GaiaAnintroductiontoPanGuPanGu,isthefirstlivingbeinginChinesemythology.HecreatedtheworldbyseparatingYin(earth)fromYang(sky)withhisaxe.Andhestoodbetweenearthandskytokeepthemfromcombiningtoeachotheragain.Hisworklastedfor1800years.Withinthoseyears,hisheightkeptgrowingandconsequentlythedistancebetweenskyandearthbecamelongerandlonger.Afterwards,hewaslaidtorest.Andhisorganschangedintovariouselementsoftheworld.AnIntroductiontoChaos

ChaosisbelievedtobethemostancientoriginalgodinGreekmythology.Chaosisalsodescribedasabottomlessabysswhichcreatedtheworld.chaoshasoftenbeeninterpretedasamoving,formlessmassfromwhichthecosmosandthegodsoriginated.Fromthedescriptionsabove,wemaygettheideathatChaosmaynotbeaman-shapedcreature,butamasswithoutanyshape.Thedifferencesbetweenthetwocreator
