XX年度即將過(guò)去，回首一年的培訓(xùn)工作，興勝供電所的每位員工都

高度重視公司分配下來(lái)的培訓(xùn)任務(wù)，嚴(yán)格管理、明確分工、責(zé)任到人。

培訓(xùn)以提高員工專業(yè)技能、培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀收費(fèi)員、打造一流團(tuán)隊(duì)為目的。

經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)我們收獲很多，但也有很多做得不足的地方。所以我們就四

大方面做重點(diǎn)培訓(xùn)，針對(duì)這四大要點(diǎn)，本部門制定了周密可行的培訓(xùn)

計(jì)劃，建立完善的培訓(xùn)制度，嚴(yán)明培訓(xùn)紀(jì)律，制定考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本部門

1、制訂、執(zhí)行計(jì)劃。結(jié)合本行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真選擇授課內(nèi)容，注重

準(zhǔn)、安全活動(dòng)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、交通安全管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、消防安全管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn);小

型作業(yè)安全管理辦法的通知；學(xué)習(xí)xx年安全生產(chǎn)工作會(huì)專題發(fā)言材

料;兩票執(zhí)行細(xì)則等文件及書籍。(2)Combinedwiththemonthly

防安全培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，進(jìn)一步提高所內(nèi)各項(xiàng)安全工作。并繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化

作業(yè)輔助系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)I,主要提高〃三種人〃對(duì)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)輔助系統(tǒng)

亡死亡事故〃，針對(duì)這四起血的事故，我所對(duì)所內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)工作加

強(qiáng)了管理，并開展學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)，提高人員了的安全意識(shí)及進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)

了各項(xiàng)安全生產(chǎn)，吸取血的教訓(xùn)I,杜絕同類型違章事故的發(fā)生。（8）In

加農(nóng)網(wǎng)工作的人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)考試，開展學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)，提高人員了的安

全意識(shí)及進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了各項(xiàng)安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)，防止人身傷亡事故的發(fā)

生，并結(jié)合所內(nèi)安全培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，對(duì)交通、消防安全也開展了培訓(xùn)，有

效的做好了交通、消防安全工作，加強(qiáng)駕駛?cè)藛T安全思想教育。在一

季度開展培訓(xùn)考試，全所參加考試人員27人，全部參加考試，參考

率達(dá)到100%,人員缺考率為0%,成績(jī)?nèi)糠蠘?biāo)準(zhǔn)，成績(jī)都在70分

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)和書面培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合，但更著重以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)為主。在繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)

員工對(duì)安全工作培訓(xùn)的同時(shí)，結(jié)合我所今后在工作中的實(shí)際情況有針

培訓(xùn)以提高員工專業(yè)技能、培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀收費(fèi)員、打造一流團(tuán)隊(duì)為目的。

經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)我們收獲很多，但也有很多做得不足的地方。所以我們就四

大方面做重點(diǎn)培訓(xùn)，針對(duì)這四大要點(diǎn)，本部門制定了周密可行的培訓(xùn)

計(jì)劃，建立完善的培訓(xùn)制度，嚴(yán)明培訓(xùn)紀(jì)律，制定考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本部門

防安全培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)，進(jìn)一步提高所內(nèi)各項(xiàng)安全工作。并繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化

作業(yè)輔助系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)I,主要提高〃三種人〃對(duì)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)輔助系統(tǒng)

亡死亡事故〃，針對(duì)這四起血的事故，我所對(duì)所內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)工作加

強(qiáng)了管理，并開展學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)，提高人員了的安全意識(shí)及進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)

了各項(xiàng)安全生產(chǎn)，吸取血的教訓(xùn)I,杜絕同類型違章事故的發(fā)生。（8）In

9)結(jié)合農(nóng)網(wǎng)升級(jí)改造工作，配合多經(jīng)公司分別在7月、8月對(duì)所內(nèi)參

加農(nóng)網(wǎng)工作的人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)考試，開展學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)，提高人員了的安

全意識(shí)及進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了各項(xiàng)安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)，防止人身傷亡事故的發(fā)

生，并結(jié)合所內(nèi)安全培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，對(duì)交通、消防安全也開展了培訓(xùn)，有

效的做好了交通、消防安全工作，加強(qiáng)駕駛?cè)藛T安全思想教育。在一

季度開展培訓(xùn)考試，全所參加考試人員27人，全部參加考試，參考

率達(dá)到100%,人員缺考率為0%,成績(jī)?nèi)糠蠘?biāo)準(zhǔn)，成績(jī)都在70分

培訓(xùn)工作雖然取得了一定的成績(jī)，但也存在一些問(wèn)題和不足，比如有

些員工培訓(xùn)積極性不高，對(duì)培訓(xùn)工作缺乏正確的認(rèn)識(shí)，有些員工時(shí)間

觀念不強(qiáng)，會(huì)有個(gè)別遲到的現(xiàn)象。對(duì)于今后的培訓(xùn)工作，我所打算以

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)和書面培訓(xùn)相結(jié)合，但更著重以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)培訓(xùn)為主。在繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)

員工對(duì)安全工作培訓(xùn)的同時(shí)，結(jié)合我所今后在工作中的實(shí)際情況有針

對(duì)性的進(jìn)行技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，同時(shí)在今后的培訓(xùn)工作中，我們希望公司

能對(duì)供電所的職工提供更好的培訓(xùn)條件和更多更好的培訓(xùn)設(shè)備，讓我
