1、Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精,善益求善。DQYK-35BK型電動節流管匯控制箱使用說明書(新)-DQYK35BK型電動節流管匯控制箱使用說明書沈陽鑫榆林石油機械有限公司一、用途:電動節流管匯控制箱是液動節流管匯上的控制裝置,它可以遠程控制液動節流閥的開啟和關閉,并在控制箱上可以顯示出系統壓力、立管壓力、套管壓力、兩個液動節流閥閥位開度、3路泥漿泵泵沖計數與累計數。由此來維持井底壓力,是成功的控制井涌、井噴,實施油氣井壓力控制技術所必要的設備。電動節流管匯控制箱所用電器部份具有防爆性能,儀表的數字顯示清晰,且具有自檢功能,電傳感器性能可靠、靈敏

2、度高。二、主要技術指標:1)防爆電機:電源電壓:380VAC(三相四線制)功率:0.75KW轉速:1450r/min2)控制電源:220VAC(二線制)2、齒輪泵:排量:5L/min額定壓力:6MPa3、蓄能器:額定壓力:10MPa容積:10L4、壓力變送器:1)系統壓力:量程:010MPa2)立管壓力:量程:040MPa3)套管壓力:量程:040MPa所有變送器輸出信號為:420mA5、電閥位變送器:量程:0180度輸出信號:420mA6、數字顯示控制儀表:顯示位數:4位精度:0.5%FS1字7、輸出扭矩:150Kgfm8、溢流閥調定為7.5MPa三、整機配備和工作原理:1、電動液控節流管匯

3、控制箱是由控制箱、壓力變感器、電閥位變送器、電纜、液壓管線等組成。控制箱由防爆儀表箱、防爆電機、齒輪泵、蓄能器、溢流閥、截止閥、三位四通換向閥、手動試壓泵、油箱、液壓元件、電器控制元件、數字顯示控制儀表等組成。工作原理液壓工作原理見圖一電動節流管匯控制箱它集電動、液壓于一體,將外部電能轉換成液壓能量去控制液動節流閥的開啟和關閉。啟動防爆電機帶動齒輪泵,高壓液壓油經單向閥,進入蓄能器,蓄能器隨著液壓油進入量增多而壓力增高,當壓力升至設定值后電機停止,扳動三位四通換向閥可達到控制節流閥開、關的目的。速度調節閥作用是調節液壓油流量,控制液動節流閥開或關的速度。溢流閥是當控制電路出現故障,即系統油壓升

4、至超過設定最高壓力電機仍未停止時,溢流閥打開,起著安全、保護作用。現場電源一旦中斷,利用蓄能器所蓄的能量維持液動節流閥的“開”“關”一次。可利用“手動液壓泵”(打印鋼印標識號JK.00)來維持控制箱操作所需的油壓,向蓄能器補充能量,以備使用。液壓工作原理圖(圖一)說明:1、電動泵:電源電壓:380VAC功率:0.75KW排量:5L/min2、最高壓力:8MPa額定壓力:6MPa蓄能器:10MPa、10LA1A5數字顯示儀表B1B5變送器A1顯示系統壓力B1系統壓力變送器A2顯示套管壓力B2套管壓力變送器A3顯示立管壓力B3立管壓力變送器A4顯示節流閥1閥位開度B4節流閥1電閥位變

5、送器A5顯示節流閥2閥位開度B5節流閥2電閥位變送器電控工作原理見圖二、圖三系統控制原理圖(圖二)控制箱電控工作由壓力變送器、電閥位變送器、數字顯示儀、交流接觸器等元件組成,按系統控制原理圖二,接上電源,儀表開始工作,顯示儀隨即可顯示經變送器傳送的數據。將“液壓系統”開關旋至開位,則液壓系統啟動,電動泵工作,“系統壓力”顯示儀所顯示的壓力,如低于下限設定值,電機自動啟動充壓,當壓力升至上限值時,交流接觸器線圈失電脫落,電機停止,當壓力降至下限值時,交流接觸器得電吸合,電機啟動。如此循環工作使系統壓力得到所設定壓力。數據采集原理圖(圖三)四、安裝調試及使用:(圖四)液壓系統調試:系統排空:打開蓄

