01車輛檢測技術(shù)VehicledetectiontechnologyTADS系統(tǒng)故障報警流程一、TADS系統(tǒng)故障報警流程TADSsystemfaultalarmprocessTADS系統(tǒng)采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,實現(xiàn)對經(jīng)過探測站的車輛軸承的運用狀態(tài)實行聯(lián)網(wǎng)評判,可以進一步提高預(yù)報的準確性和可靠性。系統(tǒng)自動對故障軸承在鐵道部中央數(shù)據(jù)庫中的歷次運行狀態(tài)進行查詢比較,當認為該軸承達到了一定的危險程度并需要做換輪處理的,會在列車即將到達的列檢所提示扣車報警,彈出報警對話框,需要列檢值班人員進行扣車處理和報警確認。TADSsystemadoptsnetworkmanagementtorealizethenetworkevaluationoftheapplicationstatusofvehiclebearingspassingthroughthedetectionstation,whichcanfurtherimprovetheaccuracyandreliabilityoftheforecast.ThesystemwillautomaticallyqueryandcomparethepreviousrunningstatusofthefaultybearinginthecentraldatabaseoftheMinistryofRailways.Ifitisconsideredthatthebearinghasreachedacertainlevelofdangerandneedstobereplacedwithawheel,itwillpromptthetrainarrestalarmatthetraininspectionstationabouttoarrive,andthealarmdialogboxwillpopup,requiringthetraininspectionpersonnelondutytohandlethetrainarrestandalarmconfirmation.TADS系統(tǒng)故障報警流程聯(lián)網(wǎng)跟蹤報警(歷史預(yù)報趨勢圖)Networktrackingalarm(historicalforecasttrendchart)可以查看故障軸承在全路各探測站的預(yù)報情況。Youcanchecktheforecastofthefaultybearinginthewholerouteofeachdetectionstation.TADS系統(tǒng)故障報警流程扣車報警對話框CararrestalarmdialogboxTADS故障預(yù)報及反饋TADSfaultpredictionandfeedbackPart

02車輛動態(tài)檢測技術(shù)Vehicledetectiontechnology二、TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋TADSfaultpredictionandfeedbackTADS探測站自動進行數(shù)據(jù)采集,并對通過列車的每一個軸承的探測數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,對軸承的運行狀況進行級別評定和故障診斷。探測到的軸承故障信息提供給各監(jiān)控、復(fù)示及查詢終端。TheTADSdetectionstationautomaticallycollectsdata,analyzesthedetectiondataofeachbearingpassingthroughthetrain,andcarriesoutgradeassessmentandfaultdiagnosisoftheoperatingstatusofthebearing.Thedetectedbearingfaultinformationisprovidedtoeachmonitoring,repeatandqueryterminal.TADS預(yù)報標準

TADSforecaststandard故障類型外圈、內(nèi)圈、滾子、其它故障級別一級、二級、三級故障等級帶有不同的顏色,一級為紅色,二級為橙色,三級為黃色。Faultlevelscomeindifferentcolors,withprimaryred,secondaryorange,andtertiaryyellowTADS故障預(yù)報及反饋Outerring,innerring,roller,otherfaulttypeFaultlevelLevelone,leveltwo,levelthreeTADS故障預(yù)報及反饋TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋TADS預(yù)報單次一級軸承故障TADSforecastsingleprimarybearingfailure1列檢所動態(tài)檢車員根據(jù)列檢TADS復(fù)示終端,顯示的預(yù)報一級軸承故障信息對話框,首先判別該列車是直通車還是非直通車。AccordingtotherepeatingterminalofTADSinthetraininspectionstation,thedynamicinspectorofthetraininspectionstationfirstdetermineswhetherthetrainisthroughtrainornotthroughtrain.如果是直通車,由動態(tài)檢車員在TADS復(fù)示終端點擊“報警管理”下的“檢查結(jié)果反饋”頁面,選擇直通車選項,其它內(nèi)容不填寫,點擊“提交”,系統(tǒng)自動將此信息上傳國鐵集團公司TADS數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成檢查結(jié)果反饋。Ifitisathroughtrain,thedynamicinspectorwillclickthe"inspectionresultfeedback"pageunder"AlarmManagement"intheTADSrepeatterminal,selectthethroughtrainoption,leaveothercontentsblank,click"Submit",andthesystemwillautomaticallyuploadthisinformationtotheTADSdatabaseofChinaRailwayGroupCompanytocompletetheinspectionresultfeedback.TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋如果是非直通車,動態(tài)檢車員要立即將車次、車號、輛序、軸位等情況,經(jīng)動態(tài)檢車組長向列檢值班員報告;由列檢值班員通知現(xiàn)場檢車員;由現(xiàn)場檢車員對預(yù)報軸位進行檢查確認,并將檢查確認結(jié)果,向列檢值班員報告,向動態(tài)檢車組進行反饋,經(jīng)檢查確認后,無故障車輛放行,由動態(tài)檢車員在TADS復(fù)示終端點擊“報警管理”下的,“檢查結(jié)果反饋”填寫非直通車選項,由動態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息。