They are able to write simple sentences wi
2、th the help of pictures or prompts. They also are able to understand simple English stories supported with pictures and tell stories to others. They are active in participation, co-operation and also active in asking questions. They love to know something about the world and the space. But they cann
3、ot concentrate on the class for a long time, and cant control themselves well, so, the evaluation is needed in each period.2.Analysis about material:In this culture club, the pupils are going to learn about the animals and countries. Obviously, this culture club is designed to develop the pupils cul
4、tural knowledge, to know more about the animals in different countries. Animals are very familiar in our daily life. Pupils have known lots of things about it. So we teach the pupils to combine the new expressions and old sentence patterns to describe the animals. Activities that cater for the pupil
5、s receptivity, ability and thinking should be adopted to help them comprehend the concept and acquire expressions of animals.3.Teaching aims:(1)Knowledge aims:1.To talk about the varieties of animals.2. Develop the comprehensive ability of English.(2)Ability aims:1.To increase the Ps cultural knowle
6、dge and interest by reading.2.To develop ps reading skills. Like skimming, scanning, marking marks. (3)Sendibility aims:1.Develop Ps ability of cooperating with others.2. Enhance the pupils interest in English and help them to build up their confidence of learning English well. 3. Foster the pupils
7、benevolence.4.Teaching importance and difficulty:(1)Teaching importance:To know many different kinds of animals in different countries.(2)Teaching difficulty:To increase the Ps cultural knowledge and interest by reading.6.Teaching methods:Task-based learning approach , communicative language teachin

12、ch paragraph.4. Ask the children to find some new words in groups of 4. Catch the meaning of those words with the help of partners, They can ask dictionaries for help when necessary.1. 13、h paragraph is about. Draw the key words and sentences in each paragraph. Know “many countries are famous for their animals”3. Some able pupils talk about the main idea of each paragraph.4. Work in groups of 4. Help with each other to get the meanings of the new words. Look up dictionaries if necess
14、ary.1.Help the children have a basic understanding about the animals.2. Enable the students to foster the ability of catching the main idea of the reading materials and taking down notes.3. This is Summarizing modeling. The others can learn something from them.4. This can encourage them to guess the
