前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規則》的規
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23420—2009《寬體飛機下艙集裝箱、集裝板裝載機功能要求》,與GB/T23420—
2009相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
a)更改了適用范圍(見第1章,2009年版的第1章);
b)刪除了對ISO4166的規范性引用(見2009年版的第1章);
c)增加了“術語和定義”(見第3章);
d)增加了“分類”(見第4章);
e)增加了“一般要求”及試驗方法(見5.1、6.2);
f)增加了“安全要求”及試驗方法(見5.2、6.3);
g)增加了“結構要求系數”的要求及試驗方法(見5.3、6.4);
h)更改了抗風穩定性的要求及試驗方法(見5.4.1、6.5.1,2009年版的6.7);
i)增加了穩定裝置的要求及試驗方法(見5.4.2、6.5.2~6.5.8);
j)更改了“通道圓外圓直徑”要求及試驗方法(見5.5.1、6.6.1,2009年版6.4);
k)更改了升降范圍限值的描述及試驗方法(見5.5.3、6.6.3,2009年版的3.1b);
