4.BenefitsandExpenses
4.1Benefits
PartyBshallbeentitledtothefollowingbenefitsduringthetermofthisContract:
a)Accommodation:PartyBshallbeprovidedwith[AccommodationType]accommodationat[AccommodationLocation],asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.4);
b)Transportation:PartyBshallbeprovidedwithtransportationfromtheairporttotheworklocationandviceversa,asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.5);
c)MedicalInsurance:PartyBshallbecoveredbyamedicalinsurancepolicy,asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.6);
d)Leave:PartyBshallbeentitledto[NumberofLeaveDays]paidleavedaysperyear,asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.7).
4.2Expenses
PartyAshallbearthefollowingexpensesrelatedtothelaborservicesprovidedbyPartyB:
a)VisaApplicationandProcessingFees:PartyAshallbearthevisaapplicationandprocessingfeesincurredbyPartyBforentering[Country/City];
b)TravelExpenses:PartyAshallbeartheround-tripairfarefrom[Country/City]to[Country/City];
c)InsurancePremiums:PartyAshallbeartheinsurancepremiumsforthemedicalinsurancepolicyforPartyB;
d)OtherExpenses:PartyAshallbearotherexpensesincurredbyPartyBinconnectionwiththelaborservices,asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.8).
5.TerminationofContract
5.1TerminationbyEitherParty
ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherPartyupongiving[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheotherParty.
5.2TerminationforBreachofContract
IfeitherPartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract,theotherPartyshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyupongivingwrittennoticetothedefaultingParty.
6.DisputeResolution
AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,theyshallbesubmittedto[DisputeResolutionAuthority]forarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrules.
7.GoverningLaw

4.2FeesandCommissions

5.BenefitsandExpenses

d)Leave:PartyBshallbeentitledto[NumberofLeaveDays]paidleavedaysperyear,asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.7).
5.2Expenses
PartyAshallbearthefollowingexpensesrelatedtothelaborservicesprovidedbyPartyB:
a)VisaApplicationandProcessingFees:PartyAshallbearthevisaapplicationandprocessingfeesincurredbyPartyBforentering[Country/City];
b)TravelExpenses:PartyAshallbeartheround-tripairfarefrom[Country/City]to[Country/City];
c)InsurancePremiums:PartyAshallbeartheinsurancepremiumsforthemedicalinsurancepolicyforPartyB;
d)OtherExpenses:PartyAshallbearotherexpensesincurredbyPartyBinconnectionwiththelaborservices,asspecifiedintheattachedLaborServiceList(AttachmentNo.8).
6.PartyA'sRightsandInterests
6.1RighttoControl
PartyAshallhavetherighttocontroltheworkperformanceofPartyB,includingsupervisingthequalityandefficiencyofthelaborservicesprovided.
6.2RighttoChange
PartyAshallhavetherighttomakereasonablechangestotheworkscopeorlocationofPartyB,providedthatsuchchangesdonotviolatethetermsandconditionsofthisContractandareagreeduponbyPartyB.
6.3RighttoCompensation
IntheeventthatPartyBfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract,PartyAshallhavetherighttoclaimcompensationforanylossesincurred.
7.PartyB'sObligationsandLimitations
7.1CompliancewithContract
PartyBshallcomplywithallthetermsandconditionsofthisContractandensurethequalityandefficiencyofthelaborservicesprovided.
7.2Non-Disparagement
PartyBshallnotengageinanyactivitiesthatmayharmthereputationorbusinessinterestsofPartyAorPartyC.
7.3Confidentiality
PartyBshallkeepconfidentialallinformationobtainedduringtheperformanceofthisContractandshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyAorPartyC.
8.TerminationofContract
8.1TerminationbyEitherParty
ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherPartyupongiving[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheotherParty.
8.2TerminationforBreachofContract

a)FacilitatingcommunicationbetweenPartyAandPartyB;
b)Assistingwithadministrativeandlogisticalarrangements;
c)Ensuringcompliancewithlocallawsandregulations;
d)ProvidingsupportandguidancetoPartyBregardingemploymentconditionsandprocedures.
5.2FeesandCommissions
