18、美德的光輝。如雷鋒的熱愛祖國、人民，體現了“忠”，他的關心他人、為人民服務就體現了“仁”，他的勤奮好學、苦練技術，就體現了 “勤”學雷鋒，要提煉精神，要追根溯源，這個“源”， 就是中華傳統美德。一、真、善、美中華傳統美德教育的目標中華傳統美德教育要求在教育實踐中把教育目標（善）與學生身心發展的規律性（真）高度統一起來，反映了教育研究從傳統知識論向審美和文化論提升、從科學主義和技術主義向人文主義和心靈主義的轉化。中華傳統美德教育通過對學校環境中可利用因素的全方位設計 , 在潛移默化中培養學生形成積極的審美情趣和完美心理品質，達到學生完善自我、實現自我的目的。二、以人為本中華傳統美德教育的原則中華

30、活人。一堂好課的標準不只是教師教得多么精彩、學生學到了多少知識，而必須從多元化的角度、 從全面素質培養的角度來進行評判。教師是用自己的心去愛撫學生的心、與學生進行生命間的交流，還是像個執法官、永遠以冰冷的外殼去碰撞學生柔嫩的心靈，將對學生樹立美好品德和培養審美能力帶來不可低估的影響。因此， 課堂上教師的一言、一行都應包含中華傳統美德教育的意義和價值。教師應有意識地提醒自己在課堂上對學生要多激勵、多表揚，少批評、少否定，要注意教育機會的平等和公平，承認差異，善待差異，切實遵守因材施教等教育原則。2、渲染在學校文化環境上在中華傳統美德教育中，影響學生成長最直接、最具體的因素是校風和班風。良好的校風

31、時時在潛移默化地引導著學生的心理成長。一所學校，有了良好的校風，就能有組織地教育、 感染師生，使優良的風氣成為群體規范，深入人心。同時， 人的心理活動定勢規律表明，在良好風氣的熏陶下，校風所倡導的精神、態度和作風會成為每個師生的自覺行動。班風是班級的靈魂，更加直接影響著班中的每一個成員。研究表明：一個培育起民主型班風的班級，師生之間、同學之間相互信任、關系和諧，學生學習積極性高，自信心、自尊感強；而在形成了專制型班風的班級中，師生之間相互不信任，許多學生煩悶、恐懼、厭學。注重中華傳統美德教育，就要通過強化集體榮譽感、培養學生愛學校、愛師長、愛他人；幫助學生培養“我學習（工作）著，所以我快樂”、

32、 “快樂是我的美德”等優良品質；協調好生生關系、師生關系，讓學生從小打下學會自主、學會合作、學會探究，學會學習，學會生存的堅實基礎。3、加強在授課的組織方式中不同的學科，教學內容和要求不同，其授課方式也應各具特色。如體育課在室外進行，且多以活動為主；音樂、美術課則有專用教室，組織形式更為活潑；自然、科學課則有實驗課，不但配備有儀器、設備，而且要求人人動手操作等等。結合這些學科獨特的授課方式，如果巧妙地輔之以適當的中華傳統美德教育的訓練，則會使中華傳統美德教育在 “潤物細無聲”中悄然實施。像在體育課的戶外活動中注意培養學生的合作意識、 競爭意識、自我保護的技能以及進行意志品質鍛煉；在音樂、美術課

33、中啟發學生學會欣賞他人、學會人際間的相互支持與鼓勵；在自然、科學課上不僅訓練學生的動手能力和相互配合的能力，而且讓學生在觀察中鍛煉細心和耐心、在物品的準備和整理中養成愛整潔和有條理的好習慣。總之， 只要教師善于創新，就會在教學活動中同時達到中華傳統美德教育的目的。中華傳統美德是中華民族歷代流傳下來的，有益于后代的優秀道德遺產，它包含了優秀的民族品質、優良的民族精神、崇高的民族氣節、高尚的民族情感、良好的民族禮儀等方面。它標志著中華民族的“形”與“魂”。它也是我國人民兩千多年來處理人際關系、人與社會關系和人與自然關系的實踐的結晶。加強中華傳統美德教育的宗旨就是為了在新的形勢下，繼承、 弘揚、提高

