4、地設計了一個便于操作的合理的調(diào)度方案 , 使電 鏟及卡車這些大型設備的利用率明顯提高 . 題目中假設很多的理想狀態(tài) , 如卡車在運輸中間無停頓現(xiàn)象 , 任何一輛卡車在兩條運輸線路上轉(zhuǎn)移時耗時為零 . 假如考慮這些因素 , 在具體問題中要占去一些工作時 間. 參考文獻 : 1 許波 , 劉征 .
