第1頁共20頁2022年中國人民保險公司海洋運輸貨物保險條款本保險分為平安險、水漬險及一切險三種。被保險貨物遭受損失時，本保險按照保險單上訂明承 (一)平安險本保險負責賠償：物及其權利委付給保險公司。推定全損是指被保險貨物的實際全損已經不可避免，或者恢復、修復受損貨物以及運送貨物到原定目的地的費用超過該目的地的貨物價值。遭失。但以不超過該批被救貨物的保險金額為限。倉以及運送貨物所產生的特別費用。 (一)本保險負“倉至倉”責任，自被保險貨物運離保險單所載明的起運地倉庫或儲存處所開始運輸時生效，包括正常運輸過程中的海上、陸上、內河和駁船運輸在內，直至該項貨物到達保險單所載明目的地收貨人的最后倉庫或儲存處所或被保險人用作分配、分派或非正常運輸的其他儲存處所為止。如末抵達上述倉庫或儲存處所，則以被保險貨物在最后卸載港全部卸離海輪后滿六十天為止。如在上述六十天內被保險貨物需轉運到非保險單所載明的目的地時，則以該項
