1、高層住宅論文：高層住宅節能技術舒適環境【中文摘要】加快資源節約型、環境友好型社會建設，既是黨中央、國務院作出的重大戰略部署，也是國家面對新形勢實現新發展確定的一項基本國策，更是貫徹科學發展觀實現持續健康提升的一個重要舉措。貫徹科學發展觀，節約能源是基石，也是保證。無論從全局戰略高度出發，還是從單一建筑領域考慮，加快建設節約型社會，都關乎著現代化建設進程的發展，關乎著人民子孫后代的福祉，關乎著社會的長遠可持續發展。建筑作為一種最嚴重的能耗機器，深入持久地加快推進資源節約建設，充分應用綠色低碳設計，對于促進我國經濟社會全面協調可持續發展，建設環境友好型社會具有重要的理論意義和歷史意義。從現實出發，

2、目前在我國的大中城市，日益增多的高層住宅建筑為我們帶來良好生產生活環境的同時，如影隨形的能耗問題也日益凸顯,越發突出。城市人居環境和綠色建筑成為世界范圍內普遍關注的問題,也成為人民群眾最為熱議的一個話題。以河南省會城市鄭州為例,高層住宅住戶使用空調比率達到90%以上,平均每戶年使用時間在1000個小時以上，耗能之大不容忽視，其中近一半用戶可以通過合理的建筑節能來減少空調使用時間，從而避免資源的無意識浪費。本文將以建筑設計降低能耗為主線，對鄭州地區高層住宅建筑進行調研分析,圍繞建筑規劃設計和外圍護結構技術等多個方面，提出鄭州地區高層住宅的節能技術措施，研究其節能技術要點和關鍵環節。并以該地區某高