有故障車輛,轉(zhuǎn)入TADS故障處理流程,并由動態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息。點擊“提交”,數(shù)據(jù)上傳,完成檢查結(jié)果反饋。Ifitisnotthroughtrain,thedynamicinspectionofficershallimmediatelyreportthenumber,number,sequenceandaxlepositionofthetraintothetraininspectiondutyofficerthroughtheleaderofthedynamicinspectionvehicle.Thetraininspectiondutyofficershallnotifytheon-siteinspectionofficer;Thefieldinspectorwillcheckandconfirmtheforecastaxleposition,reporttheinspectionandconfirmationresultstotheline-inspectiondutyofficer,andgivefeedbacktothedynamicinspectionteam.Aftertheinspectionandconfirmation,thefault-freevehiclewillbereleased.Thedynamicinspectorwillclick"alarmmanagement"undertheTADSre-displayterminal,andfillinthenon-throughtrainoption"Inspectionresultfeedback".Thedynamicinspectorfillsintheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation.VehicleswithfaultsshallbetransferredtotheTADSfaultprocessingprocess,andthedynamicvehicleinspectorshallfillintheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation.Click"Submit"touploadthedataandcompletethefeedbackoftheinspectionresults.TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋扣車報警的軸承故障Thebearingfailureofthecararrestalarm2當同一軸承連續(xù)預(yù)報一級三次及以上,或同一軸承連續(xù)五次通過探測站,其中預(yù)報一級三次及以上,或同一軸承連續(xù)六次通過探測站,其中預(yù)報二級三次及以上時,系統(tǒng)自動彈出扣車預(yù)報對話框。如果是直通車,由動態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息;填寫方法與預(yù)報單次一級軸承故障相同。Whenthesamebearingispredictedthreetimesormoreinarow,orthesamebearingpassesthedetectionstationfivetimesinarow,ofwhichthreetimesormoreinarow,orthesamebearingpassesthedetectionstationsixtimesinarow,ofwhichthreetimesormoreinarow,thesystemautomaticallypopsupthecararrestpredictiondialogbox.Ifitisathroughtrain,thedynamicinspectorwillfillintheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation;Thefillingmethodisthesameasthatforpredictingsingleprimarybearingfailure.TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋如果是非直通車,處理方法與預(yù)報單次一級軸承故障相同,但現(xiàn)場檢車工長要對現(xiàn)場檢車員認定無故障軸位進行復(fù)核,經(jīng)檢查確認后,無故障車輛放行,有故障車輛,轉(zhuǎn)入TADS故障處理流程,由動態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息,填寫方法與預(yù)報單次一級軸承故障相同。Ifitisnotathroughtrain,thetreatmentmethodisthesameasthatofforecastingasinglefirst-gradebearingfault,buttheon-siteinspectionchiefshallreviewtheaxlepositionidentifiedbytheon-siteinspectionpersonnelastrouser-free.Aftertheinspectionisconfirmed,thetrouser-freevehicleisreleased,andthefaultyvehicleistransferredtotheTADSfaultprocessingprocess,andthedynamicinspectionpersonnelwillfillinthefeedbackinformationoftheinspectionresults.Thefillingmethodisthesameasthatofforecastingasinglefirst-gradebearingfaultTADS故障軸承分解及反饋DecompositionandfeedbackofTADSfaultbearingPart