6、能器截止閥(該閥屬于常開閥,出廠時打開狀態)打開系統泄荷閥(該閥屬于常閉閥,出廠時關閉狀態)液壓泵調試:將系統泄荷閥關閉,啟動液壓泵,此時系統升壓,見盤面上系統壓力數字顯示儀,當壓力達到7MPa時,電動泵自行停止工作;如系統油壓降至5MPa時,電動泵可自行啟動補充壓力,保持其額定工作壓力狀態。溢流閥Y:出廠時已調至7.5MPa面板顯示及外部聯接圖(圖五)1、電源進線口2、傳感器信號線入口3、液動節流閥1閥開接頭(M221.5)4、液動節流閥1閥關接頭(M221.5)5、液動節流閥2閥開接頭(M221.5)6、液動節流閥2閥關接頭(M221.5)7、數字顯示儀:立管壓力數字顯示儀8、數字顯示儀:

8、流管匯控制箱地線接好,以保護人身安全。將外接電源接好,動力電源為三相四線制的380VAC。控制電源為二線制的220VAC。防爆組合開關,插上插頭后,旋轉到“合”的位置,電源接通,旋轉到“分”的位置,電源斷開,敬請注意。6、電源正確連接后,按齒輪泵上方箭頭方向,調試電機轉向是否合適,如反向應立即停止,換向后再啟動。7、打開泄荷閥,啟動電動泵,空載運轉,排除管路中的空氣,連接節流閥液壓管線。8、關閉泄荷閥,當系統油壓升至設定值后,扳動三位四通換向閥手柄,使液動節流閥開、關兩次,以排出液缸中空氣。9、按標定的標識分別將立管壓力變送器、套管壓力變送器、液動節流閥1電閥位變送器、液動節流閥2電閥位變送器

9、、泵沖計數器等一一對應相接。檢查各線路、管線連接無誤后,將盤面“液壓系統”開關旋至開位,啟動電動泵,同時調整電閥位變送器的位置,當液動節流閥的實際位置與閥位開度顯示儀表一致,將電閥位變送器的位置固定。油壓升至7MPa時自動停泵,如系統油壓的壓力降至5MPa,電動泵可自動啟動,保持系統壓力。上述調整完畢后即可投入運行,根據鉆井工藝的要求,操縱三位四通換向閥控制液動節流閥的開啟和關閉。從而繼續平衡鉆井工藝所需井底回壓。五、保養及維修:1、注意觀察控制箱內外各油路有無泄漏的地方,觀察各電纜線有無破損的地方,如有應馬上關閉外部電源及時檢修。2、經常觀察“液位計”油面的高低,少則加油,每半年更換油箱內的

10、液壓油一次,并同時清洗濾油器及油箱。3、每半年檢查一次蓄能器充氮壓力,預充氮氣壓為1.3MPa。4、故障指示:當此燈亮起時,代表電機出現故障。如:電機過載或電機實質性損壞等等,造成電機保護裝置熱過載繼電器動作,從而使“電機故障”指示燈亮,此時應請電器專業人員進行維修。當故障解除后,電機保護裝置熱過載繼電器自動復位,從而“電機故障”指示燈熄滅,系統恢復正常工作。六、DJFK6型角閥控制器(圖六)DJFK6型角閥控制器是孔板式液動節流閥上的專用變送器,它將節流閥的開度轉換成420mA電信號輸送給數字顯示儀以顯示閥的開度。(圖六)七、CS20D型壓力變送器CS20D型壓力變送器是為監測石油鉆井作業中

17、tor,overflowvalve,breakvalve,three-positionfour-wayhand-controldirectionalvalve,pressuretestinghandpump,oiltank,hydraulicelements,electriccontrolelementsanddigitaldisplaycontrolinstruments,etc.WorkingprincipleseeFig.1forthehydraulicworkingprincipleIntegratingelectricdriveandhydraulicpressure,theelec

18、tricthrottlemanifoldcontrolboxconvertselectricenergysuppliedintothehydraulicenergysoastocontroltheopening/closingofthehydrodynamicthrottlevalve.Starttheexplosion-proofmotortodrivethegearpump,thusthehigh-pressurehydraulicoilwillbepumped,viaacheckvalve,intotheenergyaccumulator,thepressureinwhichwillth

19、engetincreasedwiththeingressofhydraulicoil.Stopthemotorwhenthepressurereachestothesetvalue,atthistime,theopeningandclosingofthethrottlevalvecanbecontrolledthroughthethree-positionfour-waydirectionalvalve.Thespeedregulatingvalvefunctionstoregulatetheflowrateofhydraulicoilandcontroltheopening/closings

20、peedofthehydrodynamicthrottlevalve.Theoverflowvalveplaystheroleofsafetyandprotectionincasethereisafailureoccurredinthecontrolcircuit,thatis,themotordoesnottostoprunningwhentheoilpressureofthesystemrisesupoverthesetmaximumpressure.Theenergyaccumulatedintheenergyaccumulatorcanbesuppliedtothehydrodynam

