目錄緒論1.1課題目的隨著現(xiàn)代社會科技水平的不斷增強,中國人民的收入也慢慢升高,人們的生活品質(zhì)和生活水平和二十世紀八十年代相比有了巨大的提升。漸漸地空調(diào)成為了大眾產(chǎn)品,不在是少數(shù)人才能擁有的奢侈品。隨著空調(diào)制冷技術和工藝的不斷提升,空調(diào)的種類也逐漸增加。空調(diào)的制作成本也慢慢減少,許多民用建筑和公共建筑已經(jīng)普遍使用了空調(diào),比如個體用戶的分體式空調(diào),還是普通寫字樓里都能看到中央空調(diào),可見空調(diào)的使用已經(jīng)逐漸深入到人們生活的每個角落。科技水平的提高能促進空調(diào)技術發(fā)展,國民收入的提高能促使人民對高品質(zhì)空氣環(huán)環(huán)境的渴望,空調(diào)行業(yè)在兩者的影響下迅速發(fā)展REF_Ref6478\r\h[1]。在不久的將來社會將會更加以人為善,人民的對美好生活環(huán)境的期望的不斷提高,對于空調(diào)的需求也會越來越高,不局限于只提供合適的溫濕度,對清新的空氣,安靜的環(huán)境也越加期望。1.2發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析(1)空調(diào)制冷技術的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀在如今的市場中可以看到許多空調(diào)種類,比如分體式空和中央空調(diào)等,空調(diào)技術有著許多方面的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。先進的技術能夠提升空調(diào)的性能,并且滿足市場發(fā)展多樣化的需求,也能起到改善大氣污染的問題和節(jié)約能源的作用。現(xiàn)在空調(diào)制冷技術的發(fā)展日新月異,可以更好的改善傳統(tǒng)空調(diào)制冷技術的不足,不斷可持續(xù)發(fā)展。(2)制冷劑的發(fā)展空調(diào)制冷劑又稱為雪種,是各種換熱過程中傳遞能量的媒介。與國外相比,國家大力投入研發(fā)資金,快速追趕世界領先技術的國家。目前,外國的常用制冷劑有異丁烷和四氟乙烷兩種,國內(nèi)的制冷劑主要有碳氣化物和人工合成的氟氯昂化合物,但這些制冷劑原料的制造有著不小問題,它們不僅會對環(huán)境造成傷害,也會浪費大量能源。如今,為了保護我們賴以生存的環(huán)境,空調(diào)制冷技術發(fā)展發(fā)向朝著環(huán)保節(jié)能方向發(fā)展,制冷劑研發(fā)工作者也不斷探索著高效節(jié)能環(huán)保的傳熱媒介,目前市面是存在頗有研究價值的有CHCHCH?、CO2、CH4和丁烷等無機化合物,利用好自然界中可再生資源,減少資源浪費,能達到節(jié)約資源保護生態(tài)環(huán)境的作用。制冷劑是空調(diào)換熱過程中重要的媒介,它的發(fā)展對空調(diào)技術的進展有著至關重要的作用,未來的發(fā)展趨勢將是不斷妍發(fā)新型的節(jié)能高效制冷劑。(3)冰蓄冷技術的發(fā)展冰蓄冷技術是指利用時間上的經(jīng)濟差異,在用電費用廉價的晚上進行工作,把冷量存儲起來,在白天用電高峰的時候把存儲的冷量釋放出來,這不僅可以節(jié)省運行費用,還可以減低空調(diào)系統(tǒng)白天的負載,延長使用壽命,提高能源的利用效率。