SurveyReportfromWTWincollaborationwithClyde&CoLLP.

Wehavecontinuedtheinternationalscopeofourreport,with

responsesfromdirectorsandriskmanagersin40countries

aroundtheworld.Aswithlastyear,thisreportcontains

sectionsonrisksforbusinesses,risksfordirectors,andvarious

directors'andofficers'liability(D&O)insurancecoverage

points.

Wewillbetakinganewapproachwithreportingonthesurveyresultsthisyear.

Ourinitialreportwillpresentthesurveyresultsandthenwewillbereleasinga

seriesofseparatearticlesonvarioustopicsinspiredbythesurveyresultsand

lookingatsomeofthesurveyresultsinmoredetail.Pleasecheckour
