引言
高溫超導(dǎo)體在超導(dǎo)電力、超導(dǎo)磁體、超導(dǎo)磁懸浮等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。目前,實(shí)用高溫
超導(dǎo)材料主要為Bi系和Y系。其中,Bi?2223帶材具備良好超導(dǎo)性能且能制備成長(zhǎng)帶,是第一代實(shí)用高
溫超導(dǎo)帶材。在高場(chǎng)磁體、超導(dǎo)電纜、超導(dǎo)變壓器等應(yīng)用裝置中,超導(dǎo)帶材均需要繞制成線(xiàn)圈或者螺旋
通電導(dǎo)體形式,不可避免地發(fā)生彎曲。高溫超導(dǎo)體為陶瓷氧化物材料,機(jī)械性能較差,彎曲會(huì)導(dǎo)致超導(dǎo)
帶材臨界電流下降。超導(dǎo)帶材存在臨界彎曲直徑,當(dāng)彎曲直徑小于臨界彎曲直徑時(shí),其臨界電流大幅下
降(如下降到初始值的95%或更低)。所以,在超導(dǎo)裝置設(shè)計(jì)中需要確定臨界彎曲直徑的大小。
目前,雖然對(duì)高溫超導(dǎo)體的臨界電流建立了一些測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如GB/T18502—2018和
GB/T42472—2023,但對(duì)于高溫超導(dǎo)帶材的臨界彎曲直徑的測(cè)量尚無(wú)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
本文件基于現(xiàn)有臨界電流測(cè)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),描述液氮溫區(qū)Bi?2223帶材的臨界彎曲直徑的測(cè)量方法,為超
導(dǎo)應(yīng)用工程技術(shù)人員提供指導(dǎo)。
