1、崗位說明書學生學術支持中心副主任所屬部門:學生學術支持中心 匯報機制: 學生事務副校長崗位職責:1. 負責溫肯學生學術支持服務項目的戰略規劃和行政領導工作,包括監督這些服務項目的工作實施和發展;2. 協調、發展和評估不同學術支持服務項目的效力(如:學業預警學生的支持項目、早期預警系統等);3. 為以需求、評估、工具和程序為基礎的學生學業干預制定個體化學術支持計劃。通過早期預警報告、期中學術報告和學期成績報告監督學生學習進度;4. 與學校各部門建立和保持密切工作關系,特別是學院、心理咨詢中心、英語語言中心、教務部、學生事務部、融合服務辦公室、評估辦公室以及外教。充分利用美國肯恩大學相同功能領域的

2、資源;5. 參與學生行為關懷團隊的工作;6. 推廣輔導、補救教學和輔助教學的教學重點,對學生學業成功的早期干預,以及以最佳實踐為基礎的課外學業輔助活動;7. 監督其職權范圍內的所有項目預算、招聘需求、員工發展等,并根據辦公室戰略規劃和相關評估計劃,為年度績效報告提供詳細的數據分析和定性評估投入;8. 參與委員會、項目、培訓和評估,以此為學校發展做貢獻;9. 開發電子技術資源,以增強學生支持服務部及其效力;10. 擔任申訴委員會成員,并向副校長、院長及其他校領導提供學生支持相關事宜的建議。聘任條件:必備條件:1. 博士學位或者具有副高級職稱,教育、高等教育管理、教育心理學、社會工作等相關專業;年

3、齡不大于45周歲。2. 3年以上高校工作經驗;3. 制定和實施學術支持服務工作經驗;4. 優秀的中英語口頭及書面表達能力;5. 工作細致,客戶至上,能獨立工作,能承受工作壓力,以及在限期內完成任務的能力6. 辦公室軟件操作能力;7. 處理壓力和嚴守工作機密的能力。優先條件:(1) 中外合作辦學大學或項目學術咨詢工作的經驗;(2) 有與目標學生工作的經驗;(3) 高校相關管理工作經驗。job description associate director for the student academic support service centerdepartment: student acade

10、gy resources to enhance student support services and their effectiveness.9. serve as member of dismissal appeals committee and provide recommendations to vice chancellor, deans, and other university leadership on matters relating to student support.qualification:required:1. earned doctoral degree or

11、 has associate senior professional title, major in education, higher education administration, educational psychology, social work or related field. under the age of 45.2. at least 3 years work experience in higher education.3. experience with developing and implementing academic support services.4.

12、 excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and chinese. 5. demonstrated evidence of detail-orientation, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.6. ms office skills.7. ability to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiali
