1、    【摘要】  目的篩選蕁麻抗風濕活性部位,為蕁麻的開發利用提供理論依據。方法萃取法制備不同極性的溶劑部位(石油醚部位、乙醚部位、醋酸乙酯部位、水溶性部位),小鼠急性耳廓腫法、棉球肉芽腫法篩選抗炎活性部位;小鼠熱板法、醋酸扭體法篩選鎮痛活性部位。結果醋酸乙酯部位具有顯明的抗炎和鎮痛活性,能明顯抑制二甲苯所致小鼠急性耳廓腫、小鼠棉球肉芽腫及熱板、冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛。結論 醋酸乙酯部位為蕁麻抗風濕活性部位,值得進一步研究。 【關鍵詞】  蕁麻 風濕 活性部位Studies on the Anti-rheumatism Fraction

3、qua.These fractions were screened by antiinflammatory and analgestic experiments.The inhibition of auricle edema induced by xylene and pain caused by hot board and acetic in mice was used to test the anti-rheumatism effect.ResultsFour fractions were isolated from Urtica fissa,among which ethy1 aceta

4、te part had obvious antiinflammatory and analgestic effects.It could inhibit the ear edema induced by xylene,granuloma induced by cotton ball and pain caused by hot borad and acetic acid in mice.ConclusionThe extraction of ethy1 acetate is the active part with anti- rheumatism effect in Urtica fissa

5、.Key words:Urtica fissa;  Rheumatism;  Active fraction1  器材1.1  材料與試劑作者采于四川省成都溫江縣通平鎮,經作者鑒定為蕁麻Urtica fissa E.Pritz,全草曬干備用。乙醇為化學純,其余化學試劑均為分析純。1.2  動物昆明種小鼠(清潔級),體重(20±2)g,由復旦大學醫學實驗動物中心提供(合格證號:(滬)SCSK20020026)。1.3  儀器與軟件R502B型旋轉蒸發儀(上海申生科技有限公司),AB104S電子天平(深圳君達時代儀器有限公司)。

6、統計軟件:PEMS 3.0。2  方法與結果2.1  受試組分的制備蕁麻干燥全草8 kg,粉碎成粗粉,95%工業乙醇150 L分3次回流提取,提取液合并,回收部分乙醇,室溫放置24 h,析出大量硝酸鉀結晶,濾去結晶,繼續回收乙醇至干得醇浸膏(A)685 g。將醇浸膏懸浮于水,用石油醚(3060)萃取3次,2 500 ml/次,減壓收盡溶劑得石油醚浸膏(B)306 g;乙醚萃取3次,2 500 ml/次,減壓收盡溶劑得乙醚浸膏(C)22 g。繼用醋酸乙酯萃取3次,3 000 ml/次,減壓收盡溶劑得醋酸乙酯浸膏(D)95 g,母液減壓收盡溶劑得浸膏(E)242 g。各組分均用
