18、寫就的設(shè)計和建造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手冊是設(shè)立酒店的外部環(huán)境、建筑和室內(nèi)設(shè)計的可接受標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 The intent is not to create a standard design style, but rather one of consist quality and ambiance. It will establish a defined level of guest expectation and a means to measure and maintain a basic level of quality at every Crowne Plaza Hotel. The intent also

For potential investors and owners of Crowne Plaza properties, this document defines the commitment to quality of Crowne Plaza Hotels. For architects and other design professionals, this information
21、is a guide to assist in the design process for the construction and renovation of Crowne Plaza properties. Potential Owners can refer to this document to identify the extent of work / cost required for the conversion of existing properties to the Crowne Plaza brand. In addition Crowne Plaza Hotels w

23、的相符性。 The goals and standards set forth in this document establish the minimum architectural, interior, specific building systems planning and design parameters for Crowne Plaza Hotels. Building owners and their design professionals must meet or exceed these criteria. When specific design issues are
24、 not addressed, these Standards are to be used as a guide to establish design intent in order to develop innovative design solutions and which meet or, as governed by market forces, exceed the intent of the Standards. This document also establishes a basis for the review process which will be an on-
