清理應符合下列規定:
1設備部件內部的雜物、油垢、銹跡應清理干凈并及時封閉;
2設備的精密加工面不應用鏟刀、銼刀除銹,不得用火焰除
油;
3用蒸汽吹掃的部件應及時去除水分;
4清理軸頸和軸瓦時不得損傷其表面;
5清理后的設備及零部件應分類存放,并防止二次污染。
3.3.8汽輪發電機組施工應符合下列規定:
1設備的解體檢查、測量和調整應符合制造廠的技術文件要

求;
2拆卸設備部套時應做好標記、使用專用工器具,并不得強
行拆裝;
3拆下的零部件應妥善保管。
3.3.9隱蔽工程的安裝檢查應符合下列規定:
1進入隱蔽區域、設備內部清理和檢查的人員,應穿無紐扣
的專用工作服,鞋底無鐵釘并擦拭干凈;
2設備及管道封閉前,應指定專人檢查,確認內部無雜物后
辦理簽證;
3設備及管道的封閉應明顯,牢固、可靠;
4不得在已最終封閉的設備或管道上施焊、開孔、拆封。
3.4試運行
3.4.1汽輪發電機及其附屬機械、輔助設備試運時現場應具備下
列條件:
1廠區場地平整,道路暢通;
2試運范圍內的施工臨時設施應拆除并清理干凈,現場溝
道、孔洞蓋板齊全,臨時孔洞應裝設護欄或蓋板,平臺的樓梯、
通道、欄桿及護板應安裝完畢;
3消防器材滿足試運要求,消防系統具備投用條件,事故排
油系統具備使用條件;
4試運機組范圍內的各層地面施工完畢;
5生活用的上下水道暢通,衛生設施能正常使用;
6廠房和廠區的排水系統、工業廢水處理系統應正常投用;
7照明系統應正常投用,事故照明系統完整、可靠并處于備
用狀態;
8試運時室內溫度宜保持5℃以上;
9電話等通信設備安裝完畢,應正常投用;

10與試運有關的空調系統應正常投用。
3.4.2汽輪發電機組及附屬機械、輔助設備和系統,在試運前應
具備下列條件:
1設備及系統按規定安裝完畢,并驗收合格,安裝技術記錄
齊全;
2設備及管道的保溫工作已完成,管道支吊架已調整結束;
3基礎混凝土及二次灌漿層達到設計強度;
4操作電源、動力電源、壓縮空氣氣源可靠;
5水位計和油位計標識清晰、顯示正確;
6轉動機械已按要求加潤滑油、脂,油位正常;
7工業水系統具備投用條件且沖洗潔凈;
8閥門應逐個檢查調整完畢,全行程啟閉(停)靈活、開
度準確且無卡澀;
9試運范圍內的容器,已按要求清理和沖洗;
10各指示和記錄儀表及信號、聲光報警裝置已裝設齊全,
并經校驗調整準確;
11試運設備或系統已掛牌并標識清晰,表計指示正確且在
有效期內;
12啟動用汽源應充足并穩定,其壓力和溫度應能符合軸封
供汽、汽動給水泵、除氧器等用汽的要求;
13自動控制部分及精密部套的通風、空調裝置應投用;
14試運設備的保護裝置已校驗合格并投用。

3.4.4汽輪發電機組整套啟動前應完成下列工作:
1汽水管道的吹掃和沖洗;
2冷卻水系統通水試驗和沖洗;
3化學水系統沖洗、充填藥劑、調整試運行,并能供給足量
合格的除鹽水;
4真空系統嚴密性檢查;

5除氧器、熱交換器、蒸發器、減壓裝置等的檢查調整;
6各附屬機械分部試運調整;
7潤滑、調節和密封油系統及凈化裝置試運調整,油質合格;
8調節、保安系統靜態整定和試驗;
9頂軸裝置和盤車裝置調整試驗,校對大軸晃度指示表;
10抽汽止回閥與傳動裝置的調整試驗;
11汽封系統調整試運行;
12熱工、電氣有關保護、連鎖裝置,遠方操作裝置和電動、
氣動、液動閥的調整試驗,開、閉、富余行程及開閉時間已作記
錄,并投運正常;
13中間再熱機組旁路系統的調整試驗;
14抽真空試驗;
15低壓缸噴水試驗;
16發電機氫氣冷卻系統、繞組冷卻水系統的沖洗與調整。

4.1.1本章適用于汽輪機本體的臺板、軸承座、軸承、汽缸、隔
板、汽封、轉子、盤車裝置及連通管道等部件的施工。