Forecastlevel:甩車地點:DumpLocation:處理人:conductor:處理日期:dateoftreatment:預(yù)報設(shè)備:TADSForecastingequipment:TADS對存在故障貨車按有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理扣車手續(xù),并在軸承外圈的正下方,粘貼不干膠標志,注明“TADS故障”字樣(見后表),將故障車輛調(diào)至站修所后進行換輪處理;故障輪對送至車輛段檢修車間進行軸承退卸處理,檢修車間對軸承退卸分解后發(fā)現(xiàn)的故障進行拍照存檔,由車輛段安排專人匯總軸承故障類型及照片,15日內(nèi)補錄入TADS。Thedefectivetruckshallbeconfiscatedinaccordancewithrelevantregulations,andaself-adhesivesignshallbeaffixedrightbelowtheouterringofthebearing,indicatingthewords"TADSfault"(seethetablebelow),andthefaultyvehicleshallbetransferredtotherepairstationforwheelreplacement;Thefaultywheelsetissenttothemaintenanceworkshopofthedepotforbearingdecommissionedtreatment.Themaintenanceworkshopwilltakephotosofthefaultsfoundafterbearingdecommissionedanddecommissionedforarchiving.ThedepotwillarrangespecialpersonneltosummarizethetypesandphotosofbearingfaultsandrecordtheminTADSwithin15days.不干膠貼大小:120mm×50mm,表格大小:105mm×45mmTADS故障軸承分解及反饋TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋網(wǎng)站功能頁面(分解照片信息頁)Websitefunctionpage(breakdownphotoinformationpage)TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋檢查結(jié)果反饋Inspectionresultfeedback2對于扣車報警和單次預(yù)報1級的故障軸承,值班員在進行確認,并通知現(xiàn)場人員進行檢查后,還需要填寫列檢的實際檢查情況,并上報鐵道部(相關(guān)人員操作要求參照鐵道部公布的“運規(guī)”)。Forthefaultbearingofthecararrestalarmandsingleforecastlevel1,thedutyofficerneedstofillintheactualinspectionsituationoftheinspectionafterconfirmingandnotifyingtheon-sitepersonnelforinspection,andreportittotheMinistryofRailways(theoperationrequirementsofrelevantpersonnelrefertothe"operationregulations"publishedbytheMinistryofRailways).填寫方法:點擊“報警管理”下的“檢查結(jié)果反饋”按鈕進入。Fillingmethod:Clickthe"Checkresultfeedback"buttonunder"AlarmManagement"toenterTADS故障預(yù)報及反饋點擊“填寫”按鈕,在下方會出現(xiàn)檢查情況登記表,需要填寫或選擇的內(nèi)容包括是否直通車、軸承位置、是否甩車、是否換輪、軸號、檢查人和檢查時間(其中帶“*”標識的為必需填寫項),需特別注意的是在“是否直通車”的選項中,當選擇非直通車時,必須選擇軸承位置、是否甩車和是否換輪等選項,進行現(xiàn)場檢查的軸承必須填寫標志板上標識的軸號。最終確保填寫的信息準確無誤后,點擊“提交”按鈕即可。Clickthe"Fillin"button,theinspectionstatusregistrationformwillappearbelow,andthecontentstobefilledinorselectedincludewhetherthroughtrain,bearingposition,whethertodumpthecar,whethertochangethewheel,shaftnumber,inspectorandinspectiontime(theitemsmarkedwith"*"arerequiredtofillin).Itshouldbenotedthatintheoptionof"Whetherthroughtrain",whenselectinganon-throughtrain,whenselectinganon-throughtrain,Thebearingposition,whethertodumpthecarandwhethertochangethewheelmustbeselected,andthebearingforfieldinspectionmustfillintheshaftnumbermarkedonthesignboard.Finallymakesurethattheinformationisaccurate,clickthe"Submit"button.TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋分解結(jié)果反饋Decompositionresultfeedback3在檢查結(jié)果反饋信息中填寫為“換輪”的故障軸承,需要在15日內(nèi)填寫車輛段(檢修車間)的分解結(jié)果反饋信息。點擊“報警管理”下的“分解結(jié)果反饋”按鈕進入分解結(jié)果反饋頁。Forthefaultybearingfilledas"wheelchange"intheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation,thedecompositionresultfeedbackinformationofthedepot(inspectionworkshop)needstobefilledinwithin15days.Clickthe"DecompositionresultFeedback"buttonunder"AlarmManagement"toenterthedecompositionresultfeedbackpage.TADS故障預(yù)報及反饋分解結(jié)果查詢Decomposedresultquery4點擊“報警管理”下“分解結(jié)果查詢”按鈕進入分解結(jié)果查詢條件頁。Clickthe"Decompositionresultquery"buttonunder"AlarmManagement"toenterthedecompositionres
