3.2.PartyBshallnotusetheonlineservicesforanyillegalpurposesorengageinanyactivitiesthatmayharmPartyAorothermembers.

3.3.PartyBshallpaytheFeesfortheonlineservicesasagreeduponinthisContract.

3.4.PartyBshallcomplywithanyadditionaltermsandconditionssetforthbyPartyA,includingbutnotlimitedto,anyrestrictionsontheuseoftheonlineservices.

4.RightsandObligationsofPartyC

4.1.PartyCshallprovidetechnicalsupportandmaintenanceservicesfortheonlineservicestoPartyA,asagreeduponinthisContract.

4.2.PartyCshallensuretheavailabilityandreliabilityofthetechnicalinfrastructurerequiredfortheonlineservices.
