18、板施工前對基層頂面進行清掃、除塵，然后用水沖洗，確保基層面干凈清潔。2、測量放樣搭板施工前應進行準確的施工放樣，搭板碎板塊的四個角的定位樁必須準確放樣 出來，并用鋼釘或紅色油漆進行標記固定，定位樁應牢固、明顯、醒目以便隨時查找 和指導施工，同時應將搭板的控制標高轉附于四個定位樁上， 便于隨時引用指導施工。3、鋼筋加工及安裝11鋼筋進場后應對鋼筋進行焊接、彎曲、拉伸等試驗，同時進行送檢。檢驗 合格后才能使用。所有進場鋼筋必須按規(guī)定放置在20cm高的方木上，并用雨布蓋好， 以防受潮生銹。2制作鋼筋的表面應潔凈，使用前應將表面油漬、漆皮、鱗銹等清除干凈。 鋼筋制作應在固定的鋼筋制作場所完成。剪切、彎

Fie - ley s te fis prir 11根據搭板設計高度進行側（檔）模板加工，加工模板應選用較好的柒合板 作為模板材料，加工出的模板應直順、無斷裂、無破損且有較好的光面。2安裝模板前，事先用上下兩道方木對模板進行加固，以增強模板的剛度且 應拉線檢查確保模板觸地一端直順。安裝模板前應事先用鋼釘將制作好的小木條固定 在搭板邊線外2cm處基層上作為模板底部擋板，固定時依據搭板定位樁掛線固定，確 保被固定的木條與模板接觸的一側直順。31模板制作好、固定條固定后開始安裝模板。安裝時先用鐵釘將模板釘在固 定好的固定條

24、上，然后用三角斜撐將模板撐住，注意斜撐觸地一端應加一塊小木塊， 并用鐵釘固定在基層上作為擋塊，抵住斜撐，以免斜撐在受力后滑動。41模板初步固定好后用鐵絲將方木連帶模板向外拉緊，同時掛線檢查模板線 型直順。為能調節(jié)模板的直順，應在模板外側斜撐問問隔地安放可調節(jié)地托作為可調 節(jié)斜撐，地托觸地一端同樣用小木塊釘在基層上固定作為擋塊，使地托斜撐能較好地對模板進行調節(jié)，且又能和外拉鐵線一起牢固固定模板。51模板安裝完成后根據要求涂刷脫模劑，然后根據搭板四角的定位點標出碎 板塊的施工控制高度，用鐵釘釘在模板上作為高程標記，便于施工時掛線指導施工。5、混凝土澆筑11在搭板混凝土澆筑前應在背墻牛腿上方鋪設四層

25、油毛氈，搭板錨固筋上應 套上內徑4cm圓管，確保搭板能伸縮活動。2碎澆筑前，需對各部分、各部位進行詳細檢查，包括支撐架、模板、鋼筋 的穩(wěn)定及預埋件預埋情況進行詳細檢查。經確定無誤后用高壓水槍對搭板內進行清 洗，然后方可澆注混凝土。31混凝土拌制前應對混凝土的骨料進行含水量的檢測，根據檢測結果調整施 工配合比，據以調整骨料和水的用量。拌制混凝土配料時，應對各種計量設備進行校 核，保證各種衡器保持準確。放入拌和機內的第一盤混凝土材料應含有適量的水泥、 砂和水，以覆蓋拌和筒的內壁而不降低拌和物所需的含漿量。混凝土拌和好后，通過混凝土罐車運送到施工現場，運輸途中應以24r/min的慢速進行攪動，混凝土
