本手冊適用于SJZ水汽取樣裝置在現場的啟動、停運和日常操Thismanualissuitableforfieldstartup,stoppageandroutineworkoftheSJZwaterand 裝置啟動前操作Theoperationbefore降溫Cooling所有高壓閥門應處于關閉狀態Allthehighpressurevalvesneedtobe所有各連接接頭、緊固件不應有松動、脫落現Allconjunctionsandfastenersshouldn’tbeloosenandbefall恒壓裝置壓力調節螺母旋至中位，出口調節閥處于關斷狀態Putthepressureadjustingnutofconstantpressuredeviceatmedian,andclosetheouteradjustingvalves.打開冷卻水母管總閥，冷卻水進口母管的壓力應大于0.2MPaOpenthemastervalveofcoolingwaterin-and-outparentpipes，andthepressureshouldoverthan0.2MPa。人工取樣盤、Artificialsamplingboards,dash檢查所有閥門及部件連接處是否連接可Checkalltheconjunctionsbetweenvalvesandparts人工取樣盤上的限流閥應處于最大開度Thecurrent-limitingvalvesofartificialsamplingboardsneedtobelargest關閉上所有儀表取樣閥門Closedallthemeter-samplingvalvesofdash裝置閉環保護系統Closeddeviceofprotecting溫控2.3.1Temperaturecontrolling溫控開關通電后輸出閉合信號，保護裝置應實施保護動Whenthetemperaturecontrollingswitchespoweronandoutputtheclosingsignal,theprotectingdevicerun.靶式流量控制器2.3.2Targetstyleflow-時各樣水保護裝置應實施保護動作。Closethecoolingwaterin-and-outvalvesoroutervalves,targetstyleflow-controlleroutputstheclosingsignal,andprotectingdevicesrun.化學分析儀表2.4 yzeTheelectricappliancesofdashboardscomponentinsidetheelectricityboxiswell-found,connectinglinetocarrysub-conjunctioncredibility,connectingeachappearancepowersupplyrespectively,themeterconnectslineexactitude.裝置啟Device降溫Cooling依次開啟冷卻器的球閥Openthein-andoutballvalvesofcoolingdevicesonebyonein返沖過濾器置于“運行”狀態Therecoilingfilterison逐路開啟裝置樣水進口一次門和二次門（全開打開排污門到最大開度對各路樣水逐路進行排Openthefirstinnerdoorofsamplingwaterdevice,andthenthesecondone(full),andopentheblow-offdoorlargestfordraining.排污結束，關閉排污門Turnofftheblow-offdoorsafter打開恒壓裝置出口關斷Openstoppedvalvesofconstantpressure人工取樣盤Artificialsampling開啟人工取樣盤樣水門Openthedoorofartificialsampling調出人工取樣流yzetheflowrateofartificialDash取出各儀表樣水過濾器濾芯Getoutfilterelementsofeachsamplingwater從各發送器內取出電極Takeoutthepolesfromeach開啟上各節流閥，對儀表樣水管路進行沖洗，時間1分鐘。Opentheinletthrottlesofdashboardsandwashpipesby1minute,thenfullinstallthem.調節螺母，使樣水總流量符合要求。Accordingtothetyofsamplingwatermeter,fullopentheadjustingvalvesofconstantpressuredevices,whileastoadjustthenutsformeetingtherequest.注：500ml/min，DD、PH300ml/minO2500ml/minPS：theflowrateofmanpoweris500ml/min，DDPHare300ml/minO2meteris500ml/minothermetersare150ml/min。2.3.5根據流量計的指示值，調節流量計節流閥，使各儀表樣水流量符3.3.4中各儀表的要求2.3.5Adjusttheinnerthrottleofflowmeteraccordingtothedesignationoftheflowmeter.恒溫裝Constanttemperature恒溫裝置啟動操作詳見《SWJ系列恒溫裝置使用手冊TheoperationofconstantdevicesdetailswereintroducedintheoperationmanualofSWJseriesconstantdevices.