代的發展要求教育的變革，伴隨新一輪基礎教育課程改革在全國進行，追求全體學生的全面發展，倡導以人為本的理念，已經成為時代的要求，如何不斷的加強與改進德育教育，開創新的德育工作思路與方式，積極拓寬德育工作的渠道，探索有效的德育模式已經成為學校工作的當務之急。在此情形下，在普通高中嘗試實行“德育導師制”是適應學生不同需要和個體差異的有效形式。通過本課題的研究希望為高中階段的德育工作提高一個基本的研究模式，也有助于指導德育實踐的創新。本論文共分四個部分。論文的第一部分是緒論。介紹了德育導師制度尤其是普通高中德育導師制在國內外同一領域實施現狀，同時也界定了德育、導師制和德育導師基本概念，明確了德育導師制是學校德育管理的有益嘗試。論文的第二部分闡述了目前普通高中實行德育導師制的必要性和可能性。針對普通高中德育管理存在的現狀，提出了一種行之有效的德育方式——高中德育導師制。在必要性方面：

1、對我國未成年人思想道德現狀的審視;

2、提高學校德育管理有效性;

3、適應新課程背景下課程改革的需要;

4、轉變教師教育觀念，促進教師素質提高;

5、尊重學生個性，實現學生健康發展;

師制的有益借鑒。因此，在普通高中的德育導師管理和嘗試，在實現“教書育人”為學生的全面發展健康發展方面提供了一個良好的管理模式。論文的第三部分探討了如何在普通高中實施德育導師制具體措施。構建新型的“普通高中德育導師制”體系主要包括：首先提出了實施普通高中德育導師制的指導思想、基本原則。其次介紹了普通高中實施德育導師制的具體步驟：從德育導師步驟來看重點要做好宣傳工作、明確導師的職責、確定德育導師的人選、建立相關的導師制度等。普通高中德育導師制所確立管理制度需要在實踐中不斷的完善，對其執行過程進行監控與反饋。論文的第四部分是對普通高中實施德育導師制度的幾點思考。在普通高中推行德育導師制既是可行的也是必要的，但是在實施過程中我們依然要處理好一些問題：關于德育導師制度的定位問題;關于德育導師的評價、考核問題;關于針對不同類型學校、不同年齡段學生開展不同形式的德育導師制問題等，在實踐中通過對以上問題深入探討反思，進一步提出相應的改進措施，從擴大導師群體隊伍，關注學生全面發展。