國內(nèi)引進冰蓄冷技術比較晚,如今的冰蓄冷技術在國內(nèi)空調(diào)技術中占有一席之地,再此之上不斷發(fā)展,技術上已經(jīng)有了長足的突破,有著良好的市場,取得了巨大的經(jīng)濟收益,申請了獨屬國內(nèi)的專利[3]。隨著空調(diào)技術的不斷發(fā)展,對節(jié)約能源將會越來越重視。1.3未來空調(diào)制冷技術發(fā)展方向(1)智能化現(xiàn)代社會科技水平日新月異,各種技術創(chuàng)新層出不窮,信息技術高速發(fā)展,未來空調(diào)技術會不斷貼近人們的生活,不斷向高人性化和高智能化發(fā)展。空調(diào)跟周圍環(huán)境的交互將不斷加深,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了遠程遙控空調(diào)開關,語音控制空調(diào)設置等也不在話下,不斷朝著智能家具的方向發(fā)展。(2)節(jié)能環(huán)保為來節(jié)能環(huán)保技術將是空調(diào)技術發(fā)展的主要方向,人們越來越重視可持續(xù)發(fā)展。傳統(tǒng)空調(diào)能源浪費較大,使用的制冷劑對環(huán)境有很大的傷害,已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需求。空調(diào)技術將會在本的技術上發(fā)生變革式的突破,改善對環(huán)境污染大、能源消耗大的情況,盡可能的使用環(huán)保的可再生能源[4]。1.3本章小結對于國內(nèi)外空調(diào)技術發(fā)展的研究,能夠深刻明白空調(diào)對于人們生活的意義以及未來的研究方向。本設長安人民法庭空調(diào)工程設計的主要內(nèi)容有:空調(diào)冷負荷的算、空調(diào)制冷機組的選型、空調(diào)末端設備的選型、風系統(tǒng)風管尺寸的選型及各種部件的阻力計算,在考慮人體舒適度和成本下節(jié)約成本前提下,設計出合適的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。2空調(diào)負荷計算2空調(diào)負荷計算2.1設計參數(shù)根據(jù)S人民法院的維護結構查文獻[5]得設計參數(shù)如下表2.1所示:表2.1建筑結構參數(shù)結構類型類型傳熱系數(shù)(W/(m2·℃))外窗普通玻璃鋼窗,兩層厚度為6cm。3.30外墻外墻厚3.7cm,水泥砂漿+磚墻+白灰粉刷,沒有外溫層包裹,類型Ⅱ。1.50屋頂通風層大于20cm;卷材防水層;水泥砂漿找平層2cm;屋頂厚度為15cm,細石混凝土板厚度2.5cm,表面噴白色水泥漿;保溫層、隔氣層、找平層2cm,類型Ⅲ。0.50在文獻中沒有東莞的氣象參數(shù),因此采取了相鄰城市廣州市的參數(shù),查文獻[5]得室外設計參數(shù)如下表2.2所示:表2.2夏季室內(nèi)外設計參數(shù)項目數(shù)值夏季室外相對濕度65%夏季空調(diào)通風計算的干球溫度31.9℃夏季空調(diào)計算的干球溫度34.2℃室內(nèi)(干球)溫度26℃夏季室外空氣溫度的計算焓值88.80kJ/kg夏季空調(diào)室外的空氣密度1200g/m3夏季空調(diào)計算的濕球溫度27.8℃夏季室外計算平均風速1.5m/s當?shù)貕簭?00290Pa相對濕度50%空氣焓值38kJ/kg