裝置停關閉降溫架樣水進口一次門、二次門Closethesamplingwaterinnerfirstdoorandseconddoorofcooling關閉節流閥Closethethrottleofdash關閉溫控電源、儀表電源、恒溫裝置電Closethepoweroftemperaturecontrolling,meterandconstant關閉裝置的冷卻水源Closethecoolingheadwaterof裝置運行注意事項高壓highpressure高壓閥門必須處于全開狀態或全關狀態，用作節流Thehighpressurevalvesshouldtobefullopenorfullclosed,andwhichisforbiddenforcuttingflow.打開或關閉高壓閥時，必須使用具扭力扳手，按《高壓閥操作指南》要求的扭力矩進行操作。Itshouldusespecialtensionwrenchwhenopenandclosethehighpressurevalvesandaccordingtotheoperationmanualofhighpressurevalves.筒形冷卻器Tube-shaped冷卻器冷卻水球閥必須全開Theinnerandouterballvalvesofcoolingwaterofcoolingdevicesshouldbe高壓過濾器highpressure正常運行時高壓過濾器手輪處于水平“運行”狀態Thehighpressurefiltersarerunningwhenitonerror-freerunning返沖5.3.2Recoiling返沖規定時間為每15天一次。返沖前，先打開排污閥，1分鐘后，逆時針90°旋轉高壓過濾器手輪，使手輪處于垂直“返沖”狀態，返沖Recoilwashingshouldbedoneineach15days.Opentheblow-offvalvesbeforewashing,thengetthehandwheelofhighpressurefiltercounterclockwiserotation90°after1minute,tomakesureitisonrecoilsituation15seconds.Thentherotaryhandwheelshouldbeonrunningandclosetheblow-offvalvesafterPS:Itcannottorecoilingwashatthebeginningofstart-高壓排沖管排污規定時間為每周一次。排污時，先關閉恒壓裝置出口調節閥，再打開高壓排污閥，進行正常排污，時間1污門，打開恒壓裝置出口調節閥。Washingpipesdrainineachoneweek.Closetheouteradjustingvalvesofconstantpressuredevicesandthenopenhighpressureblow-offvalvesbeforedraining,andholdon1minute.Closehighpressureblow-offdoorandopentheouteradjustingvalvesofconstantpressuredeviceswhenitisfinished.注：必須逐路排污，嚴禁同時多路排污。PS:Itmustbedrainedoneby壓力、流量的調節adjustingofpressureand壓力、流量調節Adjustingofpressureand0.25Mpa至0.38Mpa每路樣水所配儀表的數量，使樣水總流量符合要求。在壓力、流量均允許范圍內調定。Adjusttheadjustingnutsofconstantdevicesslowly,andbesurethepressureisbetween0.25Mpto0.38Mpa.Tomakesurethetotalsamplingwaterflowrateismeettherequirementaccordingtothetyofsamplingwatermeter,andadjustthemunderthesuitablerangeofpressureandflowrate.總流量為上述流量和的1至1.2倍。PS:theflowrateofmanpoweris500ml/min;DD,PHare300ml/min;O2meteris500ml/min;othermetersare150ml/min.Thetotaldischargeisanabove-mentioneddischargewithof100%-120%.流量偏小時采取的措施Themeasuresoftheflowsmallthan對高壓過濾器進行返沖排污，清除濾芯過濾孔中雜質，增加通流量Drainthehighfilterandcleantheimpurityoffilterelementforaddingthrough-flowrate.緩慢調節恒壓裝置調節螺母Adjusttheadjustingnutsofconstantdevices日常調Normal4.1要求每周調節一次Accordingto4.1saysoncea保護功能檢查checktheprotecting恒壓裝置具有自鎖保護功能，即恒壓裝置后端保護裝置因某種原因動作保護后，恒壓裝置因樣水系統壓力升高而自動鎖閉樣水通道，故每星期要定期進行一次冷卻水斷水或樣水超溫保護試驗，以便檢查保護裝置的可靠性及恒壓裝置的自鎖功能。Theconstantpressuredevicehadprotectingfunctionofself-locking,whichnamelyconstant
