DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI天津鐵道職業技術學院聯鎖與軌旁信號設備維護DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成DS6-60計算機聯鎖系統由控顯子系統、聯鎖子系統、輸入輸出子系統、電務維修子系統和電源子系統五個部分組成。DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統結構組成如圖DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成TheDS6-60CBIconsistsoffiveparts:thecontrol&displaysubsystem,theinterlockingsubsystem,theI/Osubsystem,theS&Cmaintenancesubsystem,andthepowersubsystem.ThestructureoftheDS6-60CBIisshowninFigureHardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(一)控顯子系統控顯子系統是用于站場圖形實時顯示和車站值班員進行操作的設備。控顯子系統由控顯主機、顯示器、鼠標及音箱組成。控顯主機設在機械室,顯示器、鼠標及音箱設在運轉室控顯子系統接口配線圖DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成1.Control&DisplaySubsystemThecontroldisplaysubsystemisusedforthereal-timedisplayofstationgraphicsandtheoperationofthestationattendant.Thecontrol&displaysubsystemconsistsofacontrol&displayhost,amonitor,amouse,andaspeaker.Themaincontrolunitislocatedinthemachineryroom,andthemonitor,mouse,andspeakersarelocatedinthetrainoperationoffice.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(二)聯鎖子系統聯鎖機通過光纖與輸入子系統連接,接收輸入子系統采集的現場信號設備狀態;通過光纖與控顯機連接,接收控顯機下發的控制臺操作命令,根據按鈕命令進行聯鎖運算,產生輸出命令;通過光纖與輸出子系統連接,發送輸出命令到輸出子系統,由輸出子系統驅動繼電器動作,實現對道岔和信號機的控制。聯鎖子系統由聯鎖I系機籠、聯鎖II系機籠組成。聯鎖雙系的工作方式為并行主從系統,根據開機順序,首先投入運行的為主系,后投入的為從系。在運行中,從系與主系保持同步,如果其中一系發生故障,按故障程度不同降級為待機或退出運行,另一系自動升為主系,維持系統控制功能。標準配置聯鎖邏輯部機籠前視圖DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成

2.InterlockingSubsystemTheinterlockingcomputerconnectedtotheinputsubsystemviaopticalfibertoreceivethestatusoftheon-sitesignalequipmentcollectedbytheinputsubsystem.Connectedtothecontrol&displaycomputerviaopticalfiber,itreceivesthecontrolconsoleoperationcommandsfromthecontrol&displaycomputer,performsinterlockingcalculationsaccordingtothebuttoncommands,andgeneratesoutputcommands;connectedtotheoutputsubsystemviaopticalfiber,itsendsoutputcommandstotheoutputsubsystem,whichdrivestherelaystorealizethecontrolofturnoutsandsignal.TheinterlockingsubsystemconsistsofaninterlockingSeriesIcageandaninterlockingSeriesIIcage.Theinterlockingtwinsystemsoperateasaparallelmaster-slavesystem,withthemastersystembeingputintooperationfirstandtheslavesystembeingputintooperationsecondaccordingtothestart-upsequence.Inoperation,theslavesystemissynchronizedwiththemastersystemandifoneofthesystemsfaultsoccurs,itisdegradedtostandbyorwithdrawnfromoperationdependingonthedegreeoffault,andtheothersystemisautomaticallyupgradedtomastertomaintainthesystemcontrolfunction.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI1.聯鎖邏輯部底板(CIL--N2220)聯鎖子系統的總線背板,聯鎖部所有可插拔板控制板,都通過CIL-N2220聯鎖邏輯部總線底板連接起來。2.聯鎖邏輯部前插電源板(CIL--F2010)邏輯部機籠內的前插電源板內部設置了24VDC/5VDC轉換電路,將系統提供的+24V電源轉換成+5V,提供給邏輯部的各個電路插板。3.聯鎖邏輯部CPU板(CIL--F2230)聯鎖邏輯部CPU板是一個具有二取二結構的故障—安全處理單元,主要實現聯鎖運算功能、二取二比較功能、與外圍板卡通信功能。