2.2圍護結構瞬時傳熱形成的冷負荷空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設計中建筑物的圍護結構的負荷計算是重要的工作基礎部分。因為建筑物圍護結構的熱量傳遞是跟著時間變化的,每一個時間點上的熱狀態(tài)都是和歷史過程息息相關,就算是一個簡單模型建筑物的熱負荷計算都需要計算一組龐大微積分方程組,微積分方程組都用差分法來解決,計算量十分之大,一般的空調(diào)技術設計人員是難以學習掌握的,為此空調(diào)設計工程師們不斷研究便捷的解決方法。美國人在1946年中提出了一個解決此問題的方法——當量溫差法,在1950間前蘇聯(lián)采用諧波分解法,解決了維護結構熱負荷計算部分問題,但是不能同時算出圍護結構的冷負荷和熱負荷。隨著工程技術人員的不斷研究嘗試,現(xiàn)在解決維護結構負荷的常用方法有:一模擬軟件計算法、二圍護結構穩(wěn)態(tài)計算法、三用積分變換法決解溫度波動大的方法。(1)外墻瞬時傳熱引起的冷負荷室內(nèi)外溫度差異和陽光輻射作用影響下,導致在建筑物的外墻和屋頂與室內(nèi)溫不同引起的瞬時傳熱冷負荷用下式計算 (2.1) (2.2)式中:CL——外墻或者樓頂瞬時熱量傳遞導致的冷負荷(W);F——外墻或者樓頂?shù)膫鳠崦娣e(m2);twl——外墻或者樓頂一天不同時間氣溫變化的逐時值(℃);K——外墻或者樓頂?shù)膫鳠嵯禂?shù),W/(m2·℃),不同的建筑材料的導熱系數(shù)不同,不同建筑結構的導熱系數(shù)也不同,傳熱系數(shù)均可從文獻[5]中查得;tNx——夏季室內(nèi)空氣調(diào)節(jié)算負荷的溫度(℃);ka——外表面換熱系數(shù)修正值; Twl1——根據(jù)北京空氣參數(shù)在一天不同時刻不同溫度計算出外墻或者樓頂?shù)睦湄摵芍饡r值,可以在從文獻[5]查得;td——建筑在不同經(jīng)緯度和建筑結構不同條件下外墻和樓頂?shù)男拚担鶕?jù)不同的經(jīng)緯度地點可查文獻[5]得;kp——外表面吸收系數(shù)修正值。(2)內(nèi)圍護結構的冷負荷當隔壁的房間不是空調(diào)區(qū)域里的房間且通風條件不錯,房間墻壁和周圍建筑不一樣導致的的冷負荷計算應該使用(2.1)。當隔壁房間與空調(diào)區(qū)建筑夏天溫度差異大于3℃時,空調(diào)區(qū)域內(nèi)建設的內(nèi)部門和窗等和隔壁房間因溫差導致的冷負荷可以用公式(2.3)計算 (2.3) (2.4)式中:CL、KF、tNx——同式(2.1);tls——隔壁房間計算的平均溫度(℃);tls1——隔壁房間算的平均溫度與夏季空氣調(diào)節(jié)室外計算日平均溫度的差值(℃),能在文獻[5]中找到。2.3外玻璃窗瞬時傳熱引起的冷負荷因為室內(nèi)外溫差的不同,導致的外窗戶瞬時傳熱冷負荷用下式計算 (2.5)式中:CL、tNx——同(2.1)Td——不同地方的房間窗戶修正值,在文獻[5]中可以找到; Kw——外窗戶的傳熱系數(shù),W/(㎡·℃),不同材料的玻璃、不同結結構的玻璃和單雙玻璃的圍護結構傳熱系數(shù)都能文獻[5]中查到;twl——外窗戶在一天不同時刻計算出的(℃),由文獻[5]附錄13查得;Fw——窗口面積(m2);Cw——由于窗框結構不同窗戶需要用到的修正值可以在文獻[5]查找到。2.4透過玻璃窗的日射的熱形成的冷負荷透過玻璃窗進入室內(nèi)的日射的熱形成的逐時冷負荷可以用下面公式計算 (2.6)式中:——窗戶的面積(m2);——窗戶冷負荷系數(shù),窗戶在南方或者在北方有無內(nèi)遮陽的修正參數(shù),可以在文獻[5]附錄20可查得。