I L學習理念，其中特別突出了過程與方法、情感態度與價值觀。我認為在教學過程的落實中，情感態度與價值觀方面更為重要。在現在社會主義市場經濟迅速發展的情況下，有些人們的價值取向發生了變化，個人品質出現了問題，拜金主義抬頭，功利實用主義日益侵蝕人們的頭腦。 這些低級趣味也不同程度的影響到了中小學生的健康成長。在這種背景下，素質教育中的情感態度與價值觀教育更顯得尤為重要。中華傳統美德教

46、育是素質教育中情感態度與價值觀教育的一塊很好的陣地。那么， 究竟可對學生進行哪些中華傳統美德教育呢？我認為有如下四個方面：一、憂國憂民，敢為天下先人活著究竟是為了什么？應怎樣立志？做怎樣的人？這個問題在不同的社會和時期里，會有不同的具體答案：要么僅僅為個人私利而活著；要么為人民大眾謀福利而活著。前者表現為只是追求自己的吃喝玩樂；后者表現為為國家、民族、社會以至全人類的利益和進步事業而奮斗終生。這就是在道德情操上低俗與高尚的分水嶺。我國是一個崇尚教化的民族，歷來主張正確處理公私關系。無數民族脊梁，無一不都是自覺的把個人利益與人民利益、國家利益連接在一起，憂國憂民，敢為天下先。禮記禮運曰： “大道

47、之行也，天下為公。 ”根據這一觀點，即使那些貴為帝王的，也不應將國家民眾視為個人一家所有，從而做到“天子之位傳賢而不傳子”。從戰國時期屈原的“長太息以掩涕兮，哀民生之多艱”，到北宋范仲淹“先天下之憂而憂，后天下之樂而樂”，從南宋陸游“死去元知萬事空，但悲不見九州同”，到明末顧炎武的“天下興亡，匹夫有責”，從晚清林則徐的“茍利國家生死以，豈以禍福避趨之”到民國初年周恩來的“相會于中華騰飛世界時”，等等。所有這些歷史人物的光輝業績及其主張，都集中變現了人生觀方面的中華傳統美德。培養這方面的美德對青少年的健康成長具有特別重要的意義。二、忠于信仰，舍生取義一般說來，人生的考驗莫大于死。求生避死，可謂生

48、命之本能。然而，人作為地球上萬物之靈，就不能一概而論了。孟子曰： “生亦我所欲也，死亦我所欲也，二者不可得兼，舍生而取義也。 ”孔子更強調，凡“志士仁人，無求生以害仁，有殺生以成仁”。所以如此，在古賢看來，生命誠可貴，信仰價更高。二者矛盾時，為了保持信仰，應獻出自己的生命。這集中體現了古人在生死觀方面的崇高品格與追求。當然，一個人要想真正做到這一點，是很不容易的。宋朝的秦檜是盡人皆知的民族敗類。但他曾是一名狀元郎，很有學問。然而這個狀元郎卻在靖康之難中被俘變節，萬人唾罵。無獨有偶，明朝洪承疇，官至兵部尚書，后調任薊遼總督抵御清兵，1642 年兵敗被俘，因經不起死神的考驗，淪為鷹犬。像秦檜、洪承

49、疇這類歷史人物，不能說他們沒有一時之抱負，但他們貪生怕死，喪失氣節，為人們所不齒。司馬遷說過： “人固有一死， 或重于泰山，或輕于鴻毛”。歷史上不斷涌現的英雄人物，如文天祥、史可法、鄧世昌、譚嗣同等，正是因為他們忠于信仰，敢于舍生取義的美德，才創造出驚天地、泣鬼神的業績，留名青史，永為后人敬仰。培養青少年具有這樣的生死觀方面的傳統美德尤為重要。三、百折不回，堅韌不拔一個人要有些成就，能為國家民族有所貢獻，除了應有抱負、經得住生死考驗外，還必須具有堅韌不拔的奮斗精神。孟子曰： “天降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，勞其筋骨，餓其體膚，空乏其身，行拂亂其所為，所以動心忍性，增益其所不能”。這是因為，凡
