StudyGuideAsweallknow,businesslettersarewidelyusedcorrespondenceamongbusinessorganizationsorbetweenorganizationsandindividuals.Consequently,lettersininternationaltradeareofcrucialimportanceintheconductofbusinessactivities.Theyplayanessentialroleinacompany’scorrespondencewiththeoutsideworld.Therefore,inthispart,wewillintroducethebusinesslettersininternationaltrade.TherearetwoChapters:NegotiationoftheContract,andExecutionoftheContract.Thestudentsarerequiredtounderstandallkindsoflettersinthispartandtrytolearntheskillofwriting.3.1NegotiationoftheContract

3.1.1EstablishmentofBusinessRelations
