45、洪水、地震、霧、沉降、不利的氣候條件、瘟疫、流行病, 政府和議會限制或法規(guī),罷工以及所有其他突發(fā)事件和任何超出了合理控制的情況。合同雙方中的任何一方，由于不可抗力事件而影響合同義務(wù)的執(zhí)行時，則延遲履行合同義務(wù)的期限相當于不可抗力事件影響的時間，但是不能因為不可抗力的延遲而調(diào)整合同價格及性能指標。受到不可抗力影響的一方應(yīng)在不可抗力事故發(fā)生后， 盡快將所發(fā)生的不可抗力事件的情況以傳真或電報通知另一方， 并在 14天內(nèi)將有關(guān)當局出具的證明文件提交給另一方審閱確認。受影響的一方同時應(yīng)盡量設(shè)法縮小這種影響和由此而引起的延誤。一旦不可抗力的影響消除后，應(yīng)立即通知對方。Mutual Collaboratio
