12、r writing to you last week.The letter I was expecting did arrive yesterdayPoint!此種強(qiáng)調(diào)句只用do, does和did,沒有別的形 式。后面的謂語動詞用原形專五、用法辨析: 匚A強(qiáng)調(diào)句it與主語從句it的區(qū)別例句辨析:批注:讓學(xué)生將以下兩個例句中的it is/was的句子。that.去掉,看剩下的詞能否組成一個完整你昨天在街上所見到的就是李蕾的兄弟。(1) It is Li Lei ' s brother that you met in the street yesterday.批注:本句若將 It is及
13、that同時省去為: You met Li Lei ' s brother in the street yesterday. 句子同樣成 立,因此前面的句子是強(qiáng)調(diào)句型。(2) It is exciting that we have succeeded in sending up Shenzhou V.我們成功地發(fā)射了神舟五號這件事情真令人興奮。批注:本句若將 It is 及 that 同時省去為: We have succeeded exciting in sending up Shenzhou V. 顯然 句子錯誤,因此,前面句子不是強(qiáng)調(diào)句型,而是主語從句。B總結(jié):區(qū)分是否是強(qiáng)調(diào)句關(guān)
14、鍵需要學(xué)生判斷去掉強(qiáng)調(diào)句式后句子的成分是否完整,如果完整,則是強(qiáng) 調(diào)句型,否則就不是。強(qiáng)調(diào)句it與定語從旬it的區(qū)別辨析: It is an English book (that / which) I bought yesterday.它是我昨天買的書。批注:本句是對 What is that?問句的回答,that所引導(dǎo)的是定語從句,that可被省略。It was the English book that I bought yesterday.昨天我所賣的就是這本書。批注:本句相當(dāng)于對 I bought the English book yesterday 中 an English book
15、 進(jìn)行強(qiáng)調(diào)。(2) It was a room where we used to have meetings.它是我們過去常在開會的房子。批注:where所引導(dǎo)的從句對前面的room進(jìn)行說明,它是定語從句 。It was in the room that we used to have meetings.過去我們開會就在這間房子里。批注:in the room 是被強(qiáng)調(diào)的部分,本句是強(qiáng)調(diào)句型。(3) It is a day when the people celebrate their victory.這是人們慶祝他們的勝利的日子。批注:when所引導(dǎo)的從句對a day進(jìn)行說明,是定語從句。I
16、t was on that day that people celebrated their victory.就在那一天,人們慶祝了他們的勝利。批注:強(qiáng)調(diào) on October 1, 1949 。強(qiáng)調(diào)句中的It沒有實(shí)際意義,It be與that可同時被省略;而定語從句中的It是主語,It be與that不可同時省略;強(qiáng)調(diào)句型中be的時態(tài)須跟后面句子的時態(tài)相一致;而定語從句中主句謂語動詞be的時態(tài)須由主句的時間確定that 換強(qiáng)調(diào)句將句子中的that不能省略,并且即使前面的名詞是事物時,也不能將成which ;而定語從句中的that作賓語時可被省略,并且當(dāng)先行詞是事物時可用which代替。當(dāng)it
17、 be后面的時間、地點(diǎn)名詞作主語、賓語或表語時,引導(dǎo)詞可用 that / which ;而 作其他成分時,引導(dǎo)詞須用when / which 。強(qiáng)調(diào)句it與狀語從句it的區(qū)別例句辨析:(1) It is such an interesting book that we all like it very much.它是一本如此有趣的書,我們大家都非常喜歡。批注:強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)果狀語主從復(fù)合句。It is such an interesting book that we all like very much.我們大家都非常喜歡的就是一本如此有趣的書。批注: 強(qiáng)調(diào) such an interesting b
18、ook 。比較:It is such an interesting book as we all like very much.這就是我們大家都非常喜歡的如此有趣的書。批注:定語從句。(2) It was already morning when he woke up.當(dāng)他醒來時,已經(jīng)是早晨了。批注:時間主從復(fù)合句。1 . It本身沒有詞義2 .指代人用who, whom ,指代物用that,強(qiáng)調(diào)時間、地點(diǎn)等也用 that.3 .連接詞之后動詞的人稱和數(shù)要與它前面被強(qiáng)調(diào)的名詞或代詞一致。4 .強(qiáng)調(diào)句中兩種時態(tài):一般現(xiàn)在時和一般過去式。取決于原句的謂語動詞時態(tài)。畬三,新嫌除底-=-(建議10分鐘
19、)高考易錯題解析:1 .that caused him to serve dinner an hour later than usual.A. It was we being late B. It was our being lateC. It was we were too late D. It was because we were late【陷阱】此題容易誤選D,認(rèn)為強(qiáng)調(diào)的是原因狀語從句because we were late.【分析】但實(shí)際上,此題的答案為 B,強(qiáng)調(diào)的是句子主語our being late ,此題若還原成非強(qiáng)調(diào)句,即為:Our being late caused him
