8、，所有氫氣tube trailer上必須安裝緊急切斷閥，此切斷閥在失效情況下將關(guān)閉（Fail Close，下文以FC表示）。由于該緊急切斷閥是氣動(dòng)閥門(mén)，所以需要配置儀表氣源，為了保證儀表氣源的可靠性，除了在Tube Trailer車上配置切斷閥儀表氣源外，在氣站現(xiàn)場(chǎng)還需安裝后備氣源。According to AL group requirement, all H2 tube trailer should install emergency shut off valve, which will be shut off when in failure status (Fail Close, FC

Because this valve is pneumatic type, so instrument air is needed to drive actuator of it, considering reliability of this instrument air source, besides Instrument source for emergency shut off valve is available on tube trailer; back up instrument air source should also be inst

11、ed.1GT-SP-CYL-124SPECIFICATIONS FOR HYDROGEN TUBE AND CYLINDER TRAILERS2GT-PR-COM-021SAFETY RULES FOR HYDROGEN INSTALLATIONS AND EQUIPMENT4. 設(shè)計(jì)要求DESIGN REQUIREMENT氫氣tube trailer上配置的切斷閥為FC閥門(mén)，安裝在氫氣tube trailer出口手動(dòng)總閥的上游，所需氣源正常工作壓力為7barg，最高工作壓力為9barg。若氣源被切斷且壓力泄放后，緊急切斷閥門(mén)將關(guān)閉，從而切斷氫氣供應(yīng)。因此，當(dāng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)生火災(zāi)等緊急情況時(shí)，可能的情

12、況下，操作人員可主動(dòng)將氣源切斷并泄放，停止氫氣輸出。若無(wú)法靠近氫氣站，氣源供氣軟管被燒斷后，也會(huì)切斷氫氣輸出。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配置的氣源系統(tǒng)有兩種形式：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)庹竟庠春同F(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)怃撈抗庠础he emergency shut off valve installed on H2 tube trailer is FC type valve, which is installed on the upstream of tube trailer master outlet manual valve. Needed working pressure for instrument air source is 7ba

13、rg, while the highest working pressure is 9barg. If the instrument air source is cut down and pressure is released, the emergent shut off valve will be closed and then stop H2 gas supply. So when fire or other emergency occurs, if possible, operator will cut off instrument air source manually to sto

14、p H2 supply. If operator cannot get close to H2 station, H2 supply will also be stopped while instrument air supply hose is burned out. There are two kinds of instrument air source systems on gas station sites: on site N2 gas station and N2 cylinders.4.1. 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)庹竟庠?ON SITE N2 GAS STATION FOR INSTUMAN

15、T AIR SOURCE如果在氫氣站附近有液空氮?dú)夤庹荆椰F(xiàn)場(chǎng)儲(chǔ)罐或管道氣的壓力可以維持在9barg或更高，推薦使用此氣源作為緊急切斷閥氣源，流程如圖LIN station supply gas-V0：It is suggested to take N2 gas station as emergency shut off instrument air source while two conditions are satisfied: there is a LIN station or N2 pipeline station nearby; the pressure of tank or N

16、2 pipeline is 9barg of higher. 18、rcumstance.l 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)庹練庠矗璞ＷC能夠提供9barg或者大于9barg的壓力，且能夠持續(xù)為T(mén)ube Trailer提供儀表氣源.For LIN station, the source pressure should be 9barg or higher, and continuously.l 若取出的氮?dú)庠磯毫Ω哂谇袛嚅y所需壓力，需配置雙路調(diào)壓閥，保證供氣的可靠性.If the pressure is higher than which the valve needs, two-way pressure regulator valves should be deployed to

19、 guarantee the reliability of instrument air supply.l 氣源需有壓力變送器監(jiān)控，且監(jiān)控信號(hào)接入teleflo系統(tǒng)或其他監(jiān)控系統(tǒng).The instrument air source should be monitored by pressure transmitter, and the pilot signal is transferred to teleflo system or other monitoring system.l VNG1304三通閥（見(jiàn)圖LIN station supply gas-V0）安裝在氫氣站入口處，便于緊急情況下

27、ctly in accordance with requirements in selecting materials to guarantee the stability and reliability of instrument air supply.5. 系統(tǒng)操作SYSTEM OPREATION以三車位Tube Trailer氣站為例，假設(shè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)車位為車位A，車位B和車位C。車位A和B上分別停放一輛Tube Trailer，車位C為空。A車位上 Tube Trailer出口手動(dòng)總閥打開(kāi)，正在使用，B車位上Tube Trailer作為備用。以下以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)庹竟庠礊槔榻B其操作：Taking

