ContactInfo:(Mail)一、合作內(nèi)容CooperationContent、甲乙雙方本著互惠互利的原則達(dá)成以下協(xié)議：甲方在乙方 __(簡(jiǎn)稱“該網(wǎng)站”)__網(wǎng)站的位置(詳見(jiàn)附件一，附件一作為本合同不可分割的一部分)上放置乙方廣告條。甲方在乙方的該網(wǎng)站投放以下兩種廣告位：PartyAandBundertheprincipalofmutualbenefitreachedthefollowingagreement:PartyAatParty 、本合同所指的廣告內(nèi)容是指甲方擬在乙方公司網(wǎng)站所有廣告載體上發(fā)布的有關(guān)甲方業(yè)務(wù)的信息，廣告形式為靜/動(dòng)態(tài)GIF圖、視頻，視頻最長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不超過(guò) 秒。TheadscontentinthisContractmeanstheadsrelatingtoPartyA'sbusinessthatPartyAplanstoadvertiseonPartyB'swebsitewithinallads.Theadsmodeisstatic/animatedGIForvideo,videocannotbelongerthan seconds.二、合同的生效和履行Contract 'sValidityandImplementation、本協(xié)議自簽定之日開(kāi)始生效，一方可在收到對(duì)方蓋章簽字的掃描件后進(jìn)行蓋章簽字，再將有雙方簽字蓋章的掃描件發(fā)至另一方。此種簽訂方式即為生效。ThisContractbecomesvalidstartingfromthesignaturedate.Onepartyafterreceivingthescancopyofotherparty 內(nèi)返回收到的確認(rèn)信息給甲方的指定負(fù)責(zé)人；PartyA'sdesignatedpersoninchargeshallprovidethediskfileoftheadvertisementassoonaspossibleorthemailthelinkorthecorrespondingcodeoftheadvertisementastheattachmentandnotifyPartyB'sdesignatedpersonincharge PartyB'sdesignatedpersoninchargemust afterthereceiptofthedocumentfeedbackconfirmationofinformationreceivedtoPartyA'sdesignatedpersonincharge.、如果甲方指定負(fù)責(zé)人在通知乙方指定負(fù)責(zé)人后 內(nèi)沒(méi)有獲得反饋消息，應(yīng)該立即與乙方指定負(fù)責(zé)人取得聯(lián)系，如果乙方不能解釋逾期反饋的理由，視為乙方違約；如果雙方指定負(fù)責(zé)人在 內(nèi)仍舊無(wú)法完成廣告條交換，造成甲方損失，視為乙方違約，需賠償甲方違約金；IfafterPartyA'sdesignatedpersonincharge,afternoticingPartyB'sdesignatedpersonincharge, 'sdesignatedpersoninchargewithin10workingdaysstillcannotcompleteexchangeofadvertisements,leadingtoPartyA 'sloss,thenPartyBviolatesthecontractandneedtocompensatePartyAwithlatefee.、乙方在接到甲方的廣告條后的 beforethepublishdate,writtennoticetoPartyA,andcanbechangedafterreceivingPartyA'swrittenconsent,orPartyBbreachthecontract.、乙方承諾不在甲方的廣告位置上投放其他公司的廣告條或者遮擋甲方的廣告條。PartyBpromisestonotplaceothercompaniesadvertisementsorblockPartyA 'sadvertisementatPartyA 'sadvertisingplacement.、乙方必須提供廣告的有效展示量，方便甲方查看。PartyBmustprovidetheadvertisement 'svalidimpressions,soPartyAcancheck.、乙方應(yīng)根據(jù)甲方的要求及時(shí)對(duì)甲方的廣告進(jìn)行更新和維護(hù)。PartyBshalltimelychangeandmaintainPartyA 'sadvertisementinaccordancetoPartyA'srequirement.乙方不得隨意在甲方所簽訂廣告位的頁(yè)面上增加其他廣告位，需要在征得甲方同意后才能進(jìn)行相關(guān)的廣告位新增操作。PartyBshallnotarbitrarilyaddadvertisingplacement onthepageofPartyA'sadvertisingplacement,andshallobtaintheconsentofPartyAtocarryouttherelevantoperationofaddingnewadvertisingplacement.乙方不得對(duì)甲方的廣告代碼或鏈接進(jìn)行任何修改。PartyBshallnotmakeanychangestoPartyA 通知對(duì)方；否則應(yīng)賠付本合同總金額的30%作為賠償金。、截止到合同到期前
