ResponsesfromStudentsStudentsfoundtheexperienceveryexciting,inspiringandfun.Theyfoundthefeedbackparticularlyuseful.Therewashoweveradiscrepancyinthelevelofinvolvementandattitudeamongtheinterviewers.Overallspeaking,theyhadlearntmuchfromtheexperienceandhighlyrecommendedthattheprogrammebere-runnextyear.RecommendationsforImprovementPlanearliersothatmoreinterviewerscouldberecruited–awidermixtureofprofessionsCouldconsiderofferingthistoS.5aswell.Couldstrengthenstudents’backgroundknowledgee.g.resumewriting,personalgrooming,presentationskillsetc.MorethanonescenariostoalignwiththenatureofthejobsAde-briefingwithallparticipantswouldhelpfurtherconsolidatethelearning.VoteofThanksBPSthanksthefollowingRotariansfortheircontributionto
