山東省成人高等教育學士學位英語考試大綱(試行)壹、總則為了客觀地評價本省成人高等教育(非英語專業)學員的英語水平,有效地調動學生學習英語的積極性,提高學生的英語水平,從而保證成人教育本科畢業生學士學位的授予質量,根據教育部《大學英語課程教學規定(試行)》的規定、結合本省英語教學的現實狀況和成人高等教育的特點以及社會對學生英語能力的實際規定,制定本考試大綱。本考試的難度界定在大學英語三級的水平,是壹種原則化考試。為保證試卷的信度,除短文寫作部分是主觀性試題外,其他試題所有客觀性的多選題形式。短文寫作部分的目的是考核考生運用語言的能力,從而提高試卷的效度。二、評價目的本考試采用水平測試的措施,指在考察學生的基本的英語綜合應用能力,包括壹定的聽說能力,使他們在此後工作和社會交往中能用英語比較有效地進行口頭和書面的信息交流,同步增強其自主學習能力、提高綜合文化素養,以適應我國經濟發展和國際交流的需要,并為深入提高英語水平打下很好的基礎。詳細規定如下:(壹)詞匯應掌握3500個左右的英語單詞,對的純熟使用由這些單詞構成的常用搭配,并具有用構詞法知識識別生詞的能力。(二)語法知識掌握主謂壹致關系,表語從句、賓語從句、定語從句和狀語從句等句型,直接引語和間接引語的使用方法,動詞不定式和分詞的使用方法,多種時態、積極語態、被動語態等基本的語法知識,并重視在語篇層面上運用語法知識的能力。(三)閱讀能力考生應當可以綜合運用英語語言知識和閱讀技能理解書面英語,能以每分鐘60詞的速度閱讀多種題材(包括社會生活、人物傳記、科普、史地、政治、經濟等)和體裁(包括議論文、記敘文、闡明文、應用文等)的文字材料。閱讀材料的生詞量不超過3%,對于超過全曰制教學大綱詞匯表壹至三級詞匯表范圍的詞,用漢語注明詞義。應試人員可以:1.掌握所讀材料的主旨和大意;2.理解用以論述主旨的事實和有關細節;3.根據上下文判斷某些生詞或短語的意義;4.理解單詞的意義和上下句之間的邏輯關系;5.根據所讀的材料進行壹定的判斷、推理;6.領會作者的觀點和態度。(四)寫作能力能在30分鐘內寫出長度為100個單詞的短文,內容切題,語句連貫,條理清晰,語法對的,語言通順恰當。三、考試內容本考試包括五個部分:閱讀理解、詞語使用方法與語法構造、完型填空、漢譯英、短文寫作。所有題目按次序統壹編號。第壹部分:閱讀理解(PartIReadingComprehension):共20題,考試時間35分鐘。本部分規定考生閱讀4篇英文短文,總閱讀量不超過1000詞。每篇短文後有5個問題。考生應根據文章內容從每題四個選擇項中選出壹種最佳答案。本部分選材的原則是:1.題材廣泛,包括人物傳記、社會、文化、平常知識等,其中所波及的背景知識均在考生能理解的范圍之內;2.體裁多樣,包括論述文、闡明文、議論文等;3.文章的語言難度適中,超過考生應掌握的詞匯范圍的詞,用漢語注明詞義。本部分重要測試如下能力:1.掌握所讀材料的主指和大意;2.了講解明主指和大意的事實和細節;3.既能理解字面意思,也能根據所讀材料進行壹定的判斷和推理;4.既能理解個別句子的意思,也能理解上下文的邏輯關系。本部分的目的是測試考生通過閱讀獲取信息的能力,既規定精確,也規定有壹定的速度。第二部分:詞語使用方法和語法構造(PartIIVocabulary&Structure):共40題,考試時間30分鐘。題目中60%為詞和短評的使用方法,40%為語法構造。規定考生從每題四個選擇項中選出壹種最佳答案。本部分的目的是測試考生運用詞匯、短語及語法構造的能力。第三部分:完型填空(PartIIIClose):共10題,考試時間10分鐘。在壹篇題材熟悉、難度適中的短文(約200詞)中留有10個空白,每個空白為壹題,每題有四個選擇項,規定考生在全面理解內容的基礎上選擇壹種最佳答案,使短文的意思和構造恢復完整。填空的詞項包括構造詞和實義詞。本部分的目的是測試考生綜合運用語言的能力。第四部分:漢譯英(PartIVTranslation):共5題,考試時間是15分鐘。給出5個漢語句子,規定考生翻譯成英語,所譯英語體現清晰,句子構造和用詞對的。本部分指在考察考生掌握漢英翻譯的措施技巧、語言翻譯能力以及漢英翻譯所必備的語言文化知識。第五部分:寫作(PartVWriting):共1題,考試時間為30分鐘。規定考生根據題目規定寫出壹篇100詞左右的短文。試卷上也許給出題目,或規定情景,或給出段首句,或給出提綱。規定可以對的體現思想,意義連貫,無重大語法錯誤。寫作的內容包括平常生活和壹般常識。本部分的目的是測試考生運用英語書面體現思想的初步能力。四、答題及計分措施客觀性試題用機器閱卷,規定考生從每題四個選擇項中選出壹種最佳答案,并在答題紙上(AnswerSheet)上該題的對應字母中間用鉛筆劃壹條橫線。試卷(TestPaper)不能做任何記號。每題只能選擇壹種答案,多選作答錯處理。主觀性試題(短文寫作),寫在作文紙上,按科學的評分原則評分。試卷各部分計分采用加權的措施,折算成百分制,以60分為及格原則。試卷五個部分的題目、計分和考試時間列表如下:山東省成人高等教育學士學位英語考試樣題SampleTestPartIReadingComprehension(35minutes,40points)Directions:Therearefourreadingpassagesinthispart.Eachpassageisfollowedbysomequestionsorunfinishedstatements.ForeachofthemtherearefourchoicesmarkedA),B),C)andD).AfteryoureadapassageyoushoulddecideonthebestchoiceandthenmarkthecorrespondingletterontheAnswerSheetwithasinglelinethroughthecenter.PassageOneQuestions1to5arebasedonthefollowingpassage.Afiredrillis,toputitmildly,aninconvenientexerciseatthebestoftimes.Afiredrillat2:00inthemorninginterribleweatherconditions,liketheonewehadonThursdaynightandFridaymorninglast,isincomparablymoreinconvenient.Thisiswhywritingthisnotetothankyouallmostsincerelyforyourexcellentco-operationandthespiritwithwhichyouenduredtheinconvenience.Afiredrillisnotanidleexercise.Itisanextremelyseriousoneandcan,infact,savelivesinthelongrun.Lastweek’firedrillhasalreadyreyealedanumberofimportantthingsregardingfireprecautionsintheHall.Forinstance,thereseemtoexitanumberof“deafspots”intheHall,namely,thetworoomsinPurserHouseandsomeroomsintheBottomcorridor.Ihavenoreasontodoubtthatresidentsfromtheseareascouldnothearthealarm.Ishallrequestanimmediateexaminationofthisproblem.Ishould,also,remindyouthatitisarequirementthatfiredrillsshouldberegularlycarriedout(atleasttwoineveryoneyear)andeachresidentshouldbemadefullyawareofthisandobligedtotakepart.Allresidentsmusttakefireprecautionswiththeseriousnesstheydeserve.Failuretodosocanresultbinfinesandexpulsion(驅逐)fromtheHall.Thankyouagainforyourco-operation.1.Thelastfiredrillcausedmuchmoreinconveniencebecause_________.A)itwasinbadweatherB)therewere“deafspots”C)abigfirestartedD)itwasattheweekend2.Thephrase“inthelongrun”(L.2,Part.2)means_________.A)effectivelyB)endlesslyC)eventuallyD)efficiently3.Somepeopledidnotmaketheirappearanceatthelastdrillbecause_______.A)theyweredeafB)theycouldnothearthealarmC)nobodywakedthemupD)theyrefusedtoleavetheirrooms4.Afiredrillisextremelyimportantaccordingtothewriterfor_________.A)itisagoodphysicalexerciseB)itcultivatespeople’senduranceC)itisalegalrequirementD)itcansavelivesincaseofafire5.WhichofthefollowingwasNOTstatedbytheauthor?A)Afiredrillisveryimportantanduseful.B)Thelastfiredrillreceivedinactiveco-operationfromtheresidents.C)Thosewhodonottakefireprecautionswillbefinedanddrivenout.D)Ithasbeenmadearulethatfiredrillswillbeperformedregularly.PassageTwoQuestions6to10arebasedonthefollowingpassageAccidentsarecaused;theydon’tjusthappen.Thereasonmaybeeasytosee:ashelfoutofreach,apatchoficeonthemisfortune—frustration,tirednessorjustbadtemper—thatshowwhattheaccidentreallyis,asortofattackononeself.Roadaccidents,forexample,happenfrequentlyafterafamilyquarrel,andweallknowpeoplewhoareaccident-prone,sooftenatoddswiththemselvesandtheworldthattheyseemtocauseaccidentsforthemselvesandothers.Bydefinition,anaccidentissomethingyoucannotpredictoravoid,andtheideawhichusedtobecurrent,thatth
