1、.技 術 業 務 工 作 報 告單位： 姓名： 2013年 7 月1991年到1994年我在陜西煤炭學校學習，畢業后到xxxxxxxx參加工作。到單位后按公司的安排到鉆機從一名普通的工人做起，積極地鍛煉了一年多的時候。這段時間的工作比較辛苦也讓我受益匪淺，首先從體能上得到鍛煉，從一個弱不禁風的學生蛻變成基本上適應工地施工環境的工人，其次對鉆機施工知識有了初步的認識，對在書本上見到的和沒見到的機械設備、施工方法，人員組成結構等有了初步的了解。經過必要的鉆機實習后，在公司各領導及同事的幫助帶領下，按照崗位職責要求和行為規范，努力做好本職工作，認真完成了領導所交給的各項工作，在思想覺悟及工作能力方面

2、有了很大的提高。在領導和同事們的熱心幫助，詳細講解下，也了解和參與了一些具體工作，工作雖瑣碎，但是收獲很大。負責有關地質技術的組織管理工作:經常深入井下現場，掌握井下地質情況，查明影響生產和建設的地質因素，匯編原始地質編錄和鉆孔編錄，及時匯報各種相關地質情況；保證生產正常接續；收集勘探和采掘工作面的地質資料，及時了解地質情況，面向生產深入現場調查研究，解決出現的問題。在從事地質工作四年以來，對本職工作有高度的責任感和使命感，安于平凡敢于吃苦。按照每周、月做好工作計劃，并按照計劃逐項、條的完成。在野外工作中，不怕蚊蟲叮咬、不畏毒蛇野獸，嚴格按照計劃和規范將野外勘探工作做好，為下一步工作提供翔實、

3、可靠的依據。隨著時間的推移，1999-2011年我調入長江公司淮海分公司做為技術負責人辦理各種施工手續，溝通建設、監理、施工單位的工作關系，處理好各種現場矛盾，協調工地的正常施工，工程款的回收。由于突出表現。再加上因公司業務擴展的需要，之后我全面負責淮安業務工作。剛開始作業務的時候，舉步維艱，在人生地不熟的淮安更是無從下手，因為單位資質在徐州，加上每次投標時間緊迫，我常常連夜到公路上攔車、租車到徐州、常州等地追公司資質，就為不耽誤投標！為最快了解到招標信息，我在招標市場附近租了房間，每天關注，每天打聽。為獲取聯系信息，我跑遍了淮安所有的勘察單位、設計單位，還發動家里的所有人都關注樁基工程，看到

4、有圍墻、空地的情況就記下來，多方打探有關工程類的信息。只要有業務信息，無論多么偏僻，無論要跑多少次，我從不放棄任何機會。憑著這股韌勁和執著的精神，感動了一個又一個的業主。他們嘗試用小項目考驗我的能力，我以我的敬業精神和責任心感化了他們，施工完小項目帶來了大項目。通過項目的合作，與他們交上了朋友。隨著時間的推移，認識我的人越來越多，業務上的事也一年比一年多，不久我在淮安開辟了相對穩定的樁基市場，承接訂單的數量也不斷地增多。隨著自2010年成立淮安辦事處以來，陸續承接了上海綠地集團淮安綠地世紀城、江蘇井神鹽業公司、漣水清華苑、紅豆集團淮安紅豆城、淮安酈城國際等樁基工程。2000年到2010年我主要

5、管理了以下工程的施工，淮安金王朝大酒店工程，天山華庭樁基工程，淮安第三人民醫院工程，缽池山公園樁基工程（本工程為江蘇省第四屆園藝博覽會主會場，共有兩家樁基單位參建、工期作為第一要素，我方克服了現場困難的施工環境，預想了多種施工方法，最終我們施工了現場三分之二的工程量，為業主爭取了寶貴的時間，受到了一致的好評），淮陰區安置小區工程，淮陰面粉廠樁基、淮陰油廠樁基、萬邦國際香料廠樁基、鼎元科技樁基、黃元小區樁基、楚州安置房小區樁基、楚州農貿市場樁基、江蘇井神鹽化廠樁基、揚州船廠樁基等等。到目前我一共參與了50個工程，完成管樁約60萬米，鉆孔樁5000根，沒有出現一起嚴重的工程安全、質量事故，沒有發生

6、一次與建設、監理單位嚴重沖突的事件，所施工的工程均通過相關部門的驗收，較好的完成了單位委派的施工任務。在搞好業務的同時，我不斷加強業務和專業知識的學習，在業務過程中很快掌握了標書編制、預算軟件使用及相關的法律、法規。下一步我將在個人硬件上作一番努力，爭取通過工程師職稱評定，拿到大專文憑，考取一級建造師。在工作期間，我努力鉆研專業技術知識，在技術管理過程中努力推行“新工藝、新結構、新材料、新設備”，對科技創新和技術進步傾注了滿腔熱情。任助理工程師專業技術職務以后，在施工一線鍛煉的幾年中，通過理論聯系實際，在大學期間所學的專業理論知識迅速轉化為了業務能力。作為公司的技術和質量管理部門，在公司經理和

7、公司總工程師的直接領導下，對技術管理一絲不茍，對工程質量從嚴控制。在潛心鉆研專業技術知識的同時，我還在科技雜志上發表了雙摻高性能混凝土力學性能實驗研究。現代社會的發展日新月異，知識更新十分迅速，如果不及時補充新知識，不經常進行不間斷的學習和交流，就不能適應企業技術管理工作的需要，就要被淘汰。為此，我利用一切機會參加各種培訓班、技術交流活動。在助理工程師任職期間，先后參加有關部門組織的各種專題培訓十余次，獲得質檢員、施工員、安全員、資料員等崗位資格證書；獲得江蘇省建設廳頒發的貳級項目經理資質證書。通過各種繼續再教育培訓班，使我始終保持著旺盛的求知欲，同時也讓我本人的專業技術水平不斷地得到提高。以
