NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisescontainedherein,theLandlordandTenantagreeasfollows:

1.Rent

1.1TheTenantagreestopaytheLandlordamonthlyrentof[MonthlyRent](hereinafterreferredtoas"theRent")fortheuseandoccupancyoftheProperty.

1.2TheRentshallbepayableinadvanceonthefirstdayofeachmonth.Anylatepaymentshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[LateFeePercentage]oftheRent.

1.3TheTenantshallberesponsibleforallutilityexpenses,includingelectricity,water,gas,andinternetservice,unlessotherwiseagreeduponinwriting.

2.Term

2.1TheTermofthisContractshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofMonths]months,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

2.2TheTenantmayterminatethisContractupon[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheLandlord.

3.ConditionoftheProperty

3.1TheTenantshallusethePropertyinagoodandcarefulmanner,andshallnotcauseanydamagetothePropertyoritsfixtures.

3.2TheTenantshallmaintainthePropertyinacleanandhabitableconditionthroughouttheTermofthisContract.

3.3TheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterationsormodificationstothePropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

4.SecurityDeposit

4.1TheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordasecuritydepositof[SecurityDepositAmount](hereinafterreferredtoas"theSecurityDeposit")upontheexecutionofthisContract.

4.2TheSecurityDepositshallberefundabletotheTenantupontheterminationofthisContract,providedthattheTenanthasfulfilledallobligationsunderthisContractandreturnedthePropertyinthesameconditionaswhentheTenanttookpossessionthereof,fairwearandtearexcepted.

5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

5.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

5.2AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughamicablenegotiationbetweentheLandlordandTenant.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedamicably,itshallbesubmittedtothejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].

2.RentandPaymentTerms