——窗戶口面積(m2);——窗戶的綜合遮擋系數(shù);——窗戶的有效面積系數(shù),由文獻[5]附錄19查得;——不同地點不同朝向逐時日射得熱因數(shù)值及其最大值,由文獻[5]——窗戶的遮擋系數(shù),定義為實際玻璃的日射的熱除以標準玻璃窗的日射的熱,由文獻[5]的附錄17查得;——窗內(nèi)遮陽設施的遮陽系數(shù)。2.5人員冷負荷(1)人體顯熱散熱引發(fā)的冷負荷用下式計算 (2.7)式中:——人體顯熱散熱形成的逐時冷負荷(W);——房間里的總人數(shù);——群集系數(shù);——房間溫度不同和勞動形式不同的成年男子顯熱散熱量(W);——人體顯熱散熱的冷負荷系數(shù)。(2)人體散濕引起的潛熱冷負荷計算人體散濕形成的潛熱冷負荷可以用下式計算 (2.8)式中:——人體潛熱散熱形成的冷負荷(W);——計算時刻空調(diào)區(qū)內(nèi)的總人數(shù);——一名成年男子小時潛熱散熱量(W);——群集系數(shù)。計算時刻的人體散濕量用下式計算 (2.9)式中:——計算時刻空調(diào)區(qū)內(nèi)的總人數(shù);——群集系數(shù);——一名成年男子每小時散濕量;可以從文獻[5]表3-15得。2.6照明冷負荷房間燈具種類不同和施工方法的不同,白熾燈冷負荷和熒光燈冷負荷用下式計算 (2.10) (2.11)式中:——燈具散熱形成的冷負荷(W);——鎮(zhèn)流器消耗功率系數(shù),本S人民法庭空調(diào)工程設計中的鎮(zhèn)流器明裝在空調(diào)房間中,所以為1.2——燈罩隔熱系數(shù),本S人民法庭空調(diào)工程設計中的熒光燈罩表面無通風孔,所以為0.7;——照明燈具所需功率(KW)——照明散熱冷負荷系數(shù),開燈約八小時具體參數(shù)從文獻[1]查得。2.7設備冷負荷室內(nèi)設備的冷負荷可以用下面公式計算 (2.12)式中:——室內(nèi)設備的顯熱形成的冷負荷(W);——室內(nèi)設備的實際顯熱散熱量(W);——室內(nèi)設備的顯熱散熱冷負荷系數(shù),文獻[1]查得。本S人民法庭空調(diào)工程設計空調(diào)不連續(xù)運行,則的值選擇1。2.8負荷的精算本S人民法庭空調(diào)工程設計采用穩(wěn)態(tài)計算法,這種方法可以忽略建筑物在每個歷史時間上的影響,計算方法簡單,計算圍護結構的傳熱負荷時,只需要室內(nèi)外氣象參數(shù)、建筑的傳熱面積和建筑的傳熱系數(shù),計算的結果偏差較多,圍護結構冷負荷偏大,造成設計參數(shù)偏大浪費投資成本。但是對于建筑物圍護結構較薄蓄熱效果越差的房間,圍護結構傳熱負荷計算結果偏差就越小,計算的過程就越簡便,耗時越少。除此之外,室內(nèi)外的溫度差越大,穩(wěn)態(tài)計算法的誤差就越小,在工程設計中,室內(nèi)平均溫差與室外平均溫差越大帶來較小的誤差是可以接受的。本計負荷精算以一樓為例,包括了辦公室的精算、法警大隊的精算、接待室的精算、辦公大堂的精算等。計算了瞬時傳熱、玻璃窗太陽輻射和室內(nèi)熱源引起的冷負荷。圍護結構的瞬時冷負荷包括外墻、內(nèi)墻和屋頂結構的冷負荷;通過玻璃窗的太陽輻射形成的冷負荷包括通過玻璃窗進入房間的太陽輻射和玻璃窗吸收太陽輻射后的溫升傳遞的冷負荷;室內(nèi)熱源引起的冷負荷主要包括辦公設備冷負荷、基礎設施設備冷負荷、照明冷負荷、人體冷負荷和。一樓部分房間平面圖見圖2.1,計算結果匯于下面表格中REF_Ref19959\r\h[5]。
