1、8.3.9設(shè)計評估-內(nèi)部強制短路(電芯)a)要求:對于圓柱電池和方形電池內(nèi)部強制短路測試不應(yīng)該起火。廠家應(yīng)該給出滿足這個要求的報告。電池廠家或者第三方測試實驗室對電池測試結(jié)束后電池廠家應(yīng)該有一個設(shè)計評估。這是國家特定的測試僅僅使用于法國、日本、韓國和瑞士,并且聚合物電池不要求此測試。b)測試:內(nèi)部強制短路測試在10c和45c(烤箱內(nèi)部的環(huán)境溫度)的環(huán)境溫度下進行,測試按照下面的方法:1)樣品的數(shù)量:5個二次電池2)充電過程i)充放電條件:電池按照廠家的要求在20±5C的條件下充電,然后在20±5C的條件下,以0.2It的電流包流放電到廠家規(guī)定的截止電流。ii)儲存過程:測試

2、電池要在表5中的環(huán)境溫度條件下儲存1-4hiii)環(huán)境溫度:表5-測試電池環(huán)境溫度a測試項目測試時最低溫度測試最高溫度b.2.ii10±2C45±2Cb.2.iv10±2C45±2Cb.3.iA5±2C50±2Cb.3.iiA10±5C45±5Ca測試通常在表4的狀態(tài)卜進行。iv)強制內(nèi)部短路的充電過程電池應(yīng)該在表5中的環(huán)境溫度下,用規(guī)定的上限充電電壓進行恒流恒壓充電,電流降至0.05It時充電結(jié)束。3)用一個鍥粒子擠壓卷心測試需要溫控烤箱和特殊沖壓設(shè)備,勻速移動沖壓設(shè)備的可移動部件,一旦檢測到短路就立即停止。i)

3、測試準備A如表5所述調(diào)節(jié)好烤箱的溫度。樣品準備指導如附錄A中的部分A.5和圖A.5與圖A.8。把帶有卷芯的鋁膜袋和鍥粒子放在烤箱內(nèi)保持45±15min。B從密封包裝中移出卷芯,用一個電壓測量儀連接電池兩端,將熱電偶黏貼在卷芯的表面。將卷芯放在沖壓設(shè)備下,使鍥粒子位于沖壓夾具下面。注意:為了避免電解液蒸發(fā),在10min內(nèi)完成從烤箱內(nèi)移出卷芯到設(shè)備安放好并關(guān)上烤箱門的動作。C移除絕緣片關(guān)閉烤箱門。ii)內(nèi)部短路A確保卷芯的溫度顯示符合表5并開始測試B設(shè)備的可移動部分的底面是由丁月青橡膠或者亞克力板做成,該可移動部分置于10mmx10mm的不銹鋼傳動軸上。按壓夾具的細節(jié)在圖2中體現(xiàn)。丁月青

4、橡膠底面是為圓柱電池而制。對于方形電池測試,用5mmx5mm(2mm厚)的亞克力板放在丁月青橡膠上面,裝置以0.1/s的速度下移來檢測電池的電壓。當檢測到由于內(nèi)部短路引起電壓下降時,立刻停止下降并保持擠壓夾具原位不動30s,然后釋放壓力。電壓在每秒終內(nèi)要監(jiān)測超過100次并且如果電壓下降50mV,就認為有內(nèi)部短路發(fā)生。如果壓力達到800N對于圓柱電池和400N方形電池,立刻停止設(shè)備下降并保持原位置。CylindricalJISK6253TypeA)Figure2-JigforpressingC)結(jié)果標準:不起火(當電池起火時記錄壓力)8.3.9Designevaluation-Farcedint
