,美本教育背詞策略:根據美本教育刷詞法把安排的單詞在一天內全部刷完,1秒鐘后想不出來意思的算不會,請做好標記并篩選。調整好單元格格式里的行高和列寬打印背誦。每次打印500個不會的單詞,每天在不同的時間段內背誦10遍,每次30分鐘,連續3天,一般能背誦80%以上。剩下的單詞以此類推,直到所有的單詞背完為止。這時,再把當初所篩出的單詞再刷一遍,并背誦之,以防有些單詞沒有背出或遺忘。這樣周而復始,直到考試當天上午,都要不停的重復。本策略是郭大爺根據艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線頭3天容易遺忘而特地設計出的背詞策略,簡單易懂,方便自測,且能夠滿足任何學員的獨特情況。,,