聯鎖邏輯部CPU板包含有兩個獨立的CPU單元,通過設在兩個CPU單元間DPRAM實現兩個CPU單元的數據交換和比較。兩個CPU單元同時運行聯鎖程序,利用外部提供的同步時鐘源提供的中斷,使兩個CPU能夠保持同步;兩者的運算結果通過DPRAM做比較,比較一致時輸出數據,完成二取二安全控制功能。4.聯鎖邏輯部雙系通信接口板(CIL--F2241)聯鎖邏輯部雙系通信板完成聯鎖雙系間通信的功能,它將一個系CPU模塊通信數據轉發給另一系CPU模塊。該板采用前、后插板設計,前插板完成VME總線接口及邏輯功能,后插板完成光纖收發驅動電路及光纖連接功能。DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成1.BottomBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--N2220)TheCIL-N2220interlockinglogicsectionbuslinebottomboardisthebuslinebottomboardfortheinterlockingsubsystem.AllpluggableboardsintheinterlockingsectionareconnectedviatheCIL-N2220interlockinglogicsectionbuslinebottomboard.2.FrontPlugPowerStripofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2010)A24VDC/5VDCconvertercircuitisprovidedinsidethefrontplugpowerstripinthelogicsectioncomputercagetoconvertthesystemsupplied+24Vpowerto+5Vforeachcircuitboardinthelogicsection.3.CPUBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2230)TheCPUboardoftheinterlockinglogicsectionisafault-safeprocessingunitwitha2-vote-2structure,whichperformsinterlockingcomputingfunctions,2-vote-2comparisonfunctions,andcommunicationfunctionswithperipheralboards.TheCPUboardoftheinterlockinglogicsectioncontainstwoindependentCPUunitsandtheexchangeandcomparisonofdatabetweenthetwoCPUunitsareachievedbymeansofaDPRAMlocatedbetweenthetwoCPUunits.TwoCPUunitsoperatinginterlockingprogramssimultaneously,usinginterruptsprovidedbyanexternallyprovidedsynchronousclocksourcetoenablethetwoCPUstoremainsynchronized.TheresultsoftwooperationsarecomparedbyDPRAMandthedataisoutputwhenthecomparisonisconsistent,completingthe2-vote-2safetycontrolfunction.4.DualCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2241)ThedualcommunicationboardofinterlockinglogicsectionperformsthefunctionofcommunicatingbetweentheinterlockingdualsystemsbyforwardingcommunicationdatafromonesystemCPUmoduletotheother.Theboardisdesignedwithbothfrontandbackplugs,withthefrontplugcompletingtheVMEbuslineinterfaceandlogicfunctions,andthebackplugcompletingtheopticalfibertransceiverdrivercircuitandopticalfiberconnectionfunctions.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI5.聯鎖邏輯部ARCNET通信接口板(CIL--F2242)聯鎖子系統與MMI子系統通信通過ARCNET通信實現。聯鎖邏輯部ARCNET通信采用前、后插設計,前插板完成VME總線接口及本板核心邏輯功能,后插板完成光纖收發驅動電路及光纖連接功能。6.聯鎖邏輯部I/O通信接口板(CIL--F2244)聯鎖子系統與本地I/O層或遠程I/O層通信由邏輯部I/O通信模塊實現,I/O通信模塊設計為智能模塊,完成應用數據包的發送和接收,減輕CPU的工作負擔。7.聯鎖邏輯部以太網通信接口板(CIL--F2246)CIL-F2246聯鎖邏輯部以太網通信板完成以太網通信的功能,從而實現DS6-60計算機聯鎖系統與外部設備間的連接。該板采用前、后插板設計,前插板完成VME總線接口及本板核心功能,后插板僅包括網絡隔離器件以及以太網外部物理接口。8.聯鎖邏輯部CAN通信接口板(CIL--F2243)CAN通信板是聯鎖系統對外的一個接口,使系統能夠和其他具有CAN接口的智能設備進行數據交換。該板采用前、后插板設計,前插板完成VME總線接口、數據交換邏輯功能和各種狀態指示;后插板作為CAN通信端子板,完成端口電氣隔離和收發驅動電路。即前插板完成所有的邏輯功能,后插板僅僅作為收發端子板完成收發接口電路。DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成5.ARCNETCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2242)TheinterlockingsubsystemcommunicateswiththeMMIsubsystemviaARCNETcommunication.TheARCNETcommunicationoftheinterlockinglogicsectionisdesignedwithafrontandbackplug,thefrontplugcompletestheVMEbuslineinterfaceandthecorelogicfunctionsoftheboard,thebackplugcompletestheopticalfibertransceiverdrivercircuitandtheopticalfiberconnectionfunctions.6.I/OCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2244)CommunicationbetweentheinterlockingsubsystemandthelocalI/OlayerortheremoteI/OlayerisimplementedbytheI/Ocommunicationmoduleofthelogicsection.TheI/Ocommunicationmoduleisdesignedasanintelligentmodule,whichcompletesthesendingandreceivingofapplicationdatapacketsandreducestheworkloadoftheCPU.7.EthernetCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2246)TheCIL-F2246InterlockingLogicsectionEthernetcommunicationboardperformsthefunctionofEthernetcommunicationtoconnecttheDS6-60CBItoexternaldevices.Theboardisdesignedasafrontandbackboard,thefrontboardcompletestheVMEbusinterfaceandthecorefunctionsoftheboard,thebackboardonlycontainsthenetworkisolationdevicesandtheexternalphysicalinterfaceforEthernet.8.CANCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2243)TheCANcommunicationboardistheexternalinterfaceoftheinterlockingsystemandenablesthesystemtoexchangedatawithotherintelligentdevicesthathaveaCANinterface.ThefrontboardprovidestheVMEbuslineinterface,dataexchangelogicfunctionsandvariousstatusindications;thebackboardactsasaCANcommunicationterminalboard,providingelectricalisolationoftheportsandtransceiverdrivercircuitry.Inotherwords,thefrontboardperformsallthelogicfunctionsandthebackboardonlyactsasatransceiverterminalboardforthetransceiverinterfacecircuit.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI9.聯鎖邏輯部RS422/485通信接口板(CIL--F2245)聯鎖子系統與外部RS422/485模塊間的通信由本RS422/485通信板實現,RS422/485通信模塊設計為智能模塊,完成數據的發送和接收。該板采用前、后插板設計。前插板是RS422/485通信接口板,完成VME總線接口、本板核心邏輯功能和狀態指示燈;后插板RS422/485通信端子板,完成通信收發驅動電路及端子引線功能。(三)輸入輸出子系統1.輸出子系統輸出子系統由I系輸出機籠、II系輸出機籠和輸出浪涌防護單元機籠組成。輸出機籠由輸出底板、I/O部電源板、I/O部CPU板、若干塊輸出接口板、與輸出接口板數量相同的輸出端子板組成。其中輸出板和輸出端子板的數量由站場規模決定,單機籠最多可插入10塊輸出板。所有模板集中裝配到6U高標準機籠內,并通過機籠后端無源底板連接而成,與輸出機籠連接的電纜全部由機籠后端的輸出端子板引出。DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成9.RS422/485CommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2245)ThecommunicationbetweentheinterlockingsubsystemandtheexternalRS422/485moduleiscarriedoutbytheRS422/485communicationboard,whichisdesignedasanintelligentmoduleforsendingandreceivingdata.Theboardisdesignedwithafrontandbackboard.ThefrontboardistheRS422/485communicationinterfaceboard,whichcompletestheVMEbusinterface,thecorelogicfunctionsoftheboardandthestatusindicators.ThebackpanelRS422/485communicationterminalboardcompletesthecommunicationtransceiverdrivecircuitandterminalleadfunctions.