21、icthrottlevalveforitsopening/closingforonceincaseofafailureofthesitepowersupply.The“hydraulichandpump”(embossingsealIDNo.:JK.00)isavailabletomaintaintheoilpressurenecessaryfortheoperationofthecontrolboxandsupplementenergytotheenergyaccumulatorforthefutureuse.Hydraulicschematicdiagram(Fig.1)In

25、lsoonindicatethedatatransmittedoverbythetransmitter.TurntheHydraulicSystemswitchtothepositionofOpeningtostartthehydraulicsystem,andthenthemotorpumpwillbegintowork.IfthepressureindicatedintheSystemPressureindicatorislowerthanthelowerlimitvalue,themotorwillstartautomaticallyforapressuresupplementation

26、.Whenthepressurerisesuptotheupperlimitvalue,theACcontactorcoilwilllosepowersupplyandfalloff,whichwillcauseastopofthemotor;whenthepressuredropsdowntothelowerlimitvalue,theACcontactorwillbeelectrifiedandattracted,whichwillcausearestartingofthemotor.Itisjustthroughsuchacirculatingoperationthatthesystem

37、tlevalvehydraulicpipes.8.Whenthesystemoilpressurerisesuptothesetvalue,operatethehandleofthethree-positionfour-waydirectionalvalvewiththereleasevalveclosedtocloseandopenthehydrodynamicthrottlevalvetwicetoexhausttheairinthehydrauliccylinder.9.Connecttherisingpipepressuretransmitter,drivepipepressuretr

38、ansmitter,electricvalvepositiontransmitterofhydrodynamicthrottlevalve1andelectricvalvepositiontransmitterofhydrodynamicthrottlevalve2andpumpstrokecountertotheircorrespondingpositions.Turnthe“hydraulicsystem”switchonthepaneltothepositionofOpeningtostartthemotorpumpaftervariouslinesandpipesareconnecte

39、dandcheckedwithoutfault,atthesametime,adjustthepositionoftheelectricvalvepositiontransmitter.Fixthepositionoftheelectricvalvepositiontransmitterwhentheactualpositionofthehydraulicthrottlevalveisinconformitywiththatdisplayedonthevalveopeningpositionindicator.Thepumpwillcometoastopwhentheoilpressureri

40、sesupto7MPaandrestartautomaticallytomaintainthesystempressurewhenthesystemoilpressuredropsdownto5MPa.Gointooperationwhentheaboveregulationcompletes.Accordingtotherequirementfordrillingprocess,theopening/closingofthehydrodynamicthrottlevalvecanbecontrolledbyoperatingthethree-positionfour-waydirection

41、alvalve,thusthebalanceofundergroundbackpressurenecessaryfordrillingprocesswillbecontinued.Maintenanceandrepair1.Checkalltheoilwaysinsideandoutsidethecontrolboxforoilleak;checkalltheelectriccablesfordamage,ifany,switchofftheexternalpowersupplyinstantlyforatimelyexaminationandrepair.2.Observetheoillev

42、eloftheliquidlevelmeteratintervals,refillitincaseofashortage;changehydraulicoilintheoiltankatintervalofhalfayear,simultaneously,cleantheoilfilterandoiltank.3.Checktheenergyaccumulatoratintervalofhalfayearforthepressureofnitrogencharged.Thepressureofnitrogenpre-chargedis1.3MPa.4.Failureindication:ali

43、ghteningofthislightisasignoffailureinmotor.Forexample,anoverloadingonorrealdamageinmotorwillcausetheactionofthethermaloverloadingrelay,whichservesasamotorprotectiondevice,andtheactionwillcausethelighteningofthe“motorfailure”indicatorlight.Inthatcase,electricprofessionalsshouldbeinvitedforrepair.When

44、thefailureisremedied,thethermaloverloadingrelaywillresetautomatically.Thusthe“motorfailure”indicatorlightwillgooutandthesystemwillworknormallyagain.TheDJFK6anglevalvecontroller(Fig.6)DJFK6anglevalvecontrollerisspeciallydesignedfortheorificeplatehydrodynamicthrottlevalve,transferstheopeningpositionof

45、thethrottlevalveinto420mAelectricsignalsandtransmitsthemtothedigitalindicatortoindicatetheopeningpositionofthevalve.(圖六).CS20DpressuretransmitterTheCS20Dpressuretransmitter,designedformonitoringthepressureofstandpipesandcasingpipesusedforpetroleumdrillingoperations,transfersthepressureofstandpipesan
