Whatever you do, don t share your personal weaknesses. Instead, try to find something to say that isn

35、 t a real weakness, but a slightly less-than- ideal characteristic. For example: “ I prefer to see a project through from start to finish rather than working on a single component and never seeing the finished product.I sometimes find it a bit frustrating to work without that overall context. ”“Some

36、timesI have a hard time saying no to people, and I end up taking on more th an my share of work. ” If you really can t think of anything to say, you can always go with this time -tesed (albeit cliched) comeback: “ I m a perfectionist. I need to improve on not being so hard on myself and making sure

40、,別慌亂,別氣餒,別急著辯白。2 應把這類難題當成進一步申明這職位適合你的種種條件和理由,即我到這里能干什么工作。既要 自信,又要實事求是。3 應聘前先要把自己的資歷與經驗和用人單位職位的條件一一分析清楚,列出種種適合的理由,這樣在答問時就會慷慨陳詞、條理井然了。4 不要長篇大論,能說清楚就夠了。5 態度要不卑不亢,不要一聽對方認為你干不了,你就乞求對方。因為用人單位不會因可憐誰就錄用誰的。二、你為什么有興趣到這里找工作?用人單位對某些學歷、資歷比較高的求職者常提類似的問題,其意圖是:1 怕這人將來" 跳槽 " ,工作不安心,把新工作當成一塊跳板。2 進一步考驗這種人,看他

41、們有沒有決心到這里來踏實工作。3 多用反問句、設問句的口氣提出,考察應聘者的態度變化。答問策略:1 應聘人聽到這類提問應該推斷出自己的條件還不錯,用人單位可能出于擔心自己不安心所致。所以要態度誠懇地指出有興趣來此的原因:(a)專業對口;(b)公司有發展;(c)工作環境優越;(d)聽朋友介紹這家公司的老板是“伯樂";(e)有更多到外國工作的機會;( f )經常出差適合自己的興趣;(g)離家近;(h)福利待遇特別好,等等。(只需點出即可,不必大加渲染)2 以比較堅決的口氣表白自己如何喜歡這個部門并愿為它效勞。3 別忙中出錯或言多語失。比如對方是一個臺灣人開的公司,你卻說:" 我

42、很希望為泰國的公司工作,泰國是一個美麗的發展中國家。" 這會讓對方啼笑皆非的。面試難題的應答策略(下)三、你自認為有什么優缺點?主試人想通過這一類問題的解答了解到:1 這個人能否對自己做出正確的估價。因為不能估計自己的人,往往也不會正確地評價自己的工作;2 主試人最關注的是該人的缺點、弱點,如這方面的問題比較突出,那就不適合做某項工作。答問策略:1 參加面試前,應對個人的優點缺點有所認識,必要時聽聽家人或朋友的評價。千萬不要一聽對方問這類問題就不知如何是好了。2 最忌諱的是無所謂的態度,比如:" 我也沒什么優點,也談不上什么缺點,我這個人嘛,一般就是了! "&qu

43、ot; 誰還沒個缺點?我有是有,可是一下子也講不清楚,管它呢?quot;- 這種回答,容易給人以玩世不恭的感覺,很難委以重要的職位。3 自己的優點、長處,缺點、短處都應老老實實地講,態度越是誠懇、真摯,對方越對你有好感,不一定會減少聘用的機會。4 會講話的人大都善于運用個人的優缺點把這篇大文章作好。下面,我們列出幾條,你看自己有沒有,又怎么利用它巧妙地介紹自己:對應聘有利的優點:- - 好學習、肯鉆研。- - 腦子好使,記憶力強。- - 辦事認真,一絲不茍。- - 有干勁,不惜力。- - 好相處,跟誰都合得來。- - 有比較豐富的閱歷。- - 喜歡接受挑戰性的課題。- - 不交女友(男友)不成

44、家。對應聘有利的缺點:- - 有名利思想:(a)別人說我是個人主義、名利思想。(b)別人認為我好出風頭,追求名利地位。(c)沒名沒利的事,我不大樂意干。(名利思想的另一面,是有所作為,不甘寂寞。只要認真對待,克服短處,可以從事開拓創新的工作。)- - 急脾氣(a)工作要是干不好,我打心里起急,非得干好不成。(b)誰要干活投機取巧,我老跟人家發脾氣。(c)遇到磨洋工的人,我就跟他急!- - 有時主觀:(a)別人要說服我,可不容易了,你擺不出事實、證據來,我還是堅持個人的主見。(b)我不會讓人牽鼻子走,確實很主觀。(c)我有時會跟同事爭,因為他們說服不了我,說我太主觀了。- - 不拘小節:(a)我

46、、保管員等工作)(b)我這個人生來膽子小,別說違法的事,就連上班也不敢遲到,怕人家議論。(c)許多事未經請示,我是絕對不敢干的。膽小怕事嘛。(膽小,未必是弱點。有些工作交給膽大的人去干,領導還真不放心呢。)- - 不顧家:(a)我這個人家庭觀念太差,干起活來老是不顧家。(b)我老婆老說我:"你呀,腦子里只有公司,沒有公館(指住處)。""你干脆住在公司算了。所以,我不是一個好丈夫。(c)我不是一個事業、家庭兩全的人物。腦子里只有事業,哪還有家庭?大家都像我這樣可就麻煩了。5 在談及個人的優缺點時,最好以一種自我反省的語氣說才能給人以良好印象。四、你善于與什么人相處?

47、主試人是出于某些職位、行業的特殊需要才提出類似問題的。通過提問,了解該人能否與同事溝通營造良好的辦公環境,提高辦公效率,能否對外打開局面,廣為結識顧客群,以便更好地完成調查、促銷等任務。答問策略:1 應聘者應以親切、輕松的語氣談論此類話題,給人以通達、開朗、熱情的印象。這印象本身就在說明你這個人很好相處。如果你的態度又拘謹、又嚴肅,倒證明你這個人不好相交。2 談及領導問題時應格外慎重。對領導,不存在你喜歡不喜歡的問題,因為你不喜歡,人家仍然是領導。所以應當從領導與被領導的關系上談論為好。3 老好人,好好先生- 這種人跟誰都合得來。但某些行業( 如警察、質檢員等) 或某些職位,就不適宜這種人干。

48、所以談話時,要想到這一點。4 如果是剛畢業的大學生或是其他剛走出校門的學生,回答這種問題講些學校生活同學之間的交友事例就行了。五、你為什么經常想調動工作?主試人提出這類可能令你感到難堪、尷尬的問題,其意圖有二:一是深入了解你申請新工作的內在動因,是嫌過去的工資低?還是本人能力差、表現不好而讓人辭退?還是生性好動,老是這山望著那山高,哪兒都呆不住、呆不長?等等。而這些恰恰是所有用人單位最討厭的地方。二是考察該人的工作態度和應變能力。答問策略:1 這類問題都是非常敏感的話題,答問時宜慎重思考、從容作答。2 問及為什么" 跳槽 " 時,不宜強調的理由有:(a)市場不景氣,是隨大溜