20、 to serve dinner an hour later than usual.注意,強(qiáng)調(diào)句的一個顯著特點(diǎn)是,若去掉強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu) it is wasthat,句子仍然成立;換句話說, 該結(jié)構(gòu)中的that不能充當(dāng)句子成分。2. "How was they discovered the entrance to the underground palace?" "Totally by chance."A. it that B. he thatC. it when D. he which【陷阱】幾個干擾項(xiàng)均可能誤選。【分析】答案選 A,為強(qiáng)調(diào)句的特殊疑問句形式,
21、其相應(yīng)的陳述句形式為:It was totally by chance that they discovered the entrance to the underground palace.比較以下各題,它們也屬強(qiáng)調(diào)句的特殊疑問句形式:(1) Who was it saved the drowning girl?A. since B. as C. that D. he答案選 C ,被強(qiáng)調(diào)成分為who,該句實(shí)為類似It was Tom that saved the drowning girl.這類強(qiáng)調(diào)句的特殊疑問句形式(即對其中的Tom提問而得)。(2) What is it his daug
22、hter needs most?A. what B. which C. that D. if答案選 C,被強(qiáng)調(diào)成分為what ,該句實(shí)為類似 It is a bike that his daughter needs most.這類強(qiáng)調(diào)句的特殊疑問句形式(即對其中的a bike提問而得)。(3) as very that little Jim wrote the letter.A. It, careful B. It, carefullyC. He, careful D. He, carefully【陷阱】幾個干擾項(xiàng)均有可能誤選,但最有可能誤選的可能是A,認(rèn)為這是一個普通的系表結(jié)構(gòu),即認(rèn)為第二空
23、要填形容詞作表語。【分析】其實(shí),此題是一個強(qiáng)調(diào)句,其非強(qiáng)調(diào)形式為Little Jim wrote the letter very carefully. 若用itis - that -的強(qiáng)調(diào)句式強(qiáng)調(diào)其中的狀語very carefully即為上面一題的題干,所以答案應(yīng)選B.請看下面幾例,也屬強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu):(1) It was when she was about to go to bed the telephone rang.A. since B. as C. that D. then答案選C ,被強(qiáng)調(diào)成分為when she was about to go to bed 這一時間狀語從句。(2) It
24、 may have been at Christmas John gave Mary a handbag.A. before B. who C. that D. when答案選C,被強(qiáng)調(diào)成分為at Christmas,其中的動詞 be采用了 may have been這一較為復(fù)雜的形式。4. "Where did you find the professor who made the speech yesterday?" "It was in the hall the studentsoften have a meeting."A. where B. w
25、hichC. that D. when【陷阱】很可能誤選 C,認(rèn)為這是一個強(qiáng)調(diào)句,強(qiáng)調(diào)地點(diǎn)狀語in the hall.【分析】假若選 C,即有 It was in the hall that the students often have a meeting ,該句的意思是“學(xué) 生們通常是在大廳開會”,單獨(dú)看這一句,無論是其意思還是其語法均未錯,但若將其與上文聯(lián)系起來看,則不通,因?yàn)樯衔牡囊馑际恰澳闶窃谀膬赫业阶蛱熳鲌?bào)告的那位教授的?that I found the professor ,則完全可以。假若將答句改為It was in the hall其實(shí),此題的最佳答案是A, where th

But when I got back there, the bikewas gone."A. that B. whereC. which D. while【陷阱】此題很容易誤選A,認(rèn)為這是強(qiáng)調(diào)句型。【分析】其實(shí)此題應(yīng)選 D.做好此題的關(guān)鍵是正確理解上下文的語境。在此句中,it是代詞,指彳弋the bike,句意為:“當(dāng)你離開去同朋友談話的時候,你的自行車是在這樹下嗎?”“當(dāng)然,但當(dāng)我回來時,自行車就不見了。“現(xiàn)在反過來分析一下, 假若選A,將此句判為強(qiáng)調(diào)句,句子即為 Was it under the tree that you were away talking to a friend?若進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)換為非強(qiáng)調(diào)句,句子則為 Under the tree while you were talking to afriend ,句意顯
