RayofLightandSnowflakewerethemascotsoftheSochi2014ParalympicWinterGames.RayofLightcamefromadifferentplanetthatwasperpetuallyhot,andlandedonearth.Withamberskinandbright,largeeyesandhairlookinglikeflames,hewasoverwhelmedbythenewexperienceshemade.RayofLightsoonfoundoutthatheandthepeopleofearthhadalotincommon,hetookupNordicskiingandbecamefriendswiththepeoplearoundhim.Astheonlyalienonearth,though,hebecamelonely,untilonedayhesawashootingstarfallingtoearth,whichturnedouttobeSnowflake–agirlwithskinaswhiteassnow,comingfromaplanetthatwasperpetuallycold.SnowflakeandRayofLightbecamefriends,inventingthesportsoficesledgehockeyandwheelchaircurling.TheParalympicmascotsRayofLightandSnowflakestayedonearth,finallyacknowledgingthat,throughsport,theyarenotsodifferentfromhumansafterall.Sochi2014-