28、 three tube trailer positions station as an example, assuming on-site parking positions for vehicle A, B and C. Both parking positions A and B are parked with tube trailers, parking space C is empty. The outlet manual valve of tube trailer on tube trailer A is open and in using, tube trailer B is fo

29、r backup. The following is, taking LIN station N2 as instrument air source as an example, to introduce the operation.（1） A車位和B車位上都停放了Tube Trailer，如流程圖LIN station supply gas-V0中，connection hose分別與兩輛Tube Trailer連接，且調(diào)整三通閥VNG1304A和VNG1304B閥柄，使三通閥a-c向暢通，b-c向關(guān)閉；Two tube trailers are parked in position A a

30、nd B, as inLIN station supply gas-V0, two connection hoses are connected to each tube trailer separately, adjusting valve handle of three-way valve VNG1304A and VNG1304B to a-c way open, and b-c way closed;（2） C車位為空，對(duì)應(yīng)的connection hose未與Tube Trailer連接，調(diào)整三通閥VNG1304C閥柄，保持三通閥b-c向暢通，a-c向關(guān)閉；Parking space

31、C is empty, corresponding connection hose is not connected to tube trailer, adjust handle of three way valve VNG1304C to keep b-c way open, a-c closed;（3） A車用完，B車使用時(shí)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的緊急切斷氣源系統(tǒng)無(wú)需任何操作，按照原有操作流程即可；When tube trailer A is used up, and B is in use, the on-site emergency shut off instrument air supply sys

32、tem doesnt need any operation, just in accordance with the former operation process.（4） 當(dāng)新來(lái)一輛Tube Trailer停放在C車位上后，將對(duì)應(yīng)的connection hose與車上的氣源連接點(diǎn)相連。When a new tube trailer is parked on position C, connect the corresponding connection hose to tube trailer C.（5） 檢查車載鋼瓶，確認(rèn)鋼瓶出口閥門(mén)已關(guān)閉；Check the truck cylinde

33、r, ensure cylinder outlet valve is closed.（6） 調(diào)整三通閥VNG1304C閥柄，使其a-c向暢通，b-c向關(guān)閉；Adjust the handle of three way valve VNG1304C to keep a-c way open, and b-c closed;（7） 檢查三通閥與Tube Trailer之間的所有連接處，確保無(wú)泄漏；Check all the connections between three way valve and tube trailer to ensure no leakage;（8） 檢查緊急切斷閥，確認(rèn)

34、閥門(mén)已經(jīng)處于打開(kāi)狀態(tài)；Check emergency shut off valve, ensure the valve is already open;（9） A車位上的Tube Trailer需要拖走，先調(diào)整VNG1304A閥柄，使b-c向暢通，a-c向關(guān)閉，此時(shí)不但關(guān)閉了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表氣對(duì)A車位Tube Trailer的供氣，而且將VNG1304A的與Tube Trailer緊急切斷閥之間的儀表氣放空；The tube trailer on position A needs to be towed away, firstly adjusting handle of VNG1304A to mak

35、e b-c way open, a-c closed. This action will close the instrument air supply of on-site instrument air to tube trailer, at the same time the instrument air between VNG1304 and Tube Trailer emergency shut off valve is vented;（10） 斷開(kāi)A車位的connection hose；Disconnection the hose of vehicle A（11） 檢查A車位Tube

36、 Trailer緊急切斷閥，確認(rèn)此閥門(mén)已經(jīng)關(guān)閉；Check the emergency shut off valve of tube trailer A to ensure the valve is closed;（12） 按照流程將A車位的Tube Trailer拖走。Tow away the tube trailer on position A in accordance with existing process.請(qǐng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：Please pay attention to the following points:l 操作流程以三車位Tube Trailer為例Taking thre

37、e tube trailer positions station as an example in the operational processl 操作流程以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)庹竟庠礊槔齇perational process is based on LIN gas station for instrument air source.正常情況下，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)庹净蛘攥F(xiàn)場(chǎng)氮?dú)怃撈孔鳛榍袛嚅y氣源主供氣系統(tǒng)，而Tube Trailer車上自帶的鋼瓶氣源作為備用，車載鋼瓶出口閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣源無(wú)法供氣時(shí)，操作人員需手動(dòng)打開(kāi)車載鋼瓶出口閥門(mén)，提供備用氣源Normally, on site N2 station or