3.I/OSubsystem1.OutputSubsystemTheoutputsubsystemconsistsofaSeriesIoutputcomputercage,aSeriesIIoutputcomputercageandanoutputsurgeprotectionunitcomputercage.Theoutputcageconsistsofanoutputbottomboard,apowerstripfortheI/Osection,aCPUboardfortheI/Osection,anumberofoutputinterfaceboardsandthesamenumberofoutputterminalboardsastheoutputinterfaceboards.Thenumberofoutputboardsandoutputterminalboardsisdeterminedbythescaleofthestationandamaximumof10outputboardscanbeinsertedintoasinglecomputercage.Alltemplatesareassembledcentrallyina6Uhighstandardcomputercageandconnectedviaapassivebottomboardatthebackofthecomputercage.Thecablestotheoutputcomputercageareallroutedthroughtheoutputterminalblockatthebackofthecomputercage.ThefrontandbackviewsofthecomputercageareshowninFigureHardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(1)輸出機籠配置說明如下:①機籠為標準6U機籠,與19英寸機柜配裝,機籠采用總線式結構,各種電路板通過底板總線連接通信,完成信息的采集。②機籠正面左起依次插入I/O部CPU板、10塊輸出板和I/O部電源板,機籠后面右起依次插入I/O部通信接口板和10塊輸出端子板。③機籠輸出底板接口電源插座、邏輯電源插座,將接口電源和邏輯電源引入輸出機籠。圖中JX2為接口電源插座,JX3為邏輯電源插座。④輸出板將繼電器控制命令的5V信號,通過輸出電路板的動、靜轉換,轉變為24V信號輸出到繼電器線圈;每塊輸出板上有16路輸出。電路板的前端設有發光管指示燈,指示每一路電路的工作狀態。⑤每一塊輸出端子板對應其相應位置的輸出板。其中:a.T1、T2插座對應01-16路輸出;b.當端子板作為I系輸出機籠端子板時,T1端子對應輸出浪涌防護機籠的浪涌防護板,T2端子對應II系輸出機籠端子板的T1端子;c.當端子板作為II系輸出機籠端子板時,T1對應I系輸出機籠端子板的T2端子,T2端子對應接口架輸出信號。DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成(1)Configurationoftheoutputcomputercageisdescribedasfollows:①Thecomputercageisastandard6Ucage,fittedwitha19"cabinet.Thecomputercagehasabustypestructure,withvariouscircuitboardscommunicatingthroughthebottomboardbuslineconnectiontocompletetheinformationcollection.②InserttheI/OCPUboard,the10outputboardsandtheI/Opowerstripinorderfromtheleftatthefrontofthecomputercage,andtheI/Ocommunicationinterfaceboardandthe10outputterminalboardsinorderfromtherightatthebackofthecomputercage.③Thecomputercageoutputbottomboardinterfacepowersocketandlogicpowersocketbringtheinterfacepowerandlogicpowertotheoutputcomputercage.InthediagramJX2istheinterfacepowersocketandJX3isthelogicpowersocket.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI④Theoutputboardtransformsthe5Vsignalfromtherelaycontrolcommandintoa24Vsignaltotherelaycoilthroughthedynamicandstaticconversionoftheoutputboard;thereare16outputsoneachoutputboard.Thefrontofthecircuitboardisequippedwithlight-emittingtubeindicatorstoindicatetheoperatingstatusofeachcircuit.⑤Eachoutputterminalboardcorrespondstotheoutputboardatitscorrespondingposition.Including:a.SocketsT1,T2correspondingtooutputs01-16;b.WhentheterminalboardisusedastheSeriesIoutputcomputercageterminalboard,terminalT1correspondstothesurgeprotectionboardoftheoutputsurgeprotectioncomputercageandterminalT2correspondstoterminalT1oftheSeriesIIoutputcomputercageterminalboard.c.WhentheterminalboardisusedastheSeriesIIoutputcomputercageterminalboard,T1correspondstotheT2terminaloftheSeriesIoutputcomputercageterminalboardandtheT2terminalcorrespondstotheinterfacerackoutputsignal.