教育類專業學生就職前的專業思想形成研究

Introduction

Thefieldofeducationisonethatrequiresindividualstobeequippedwithacombinationofacademicandpracticalskills.Moststudentsstudyingeducationaimtosecureemploymentintheeducationsectoraftergraduation.However,toachievethisgoal,studentsmustdevelopcertainprofessionalideologiesandconceptualframeworksthatcanbeappliedintheworkplace.Thispaperwillprovideacriticalanalysisoftheprofessionalideologiesandconceptualframeworksthateducationstudentsshoulddevelopbeforejoiningtheworkforce.

TheoreticalFramework

Professionalideologyandconceptualframeworksareguidedbyhistoricity,whichistheunderstandingthatanindividual’slifeexperiencesinfluencetheirbeliefsandactions.Moreover,professionalideologiesandconceptualframeworksarealsoinfluencedbysocialandculturalfactorssuchaseducationandsocio-economicbackgrounds.Habitusisanimportantconceptinunderstandinghowprofessionalideologiesandconceptualframeworksareformed.Bourdieu(1984)explainsthathabitusreferstothewaypeoplethink,act,andperceivetheworldaroundthem.Furthermore,Bourdieuassertsthathabitusisaproductofsocializationandculturalconditioning.Inthecontextofeducationstudents,habitusinfluenceshowstudentsperceiveeducation,howtheyapproachteaching,andtheirinteractionwithstudents.

Similarly,theconceptofself-efficacyissignificantinunderstandinghowprofessionalideologiesandconceptualframeworksareformedamongeducationstudents.Self-efficacyreferstoanindividual'sbeliefintheirabilitytoperformagiventasksuccessfully(Bandura,1997).Educationstudentswhohavehighlevelsofself-efficacyarelikelytodevelopprofessionalideologiesandconceptualframeworksthatarealignedwiththeircareergoals.

ProfessionalIdeologies

Professionalideologiesrefertothebeliefs,values,andattitudesthatanindividualholdsabouttheirprofession.Educationstudentsmustdevelopprofessionalideologiesthatalignwiththevaluesandgoalsoftheeducationsector.Oneimportantprofessionalideologythateducationstudentsshoulddevelopisacommitmenttolifelonglearning.Educationisarapidlyevolvingsector,anditiscrucialthateducationstudentsremaincurrentwithnewpracticesanddevelopmentsinthefield.Furthermore,educationstudentsmustcultivateapassionforteaching.Thisinvolveshavingapositiveattitudetowardsstudentsandtheirlearning,aswellasbeingcommittedtocreatingastimulatingandpositivelearningenvironment.Finally,educationstudentsmustdemonstrateacommitmenttosocialjustice.Thisinvolvesrecognizingthediversecharactersofstudentsandadvocatingforequalopportunitiesforallstudentsregardlessoftheirsocio-economicbackgrounds.

ConceptualFrameworks

Conceptualframeworksrefertotheconceptualtoolsusedtomakesenseoftheworld.Educationstudentsmustdevelopconceptualframeworksthatarerelevanttotheeducationsector.Oneimportantconceptualframeworkthateducationstudentsshoulddevelopisanunderstandingoftheimportanceofpedagogy.Pedagogyisconcernedwiththestudyofteachingandlearningprocesses.Educationstudentsmustunderstandhowdifferentteachingapproachesimpactstudentlearning.Thisinvolveslearningaboutdifferentteachingstrategiesandmethodsaswellastheireffectiveness.Furthermore,educationstudentsmustdevelopanunderstandingofeducationpolicyandhowitimpactseducationatalllevels.Thisinvolveslearningaboutpoliciesrelatedtocurriculumdevelopment,studentassessment,andteachertrainingprograms.