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(2)I/O部輸出機籠底板I/O部輸出機籠底板是為I/O部CPU板、各輸出板以及通信板提供總線接口和電源接口。(3)I/O部電源板I/O部機籠內的前插電源板設置了24VDC/5VDC轉換電路,將系統統一提供的24V電源轉換成+5V,提供給I/O部的各個電路插板。對輸出子系統而言,還需提供+5V電源以滿足現場邏輯控制需要。(4)I/O部CPUI/O部CPU板實現I/O控制的核心運算,該模塊通過VME總線底板實現對本機籠內其它的從設備的訪問和控制。其主要功能包括輸出板各通道輸出信號的控制、各輸出板故障實時檢測和輸出機籠與聯鎖系的數據通信。(5)I/O部數字量輸出接口板I/O部數字量輸出接口板是實現繼電器的安全驅動。(6)I/O部通信接口板為了方便維護和調試,以及運行時設備狀態顯示,在CIL-B3444I/O部通信接口板的前面板上設置電源指示燈、信號指示燈。DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成(2)I/OSectionOutputComputerCageBottomBoardTheI/OsectionoutputcomputercagebottomboardprovidesthebuslineinterfaceandpowersupplyinterfacefortheI/OsectionCPUboard,eachoutputboardandthecommunicationboard.(3)I/OSectionPowerstripThefrontpowerstripintheI/Ocomputercageisequippedwitha24VDC/5VDCconvertercircuit,whichconvertsthe24Vpowersuppliedbythesystemto+5VandsuppliesittoeachcircuitboardintheI/Osection.(4)I/OSectionCPUTheCPUboardintheI/OsectioncarriesoutthecoreoperationsforI/OcontrolandthemoduleprovidesaccessandcontrolofotherslavedevicesinthecomputercageviatheVMEbuslinebottomboard.Itsmainfunctionsincludethecontroloftheoutputsignalofeachchanneloftheoutputboard,thereal-timedetectionoffaultsineachoutputboardandthedatacommunicationbetweentheoutputcomputercageandtheinterlockingsystem.(5)DigitalOutputInterfaceBoardofI/OSectionThedigitaloutputinterfaceboardintheI/Osectionisthesafedrivefortherelays.(6)CommunicationInterfaceBoardofI/OSectionInordertofacilitatemaintenanceandadjustment,aswellastodisplaythestatusoftheequipmentduringoperation,powerandsignalindicatorsareprovidedonthefrontboardoftheCIL-B3444I/Osectioncommunicationinterfaceboard.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI2.輸入子系統輸入子系統由輸入I系機籠、輸入II系機籠組成,機籠數量由站場規模決定。輸入機籠由輸入底板、I/O部電源板、I/O部CPU板、若干塊輸入接口板、與輸入接口板數量相同的輸入端子板組成。其中輸入板和輸入端子板的數量由站場規模所決定,單機籠最多可插入10塊輸入板。所有模板集中裝配到6U高標準機籠內,并通過機籠后端無源底板連接而成,與輸入機籠連接的電纜全部由機籠后端的輸入端子板引出(1)輸入機籠配置如下:①機籠為標準6U機籠,與19英寸機柜配裝,機籠采用總線式結構,各種電路板通過底板總線連接通信,完成信息的采集。②機籠正面左起依次插入I/O部CPU板、10塊輸入板和I/O部電源板,機籠后面右起依次插入I/O部通信接口板和10塊輸入端子板。③機籠輸入底板設有接口電源插座、邏輯電源插座,將接口電源和邏輯電源引入輸入機籠。圖中JX2為接口電源插座,JX3為邏輯電源插座。④本系統設計使用光電隔離輸入板。輸入板將繼電器接點輸入的24V信號轉變為5V信號輸入計算機;每塊輸入板上有64路輸入,電路板的前端設有發光管指示燈,指示每一路電路的工作狀態。⑤每一塊輸入端子板對應其相應位置的輸入板DS6-60型計算機聯鎖系統硬件系統構成2.InputSubsystemTheinputsubsystemcons ThemainfunctionsoftheS&Cmaintenancesubsystemincludethemonitoringofsystemhardwareandsoftwareoperationstatus,aswellasthememory,query,reproductionandprintingofon-siteoperationsandsignalequipmentmovements,providingagoodoperatinginterfaceformaintenancepersonnelandbeinganimportantdeviceforthemaintenanceofthewholesystem.
